      I’m a service member bought a ticket on Spirit to fly back to my duty station. I was flying from Atlanta to Denver. I paid for a ticket and I called to ask can I change my ticket to an earlier flight. I told the agent I was a service member. The agent charged a modification to my ticket but my card declined twice for $99 ( which is the fee for the modification) and I received an email saying the my card declined and for me to call the 1-800 number. The modification wasn’t suppose to go thru but the agent had already changed my ticket. I spoke to a supervisor who tried to tell me there was nothing they can do as far as telling how the modification changed when it was declined. I asked her for her name and the agent who did the reservation and the agent who transferred me to her and all she can say was she don’t know for neither agent. I’m very upset because I don’t have money to be throwing around on plane tickets.

      No morals, principles, or integrity at all. I modified my flight and some way they got screwed up and had me on 2 flights the same day which is impossible they the try to charge me more than my original flight modify but it was cheaper on Expedia they wouldn't credit or refund me so what happens to my money and my seat

      I am a disabled individual with relapsing remitting Multiple Sclerosis. On Thursday November 17, my husband and I caught a flight from Mrytle Beach International Airport to Ft. Lauderdale Airport. The staff from Myrtle Beach was very attentive to my needs. Once we arrived in Florida we had to wait about 20 minutes before they arrive to assist me off the plane in the aisle chair. When it was time to catch the next flight to Dallas I had wait on the outside of the plane while everyone passed by me to get on the plane because they didn’t have anyone to assist me with the transfer to aisle chair to get me on the plane. Once we arrived in Dallas my husband had to get the aisle chair because no one never came to assist me in getting off the plane to my scooter. I am very displeased with the service that was rendered to me. This is by far the most humiliating thing that I have ever endured in my life and to say the least that was my first time flying and now I am skeptical about taking another flight because of the lack of assistance that I received. This will cause lasting anxiety because of the event of things that has happened. Is this how disable people are supposed to be treated? We should be refunded

      I purchased their saveclub membership from their official website for $69. 99 and my card was charged and saved for a default payment option. I started book my fight ticket right after that. While I clicked the confirm button, it kept saying something wrong with my card, could not book a ticket. I tried 3-4 times but nothing changed. If they could charge my card for the "non-refundable" membership fee, why I couldn't book a flight ticket with the same exactly card? I should just spend $69. 99 for nothing? And of course they gonna tell me they not going to give me a refund even I've never got a chance to use the membership benefit and cancelled it within. 24 Hrs.

      I was recently handicapped in a horrible auto accident and, as bad as that is the last thing I expected was spirit airline's to try to charge me more money for being handicapped. This company is the lowest of the low... I wish I still had the mobility that I used to... but they insisted on 2 different phone calls that I must pay more to feel safer... I wish I was not in this condition, I wish I was my former self, but if none of that is meant to be... I now know why I was in this horrible auto accident. I will make sure you never treat anyone like this again... I give you my word... because that's all I have left...!

      Horrible service was treated like wasnt worth the time and,Lady at desk was rude didnt want to talk too me.She rather charge me for luggage for duffel bag or gym bag size.She even said if even fits still going charge you $79.00 had suit case that twice the size for only $69.00.Will never get my service ever!!

      Would give ZERO Stars. Arrived two hours early for a flight to ********** for our honeymoon, both active duty Military and had already done a TSA Precheck. The service at the desk was so slow and the desk employees were so disrespectful that at least 30 people missed their flights including ourselves. Some poeople had been there THREE HOURS PRIOR and still missed thr flight. I honestly thought we were being Punk'D on camera or was at a restaurant like ****'s Last Resort. Nobody on staff knew what to do, there was not a manager in sight. They made us cancel our flight because our bags weren't checked in FORTY FIVE MINUTES before the flight(we finally got up to the counter with 43 minutes before our flight). They tried to make us pay for our rebooking fee, they did NOT comp us a room (the next flight isnt until tomorrow morning). There was LITERALLY A BAG CHECK LINE for 45 minutes prior to your flight only to be told we won't accept our bags. My entire family as long as my upset and heartbroken newlywed wife's family (which is enormous) will NEVER fly Spirit Airlines EVER again. I am astounded that this Airline is still even in business.

      Tip: If you are trying to save money do not fly with them. What you pay in baggage fees in addition to the ticket cost will be more than if you chose to pay a little more to delta or US airways, etc. My issue: I went to the ticket counter, paid for 1 checked bag and 2 carryons. When I got to my connecting flight, the Lady at the ticket counter assured me I only paid for 1 carryon and one checked bag. So they charged me again $99. I tried to reason with her, showing her my online banking which showed 3 separate charges. She dismissed me in the rudest way. I filed a complaint when I returned from my trip and showed them my online transactions as well. Im still waiting for a refund and its been over 3 weeks. However I received an email that said they would be working diligently on the matter. Its been **************************************************************** the future.

      I scheduled a flight and it was rescheduled by Spirit Airlines over and over and over. On one of the modifications, I accidentally accepted it and called in to fix it. Later I need to actually modify it on my end due to COVID and needing surgery, and they could not move my flight due to them considering my call in a modification. This is unfair because it was THEY who continued to move my flight around to times that I could not make, but yet they penalized ME. I requested that they just move my flight out to the exact same flight two weeks out and they would not honor it, yet expected me to be flexible as they changed my flight over and over. Horrible customer service.

      I had paid for two tickets and seats from medellin colombia To orlando to get to Michigan on novmber 7 - 2022 we were in zone 4 as soon as we got the spirit representative he said your seats were giving away we asked why he said he wasent sure i have to talk to a supervisor we said okay we waited almost 20 minutes by time we we’re waiting there was two couples waiting for standby he lets them in i asked why you let them in when we have our own seats he said i have to speak to my supervisor, he goes in closes the gate, he gets back he started cleaning his desk i said whats going on wheres the supervisor he goes sir Iam finishing cleaning my desk so he finished he walked US like half a mile to get to the supervisor she comes out saying you guys have to leave tomorrow without any explanation, we had to go get another ticket they give US a connected flight from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale to Michigan at 6 AM. We had to pay for a taxi and hotel. We didn’t even have enough sleep. Also my friend he works in transportation had to call all his customers to cancel That’s the worst customer service I have ever seen.
