      This is completely unacceptable for a flight to get cancelled after they send an email that the flight has been overbooked and soon we get an email while we were asleep that the flight has been canceled. There was no call to verify if the customer received the email what if we reached the airport?? The flight was cancelled due to weather they said, but i know it’s a white lie! The weather in Boston on 3rd January and in Orlando is great and there are loads of flights from different airlines travelling at the same time, same day! Why would the customer take your 150 dollar refund and book another for 600 dollar? Is the airline not even responsible?? Secondly, the agents are not well aware of the English language, they don’t understand basic English. A customer at 12 am in the night is forced to explain the situations to the agents who can’t understand English. Thirdly, we booked our Disney world tickets worth 1000 dollars and a hotel worth 450 dollars. When we asked about booking us to the next flight they said they apologise for the inconvenience and the best flight they can provide is only for 5th January. Who will bear my loss??? The tickets for this day are worth $599! A flight that cares about the passenger should have gone ahead and booked us to a next airlines if they had no availability but nothing was taken care of! I need my 1500 dollars right away! I will file a lawsuit against your airlines for the same reason as I know the flight was overbooked and that’s why it was cancelled and not because of bad weather conditions I have the email that asks the customer to bid for their tickets! I will use it for my discussion. This airline is giving me a $1500 or is losing the case! Pathetic airline

      Horrible service!!!!!!! This company does not care about the customer at all! Everything is a joke. At least hire dependable employees that actually care.

      If no stars was an option I would give them none. What they do should be criminal, I'm shocked that anyone ever gets anywhere on a spirit flight. Any money you save on their cheap flights will be lost on rebookings, hotels and lost time when they strand you somewhere and the next flight is a week later but then they cancel that one too. Their desk agents have no empowerment to fix anything and the only thing their customer service phone offers is apologizing and saying there's nothing they can do other than play more hold music for hours and transfer you to a supervisor that can't do anything either.

      Customer Service did not care to assist me with changing my flight when it was very clearly that they had made a mistake in not booking my wife and children on the same flight as me.

      I’m surprised Spirit Airlines hasn’t been sued. First off, their customer service is horrendous. I was traveling alone with a lap child and minor under 13 in which airlines are required to seat the family together. Chat customer service was over an 1 hour wait and was unable to assist with seat selection and the wanted to charge me. They did not apologize or show any empathy at the situation. I filed a complaint and their complaints department still has not responded in over 30 days. In person- my flight was delayed by 1 hours and then my layover was changed from 2 to 6 hours. The person who tagged my stroller, failed to have it tagged to my layover and actually almost had it sent to the wrong destination in Texas, instead of my arrival location in Florida. If I hadn’t complained I would have lost my stroller. When asking customer service for a new tag the lady showed zero empathy, acknowledgment, ownership and was pissed off she couldn’t go finish her lunch. no one was manning the gate for over two hours which was ridiculous and zero apology from any employee. Spirit is supposed to be a budget airline, I payed more money for a daytime flight then with another airline for them to change my layover and end up with a night flight. They do not provide any snacks or drinks unless you pay. You have to pay for seat selection and upgrades. They charge more than any other airlines for carry on or stored luggage. They also have extremely poor customer service. Not sure what’s so budget friendly about a money swindling airline. I don’t see where our money is going or what we’re paying for. Waste of an airline to do business with.

      Long story short. We booked a flight to ******* to board am ******* cruise. I purchased the insurance just in case having never flown with Spirit that the insurance is absolutely useless. Sat in *** after boarding plane and found out it has engine issues so all passengers were removed from the flight. Instead of cancelling they delayed for 8 hours. At around 10:00PM sent the last text message stating the flight would be moved to the next morning. That was in July 2022 and was just told that they will not refund my money back. We ended up flying with another company the next morning since on Spirit would have missed ********** arrival time. We lost seat upgrades, baggage fees, costs of flights, and hotel fees for the night we would have been in *******.

      They should rename this airline "Ghetto Airlines"Illiterate flight attendants... "sorry, no coffee because the coffee machine is "Bustet"$5 soda is ridiculous The forward bathroom was "Out of order" BUT, during the flight it was used by the flight attendants and even the captain came out and visited a while with the attendants before he used that bathroom, made a call right in front of us, and then returned to the flight deck to finish flying the plane.EVERYTHING COST EXTRA... but the flight attendant had no problems stuffing his face with his dinner right in front of us... looked delicious btw.NO WIFI.... guess it was "Bustet" also.Required a wheelchair that wasn't there when we got to *********.. had to find one myself to get handicapped passenger to connecting flight.Only gave it 1 rating because couldn't go negative 1!DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE!!!

      My daughters flight got cancelled yesterday and the airline refused to help her in any way, she was a minor!! I had to pay $600 for a one way ticket back to ** on a different airline to make sure she got home safe, why would your airline let that happen?

      Worst customer experience I have ever faced. They do not provide refund for cancelling reservation within 24 hours of booking. The customer service call and chat system are not reachable.

      **************** was one of the worse. From the check in to the departure. The employees at the *********** have been the worse. The *********** was fine but the one in ** with Spirit airline was the worst I have ever experienced in all my years and airlines traveling.
