      Very inadequate and incomplete care. I'm in the medical field with access to very qualified physicians. I had a specific concern for a condition. I told the doctor what I was diagnosed with, my treatment in the past and my concern for another specific condition. The reply I received through email was yes I had the condition I mentioned and take this medication. Nothing adressing my specific, direct question. Just give me something, yes I think it might, no I don't think it is or you should go have that looked at in person. Something! But I guess for $9 bucks. At the least I should have done an online person to person consult. At least I would be able to speak with the physician. It's hard enough to treat patients when you see them for a few minutes. Handling through email is probably one of the worst things you can do. There was no way, or no easy way to get a message back to the doctor. As a medical worker in the Emergency Room, I would seek medical advice another way which I am going to do.

      The service is unable to provide the MD's license number? That is fraud!I have a bug bite that is over 40mm, red, swollen, hard, hot to the touch and hurts but this is a normal bug bite to an unlicensed doctor and customer service doesn't care ******* ****** *****

      MDLIVE has constant technical issues. There is no way to contact anyone on the website if you are in need. Some of the psychiatrists don't offer a follow up appointment AFTER they change your medication and offer no other guidance. One psychiatrist requires video only and after THREE failed attempts, you would think she would contact me by phone, but instead immediately marks me as a "MISSED APPOINTMENT." What is wrong with these people? A see a lawsuit coming in the future as I have spoke with a 'supervisor', emailed IT, spoke on the phone with the only ONE number available several times and no one seems to care. This company is messing with people's lives here and the only reason I am even using MDLIVE is it is covered under my insurance. I feel they should be made accountable for their negligence.

      Terrible. If you express frustration they hang up. Took 6 hours and no resolution. Extremely disorganized. Also prescribed wrong meds multiple times for family members involved. Save yourself some time and go to a real urgent care.

      My name is ************************* I talk to your provider on Md live on my insurance plan his name is ****************************** he was very rude and unprofessional I was let him that medicine was to strong that cause me to have leg weakness couldnt walk I ask him to lower dosage and started going off on me no reason. I thought doctors I hear to help you not to scream at asking for medical help. Future I hope he doesnt act like this other people that was uncalled for .

      They charge you for a service all though it says if they are unable to help you would not be charged. You have to answer trade questions before you are transferred. They transferred me and all she did was told me to go see a doctor.

      Terrible experience! The doctor was very rushed and abrupt - he did not seem interested in listening to me or answering my questions. The doctor told me he was going to write a prescription for a mouthwash suspension but instead wrote it for a topical cream (for my tongue!). I called back and the doctor changed his mind and sent a prescription for 2 pills. When I asked the pharmacist if this was standard rx for my issue he looked it up and told me that it probably should have been written for 2 pills to start and 1 pill for the next 10 days. The 2 pills did nothing so I ended up having to go to urgent care where the doctor told me the 2 pill rx was completely wrong and wrote me a prescription for 2 pills to start, and 1 pill for the next 10 days.

      CAUTION!!! I used this app because it's included with my insurance. However, I will never use it again. I saw a provider and was prescribed the wrong prescription, when I went to message the provider I found out that you're not able to. I contacted customer support and was told that "the doctor must contact you first" and I have to wait for the nurses to set up a dialogue with the Doctor. This is dangerous and unacceptable. I will never use this app and warn everyone not to use it.

      Md live is worthless. Less than worthless I have chest congestion with flu symptoms pain in lungs. Nasal spray and coughing pill and nausea medicine is a nothing fix even though those symptoms are there nothing for chest congestion. Waste of money and time

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every single time I use MDLive every doctor tells me I need to go see an actual doctor. Mind you, its only for allergies or sinus issues. I wont be using them again. The whole point of telehealth is to be able to save time and not have to physically go to an actual doctors office. MDLive sure doesnt mind taking your money though. Take my advice and every other 1 star review and steer clear of this company. Youre wasting your time and money.
