      I had a flight to ***** from LA, connecting me to my eventual destination in **************.Spirit canceled the ** flight after I had boarded the flight to *****. I later saw the email, showing that they had rebooked me on the same flight the following night. I got a hotel room and got to the airport early Saturday for my 10:18p flight.They canceled that flight and rebooked me for FRIDAY. Apparently, I was supposed to stay in Vegas for a week to wait for their flight.At the customer service desk, they refused to provide a hotel room or book me on another flight. I asked to be sent back to LA, but they canceled those flights as well.I booked with a different airline and returned to LA. It cost me around $600 to waste a weekend and not reach my destination. The phone customer service rep was equally useless.Will not book with this airline again under any circumstances.

      YOU GUYS! Stay away from this airline! They have no empathy for their passengers! The worse experience ever! My flight originally was suppose to leave 7:15PM tonight, I received an email and text message 2 HOURS before my flight boarded saying that they canceled my flight due to weather when the hurricane was days ago and my other friends flew spirit earlier this day. When I called they said the next availability wasnt until 11:59PM Monday night making me wait almost 48 hours to catch the next flight back home? Um Excuse me? I have work and animals to feed I dont have ******************************************************** ********* do you guys know how much hotels, ********************* are out here?I told them to immediately refund my money and I will find another flight.havent seen a single ***** from these crooks and I ended up spending $500 for a one way back. Worse airline EVER if I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW I WOULD.

      I flew using Spirit from *** to *** on 7/10/2022. It was supposed to be a 1 hour flight that ended up getting delayed 3 times for a total of over 3 hours. To compensate, ***** offered a $50 credit for both my partner and myself, expiring on 10/6/2022. When trying to use this credit, I've found it is nothing more than a money-making scheme.In the fine print, it says the voucher is applicable to the flight-only portion of the base fare and cannot be applied to bags, government taxes, fees and carrier optional services.For a round-trip *** to *** trip showing $84:- The "flight-only portion" is $5.58 to *** and $2.79 back to ***.- The federal tax is $0.42 and $0.21.- The remaining fees are $37.59 and $25.59.It literally won't even let me use the voucher. When calling spirit they said you must choose a more expensive flight... they couldn't provide a reason beyond "that's how our system works."Selecting the $116.18 round trip option instead:- The "flight-only portion" is now up to $28.84 to *** and still $2.79 back to ***. - It shows me that the additional cost is passing a nice "Regulatory Compliance Charge" and "Fuel Charge" onto me for $6.51 and $11.16 that didn't exist on the other selection. Cool. - The federal tax is $3.49 and $0.21.- The remaining fees are still the same at $37.67 and $25.59.I can now use my voucher! But only $27.51 of it, which doesn't even add up to the "flight-only" portions of $28.84+$2.79.What was supposed to be an apology for a bad flight experience was just a faade to generate more profits. I'd like to request a full refund for my 7/10/2022 trip for myself and my partner, in cash.

      Most terrible customer service EVER. I paid for streaming WiFi for all three passenger tickets. I was charged for all three, round trip. Total-$47.94. I received NO receipt with the WiFi code. I asked onboard, and she said to email customer service, which I would have been happy to do, but I HAD no WiFi. So I repurchased it, assuming I'd get reimbursed after the flight. I reached out to customer service who sent a form to fill out for a refund The form required a WiFi receipt number, which I didn't have because they failed to send me the receipt. The customer service rep then informed me there was nothing they could do, since I couldn't provide the receipt. You can't make this stuff up. These people are crooks. Never ever ever upgrade anything. Don't pay for anything other than your ticket and maybe a checked back. I wouldn't ever trust them with a baggage under the plane. These people are as shady as it gets.

      Spirit Airlines is the worst airline to do business with. Due to a state of emergency in *******, I had to change my vacation plans. They charged me an additional $700!! My vacation was from September 29th to October 2nd. They told me that they had to charge me because I didn't reschedule my vacation plans within 3 days by October 3rd! How ridiculous is that? How can anyone change their whole vacation plans within 3 days and who knows what damage Hurricane *** would do to *************************. They are the worst company to deal with. I will never fly with them again.

      Spirit Airlines is one of the best affordable care transits. My flight to *** from *** allowed me to feel like a 1st class passenger in an economy section. The visit to the pilot cot should be an incentive for passenger engagement (CHAMBER7, *** ****** 2022) It surely made my list of unforgotten memoirs. Thank you so much. GO #SPIRIT !!!

      I had my carry on luggage and they made me pay $100.00. This fit on the over head compartment. I had no choice but to pay. I have used this carry on with different airlines and never had to pay extra.
