      Fraudulent charge on my card. Disputed the charge. ************ found in favor of the scammer who knows why. Scammer used my card at spirit airlines. ************ said all I can do is call the airline. I called the airline, they looked up my card number and saw where it was used. Directed me to an online chat with another department at their company, that department says I have to supply info about the reservation I purchased in order to look up the transaction since they are unable to search by my credit card number. Even though their own other department already looked it up by my card number. They tell me they cant and wont do anything until I supply my reservation info etc. The reservation I never purchased. Ive never flown or stepped foot in an airport. I suppose they knew they were claiming bankruptcy and didnt care either way. This airline stole $300.00 from me as far as Im concerned. I will make sure anyone and everyone knows about this on every platform I can find.

      I BOOKED MY FLIGHT ON 10/17/2024 ONLINE FOR 11/24/2024 TO FLIGH OUT OF ********* ********* TO ******* ********. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THIS MORNING 11/21/2024 THAT MY FLIGHT HAD BEEN CANCELED. SO I LOGGED ON AND THEN TRIED TO REBOOK, WELL I NOTICED THAT THE FLIGHT WAS SIGNIFICANTLY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT I BOOKED THEM FOR. SO I MESSAGED SUPPORT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT HELP ME AS THEY HAVE ISSUED A FLIGHT CREDIT. SO THEY DIRECTED ME TO CALL SUPPORT. I WAS TRANSFERRED TO A SUPERVISOR NAMED ****** AND SHE SAID THEY DID NOT CANCEL THE FLIGHT AND THAT IT WAS CANCELED ONLINE AND SHE CANNOT HELP ME. I HAD A FLIGHT CREDIT ISSUED THEY CANNOT REFUND MY MONEY AND THEY CANNOT PUT ME BACK ON MY FLIGHT I ORIGINALLY BOOKED AT THAT PRICE I ORIGINALLY HAD PAID FOR. I AM NOT SURE HOW THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELED BUT SUPPORT WAS NO HELP. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISORS BOSS AND SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT DO THAT AND THAT THEY DIDNT CANCEL THE FLIGHT SO TOUGH LUCK. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM, TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT SOME HOW AND THEN SAY SORRY CANT GET YOUR ORIGINAL RATE BACK, REBOOK AT THE HIGHER PRICED FLIGHTS. WHAT A RIP OFF!

      Skip this airline, they just about ruined a trip I was planning and saving for for almost a year. I have a wheelchair and I checked it of course. When we got to LAX, someone must have seriously abused it. It was next to impossible to open or close it. Once it was open, it worked OK but even that was a little messed up. On top of that, filing a baggage claim required me to jump through 10 different hoops. And forget about someone calling me back in a timely fashion after I left a message. The whole experience was absolutely miserable.

      On 11/14/2024 DTW to *** Flight: 3786. I have endured countless inconsistencies, unprofessionalism and harrassment with your gate agents and so called mangement at the gate. This by far was the worst of the episodes. I have earned gold member status, which includes a pet fee waiver. After checking my pet in before TSA as I'm suppose to. Once passing TSA and arriving at the gate, I was met by a very rude gate agent who claimed she was a manager. When I asked her name she stated "******". She stated I had to pay for my pet ( I was stopped as I was boarding my flight and asked to step out of line, which I consider harrassment): when I explained that I was a gold member she stated I had to pay for my pet anyway. Once I refused to pay for my pet as I have studied and know my rights as a gold member, she called someone else who verified my status and the rules. Once, verifying my status and knowing I was a gold member she rudly replied "ok you can go in the line and board the plane" there was no apology or consessions offered for their error and lack of professionalism, and my right to group one boarding was not honored as I was told to get at the end of the line. Once, on the plane I was told by a gate agent, after I was seated that my pet waiver needs to be selected at time of purchase: which is not true as it is built into my gold member ***** and does not give me an option to add a pet( because it is expected and comes with gold member status rather I fly with pet or not). I pray that you all conduct a full investigation of this very unpleasant episode and hold those accountable that are at fault. Please also, educate your employees on the different levels of memberships and what they include. Lastly, please educate your employees on their customer service skills. Being a gold member should show my committment to travel with spirit airlines, I just would like to be treated with dignity and respect.Sincerely, ***** ******* *. ****** III

      I have never experienced such discrimination and horrific customer service. Flying from SDQ to ***, our flight was delayed multiple times. Eventually we boarded our flight, only to have to have to flight catch fire. We returned to ***. When we returned, the Spirit staff pretended they only spoke Spanish and not English. They were only attempting to help Spanish speaking passengers. Unfortunately for them, some of us understand Spanish. We were told that they wouldn't be able to get us out until the following week when we called them out on the fact that the did in fact speak English. We were also told that if we took the hotel voucher, we would forgo our right to a flight credit and or full refund. Disgusting on the part of their staff for discriminating against US citizens.

      Worst customer service i have ever seen in my life.The workers name was ******** and it was unreal how i was talked to in front of a line of people.I wprked really hard to save money for this trip, only for it to end with a terrible experience.Spirit shouldnt have someone like ******** dealing with your customers or you will lose alot of business, including myself.This experience was at ******************.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Flew out of FLL no problems with my carry on.. tried to get on our flight out of *** and was told I needed to check my bag.. it was not over sized.. in fact there were bigger bags on the aircraft when I boarded. On top of that inconvenience, the flight attendants are so rude and nasty. They make you pay for every little thing. Im surprised breathing the air on the plane is free. Their planes hold so many people you barely have room for ur legs. Spirit is the absolute worst we will never fly with them again.

      My family had a very bad experience with spirit airline. They received the worst customer service ever .They make my wife and my son missed their fly because they said we supposed to confirm first with email even though my family was there 45 minutes before their fly. Spirit is a peace of s*** . Please dont try sprit airline, you will regret it.

      I will never fly spirit again first they change my flight from a straight flight to a lay over thin they charge $79 dollars for a carry on they are not a good airlines never again would i fly them again hopefully other see this and learn from it

      I paid for a flight and they then asked me to purchase a bag, I clicked to purchase a bag and then it said I could bundle and pay 40 instead of 65, it then charged me for both bags. When I called them not even 5 min later, they told me they wouldn't issue a refund I could only have a credit. Which I don't want because I don't ever fly with them. It's a scam, don't fly spirit and their agent ***** ***** employee ID: 4662 is clueless, super rude, talked over me the entire time.
