      I had a horrible return flight experience with Spirit Airline, I booked a round trip flight and somehow my returning flight was switch to return within an hour on the same day I arrived, so when I arrived back for my returning flight yesterday a week later like I booked it, only to be told I wasn't booked to return and then told I couldn't be refunded by a Supervisor ****** (I spoke to by phone today 11/7/24), therefore I had to pay an additional $327 to return on the flight I already booked.Spirit Airline is an upsale basis company that I have no doubt is doing this type thing to increase sales, my question is how many people are they doing this to.The unfortunate thing is the staff and flights I took was great, this situation unfortunately overshadowed the great jobs they all did.Sincerely disappointed,*. ******* 10/30-Conf#PRQQPR 11/6-Conf#IG1IVI

      Spirit Airlines constantly changing pre booked flight schedules. Instead of coming from *** to ***, they changed to go to ********* weight 2 houirs then take another flight to ***. When I tried to get refund, the customer service (********) was so rude and told u already accepted changes. I was surprised, I did not accept that change. The Accept change button was showing for me when i logged in, but she was keep saying u are not seeing accept changes. I was patiently explaining, I can still see the "Accept Changes" button . She was shouting over my voice continously no u are not seeing the Accept changes button. She was so loud and rude and telling I am not seeing the button. How she will know whether I am seeing or not. It was very frustrating. I will not choose Spirit airlines anymore. We usually prebook ticket only because to avoid last minute high price, if they book and then change flight schedule whats the point. I was booking for my daughter to come home from college for holidays, they changed 1 hr flight to 8 hour flight to go through *********. I am really disappointed. On top of it getting refund is hard. The customer Service, ******** was so rude.

      Spirit is the worst airline ever our flight was delayed due to them causing us to miss our connecting as well arrived 10mins before the gate closed and they would not allow us to board and would not give us any credit and only had the option of boarding another 4 hour flight they had no empathy no apologies did not offer any credit accommodation I can tell you I hate spirit I will never in my life fly with them again

      They are scam artists. I paid for nonstop flight that got changed to a 12 hour flight. I called to change it and was given a nonstop flight with the incorrect flight time again. When I called again I was told they would not offer me a refund. When I asked if nonstop tickets are more expensive that layover flights he said yes they are and when I then asked why it got changed to begin with he could not provide me an answer. They get customers to pay for flights and then change them to flights that are not equivalent to what the customer pays for. Why was my flight changed to a layover when a nonstop was an option? To get more money.

      If you try to pay ahead of time for your carry-on forget it! I paid for my bag at the airport today and the lady then told me I could carry it onto the plane. Not so! I was ticked she told me that and then at the gate they didn't honor what she told me in *******. Very uncomfortable seats. Not worth the low ticket price when you end up spending money for a stupid carry-on which isn't real clear when buying a ticket. The clencher for not wanting to fly again with them was ******* all of us at rhe back of the plane to de-board so they could get the plane ready for the next flight. Unbelievable customer poor customer service to people who just gave you business. Not unless it's my last option will I fly this airline again.

      I think I got screwed on a refund for my flight. I was one half hour late of the 24 refund policy. I could understand if it was a day late but a 1/2 hour that is pretty bad for business. the only reason I was late was because I thought the flight was booked through ****** Airlines.****** **********

      We were travelling from *** TO BOS with the hockey bag and I purchased online bag and paid $75 when I reached to the airport they charged me extra$ 80 as they were not able to see my bag which I do have online reciept,I filed a complaint but they were with me on call and said they could see everything and I need to chat with the live agent and file a compain so that we can refund you when I did the email i got fromthem saying you were not clear about the dimention of the bag and they were not able to pay me back So waste of time and money flying with this airline, they dont have good customer service, I spent 2 hours on phone and text and I got the email saying they cant pay I have to put it on dispute. Very bad customer service and lack of qualified airport agents who cant even see the bag which was purchased

      Boarded in *****, sat for 10 min in heat knowing when we get going the air will kick in. They then announce that the captain is about 30min away. We could have stayed in the airport. Mid morning flight and airport was not busy. Upset small children, stressed out parents. Flight attendant tells family, cannot get them water until service in flight. **********

      I have flown with Spirit many times over the years and always brought the exact same standard-sized backpack. It was always treated as a personal item with no issues.However, my most recent (and last) experience with spirit was terrible. My spouse and step daughter were flying together and all had the same-sized backpack that weve always used, and Spirit required that we all pay $100 extra! I asked for a refund multiple times and was denied. Disputed the credit card charge as well and was denied.I will never be flying with Spirit again. Terrible customer service and a business model designed to scam customers into exorbitant fees.

      Item stolen out of luggage and luggage damaged. There is no live person to talk to. Only a chat which is automated. This happened September 12th and done the chat but no response.
