This sight is more like a scam. Then a helpful medical site. Pay $82, some guy calls, says he is a doctor, then tells you to go to urgent care or go see family physician. Or if sight is legit, then they need to get rid of **************************. He has numerous 1 star reviews and all say he refers you to urgent care.MDLIVE Inc.

Treatment plans are developed on each individuals specific clinical signs and symptoms. Based on the physician clinical judgement, the appropriate treatment plan could be to refer a patient to be seen in person for appropriate testing and treatment, as in this case.

They will take your money and indicate given there findings on what you tell them your syntomns which could be very serious, bacterial etc, their response is " take over-the-counter the counter medication". What a joke. MD live needs to do an internal audit on their so call doctors. Save your money and make an appointment with your current practitioner.MDLIVE Inc.

My daughter is having severe chest congestion with increased respirations and green sputum. This rip off doctor **** her it was not a respiratory infection and just a cold and would resolve in 10 Days. Waste of time and money, refuses to refund our payment, stating the service doesnt guarantee any treatment or resolution.MDLIVE Inc.

I was charged for a service that was supposed to be of no charge. MDLive system was not working correctly so I had to pay $58 but was guaranteed an immediate refund. Now Im being told it will take 45 days. MDLive is not being true to their word and will not let me talk to a supervisor about this.MDLIVE Inc.

My daughter was having issues with her eye after possibly being scratched by her child in the eye it was ugly outside and she at the time did not have a primary care physician so we decided to use this platform and I paid out of pocket. Before even getting on a video call, you have to describe what is going on just by the description itself They shouldve refused to see us since the moment that the so-called Doctor got on the video call, he stated since it was an eye issue and possibly foreign object within it he could not do anything about it, yet charged us the full price this platform is awful. DO NOT USE THUS SERVICEMDLIVE Inc.

MD live was billed all of my visits for the year of 2023 to the wrong insurance company, and when I was finally able to get them to bill the correct company they said it would be 45 days until I got my refund. Here we are over 70 days later and they're still holding onto my money and have not submitted the paperwork for the refund.MDLIVE Inc.

***** has a timely billing law which stipulates that healthcare providers can only collect payment on the first day of the 11th month after the date services were rendered. My husband was sent emails and texts after that period lapsed stating that we had an unpaid balance of $30 and that if we didnt pay it within 30 days, we simply would not be able to use the platform. I work in healthcare and have had other providers attempt this as well, so I immediately knew what they were trying to do. I called customer service to explain that we needed this balance cleared, but I was just passed along to multiple people. The last rep I talked to said she filed a billing dispute for me, which was a lie because I never heard anything back from them. The statement theyre providing has no true statement date or due-by date. The statement date just repopulates to whatever date is it when you download a copy of the invoice. This is because they know they we do not have to pay this, but they are counting on the fact that we dont know the law and will pay anyway. I have seen other companies do this since the law was passed. Its unethical, and until there are consequences for providers attempting to collect after the timely billing period has lapsed, they will continue to collect money from unsuspecting people that do not actually owe them. So, since we didnt pay by their 30 day deadline we thought wed be done hearing from them, but they sent another email saying the deadline is now another 30 days from now. I suspect if we didnt block them wed be getting the notifications every month with a fake deadline. I have told every single person I can not to use MDLive because they are dishonest and predatory. Its funny because they would have gotten a lot more than $30 out of us if they hadnt pulled this stunt since they are partnered with our insurance company. They are not the only telehealth platform out there, and we will be just fine without them.MDLIVE Inc.

Company forces Practitioners to adhere to corporate policies that prevent them from providing adequate Healthcare services to their patients. Paxlovid is not in short supply, and I should've been prescribed it due to my medical history and past use of the drug for previous COVID infection. Instead, I was told to see my primary physician to get ******** if I want it. These are socialist medicine policies that should concern all *********. I have been seeing a therapist on their site for a year. He has never been Mr.************ but the last session I had with him he verbally abused me and made me want to end it. Over and over he kept saying the same hurtful things. I begged him to stop, but he said no, he wanted me to hear it. I have never been a person that cried but I can't stop now and can't get past it. MDLive is a joke. I dont know how BCBS offers them for medical care. The doctors dont review or check if you can take certain medicines. They dont ask if you have other medical conditions. They get mad cause you tell them you dont have COVID. Ive had COVID twice i know the symptoms. They are negligent for patient care. I will never use their services again.MDLIVE Inc.
