      If I could give them negative stars I would. I had a return flight back to ******* from ********* with a connection *****. My connection flight was canceled in the middle of the night 3 hours before departure. By the time I woke up all of the return flights back to ******* were booked until Christmas Eve. I asked them to send me to a different city, any city that had a connection to *******, they told me it wasnt any. THAT WAS A LIE. Instead they used my free rebooking and sent me to ******. So after the fact when I found out it was different connections to *******, I called to have them rebook me and they refused to do that or to send me my money back. So I ended up having to rebook my own flight on a different airline from ****** which didnt leave until 5 hours later. **************** tried to give me a $30 flight credit instead lol wtf I am supposed to do with $30. That will barely get me an **** down the street, nevertheless another flight. I got home 17 hours later, missed work, had to change my Christmas plans, and came out of pocket an extra $250 to rebook my own flight. I dont understand how they can just drop me off in a different city and basically say find your own way home. I didnt fly from ******. I flew from ******* so they shouldve made sure I was accommodated back to *******. Instead their customer service was lazy and completely disregarded my situation. Keep in mind I usually never fly Spirit. This is only my 2nd time and both times were HORRIBLE. My first time I was sexually assaulted by another passenger but Im not even going to get into details about that. Never fly Spirit guys. Spend the extra $100 or whatever and just do American, United, Southwest, Delta, etc. Ill drive 20 hours before I ever spend another dime with Spirit.

      Spirit Airlines continues to try to charge my bank for a membership. Talking to customer service was useless. Guaranteed it would stop, I taped to conversation. It stopped for one day and they continue to try to charge my credit card.Never will I fly spirit!

      Husband and I flew with Spirit to ******* end of September. When we got to the check in counter (because the kiosk wouldnt accept our boarding passes), the *** said that if we had arrived a minute later then our flight would have been cancelled and that we had to check in onlinewhat? We were there a little over an hour before our flight. My phone was having issues so I couldnt check in online the night before like I wanted to. I tried. Thought no big deal but to tell us our flight would have been cancelled even though we still made it on time is ridiculous. Oh, we also had a carry on that was NOT oversized (we checked) and yet they said we still had to pay $80This airline is ridiculous, seats are uncomfortable, the extra charges are outrageous, and customer service is appalling. Im not surprised theyre going bankrupt.

      Always late, always late! My plane was supposed to depart at 1:15, but didnt end up doing so until 2:07! Fifty three minutes late. I can see why they filed for bankruptcy! If you want to make your destination on time, book with a different airline. Any airline! This is literally the worst airline globally. Mismanagement at its finest with little regard for the customers. Regret giving even a cent to this airline! The after theyre out of business the better!

      ****** flight show the price in Canadian dollar but Spirit charged me in US dollar the same amount in Canadian dollar. I send an email almost a week now no reply.

      Make me delayed and booked different airline because their application could not load my boarding pass. I have no sympathy or empathy for them if the business go bankruptcy.

      This organization is atrocious. They are unorganized and do not advise when delayed. We arrived to discover that we were delayed. The services are subpar and the staff do not know how to speak with customers. I understand that this is a hard job, however, that is not excuse for piss-poor customer service. I am appalled that the company purports to care about feedback, yet still make every effort to behave in the most disgusting ways. THE ARROGANCE!!!!

      They left me stranded in a stopover coming back from ********** en *************** for 36 hours. Meanwhile they were rude and behave as if they were making me a favor by providing the service I paid for. At some point, after hours of delay, with all the passangers boarded, the pilot left the airplane and they announce that he was actually supposed to be flying a different airpline. It was chaotic. I lost hundreds in expenses and hours I couldn't work. Then they downgraded my seat on the flight back. They lied to the passangers permanently while all of this was going on. The world will be a better place when they go definitely out of business.

      I purchased tickets in aug 2024 so I can fly to an event for Oct 11. My event was cancelled in ** due to hurricane ******. I sent spirit airlines the proof of the cancellation for my event, the president declared a state of emergency in do due to natural disaster. Spirit has yet to refund my money or a credit.

      Spirit airlines took my money and would not give it back when its app booked two flights on the wrong day.
