      Horrible, will absolutely not fly with them ever! To start off I booked a trip for my husband to leave ***-CHI Thursday night. The airline switched his direct flight to a 1 stop in ******. Whatever we accepted the change becuase we needed him to be in chi in the morning. Then comes the ******* get about 15 emails of it being delayed all at different times & then it going back to its regular ***** my husband goes to the airport he is told there the flight is supposed to leave next day 6am. Right off the bat he decided to book a different airline for all the inconvenience they have caused & that point they werent trustworthy. So apparently due to him not flying with spirit from *** they cancel the whole ***************** unable to come back to *** from chi on Spirit. I speak to someone on the phone becuase people at desk werent accommodating. This lady has an accent hard for me to understand so it sounds like she says to have him show his Id she will place him next flight. At the end he has to get another new flight diff airline. So $800 to waste becuase this airline *****. Here I go 1 say later to try get refund & first 2 times the supervisor end up hanging up on me.so unprofessional & rude. One of the girls wouldnt let me speak & explain myself. She said I had to send an email. So many inconveniences Im so fed up with them.

      I was a first and last time flyer of spirit airlines, not only did they lose my insulin medication, but they also overcharged me, employees at *** were rude and very nasty and not only could they not find my 1 bag that took them 2.5 hours to locate, but they also lost my dead brothers cremated ashes, I was bringing home!!!! This is not the way ANYONE should be treated, especially if their flight is all about funerals and loved ones! Very POOR POOR cutomer service!! The customer ticketing agents lied, and gave me false information without confirming ANYTHING, and you do not tell a paying patron, "I guess your s*** out of luck!"*********************

      I purchase a ticket on January 31. I had to cancel for legal reasons I did that on February 1 for a trip thats not due until April 7. I was told that my money would not be refunded that they would give me a credit that is to be used by May 9 of 23. I need my money put back on my credit card because they have ample amount of time to resell that seat for that particular date trip and time.

      I flew this half arsed airline, they boarded us an hour late, then de boarded ** after waiting on the plane for over an hour, then kept us waiting in the airport 4 hours, then told us the flight would be the next morning at 7 am not giving us compensation to sleep so everyone ended up sleeping on the airport floor. Guess what happened the next day, flight got pushed from 7 am to 12 am. I missed meetings and got in trouble with work. They give you vouchers that dont actually work. You guys are a sh*tty airline and I dont understand how you sleep at night when you force us to sleep on airport floors. How have you been in business 33 years, how have the government not shut you down for being a bunch of arseh0les

      First of spirit is the worst airlines ever. First a couple months back they left my 84 yr old mom at the gate for a whole hour after they got her off the plane that was a few months ago. Ive witnessed them be extremely rude to elderly people this is not accurate. Does spirit have any type of training to train their employees when dealing with people and especially elderly people this is the last time I will ever put my mom on spirit. You guys are so f****** unprofessional. Then today I decided to give them one more chance and the people at the gate just didnt give a **** talking abt put her over mind u shes in a wheelchair. This is inexcusable and I plan on getting to the bottom of this even if I have to protest against this company enough is enough. Fed the **** ** with yall unprofessional *****. ******* Y ********* Im leaving my number in case yall have the ***** to call. and ps the phone service is just as bad Ive been on hold for 30 mins this is just ridiculous

      Flight was delayed was supposed to leave at 8:45 pm it is now 4 am and people are on board the plane waiting for staff to show Up to start their shifts.

      Total rip off -canceled flight wouldn't refund gave a me a credit valid thru feb 27th called on the 27th to use credit said it expired at 2 am feb 27th -so there valid thru 27th means 2 am feb 27th -just 2 hrs after midnight !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I would like to take a moment of your time to discuss a recent experience I had. I was delayed when my flight #1801 out Seattle to LAS got delayed and once I arrived at LAS I had to stay overnight. Your airline was nice enough to give me a hotel night and a food voucher. While I spent the entire next day at the airport as well for a flight leaving after midnight. I understand that you have to provide safety to your passengers and was accepting of this rule. I even spent $300 in the airport spa and paid $100 for the only luggage I saw to replace the one carry on I had that was lugged over my shoulder the entire day and had ripped. All of that was acceptable for until I spoke with ANGELIQUE (if that’s her real name because she had no ID tag on) Sge charged me $100 to carry my new small carry on board. I asked her very nicely why I had to pay anything since for the last 2 days I had to spend my own money for things I didn’t plan for and had I not carried my bag around it wouldn’t have torn. She was extremely rude and told me she would take note of my name as well. However, GEORGE a flight attendant on my flight #NK 208 on Feb 26,2023. He was very sympathetic to me and tried to help. I believe in these rare cases your workers should be flexible on these charges. As a travel nurse I fly frequently and this kind of attitude from your employees is just not acceptable.       I paid to bring a bag, my dog and priority boarding. When I tried to board a flight in ************ I was told I could not have my bag and my dog in a carrier. The woman argued with me until almost everyone had boarded. I knew this was not a correct policy and the employee was confused. They eventually let me board. I emailed customer service about getting a refund for priority boarding as I boarded near the end of boarding. They have told me that I cannot get a refund because it was purchased as a bundle, even though I was not provided the service.

      If I could leave less than a one star rating, I would. My flight was delayed for more than 6 hours due to staff issues. After 6 hours of waiting in the airport, they pushed our flight back an additional 14 hours to the next day. The refused to compensate our wasted time. This is a horribly managed business and should not be allowed to transport people.
