This is the 4th platform I've used for re-prescribing my psychiatric medication. My insurance has changed every year, so I've just gone with what my insurance has supported. This is the first ever platform to refuse to prescribe me medication because I don't have a negative pregnancy test. Despite knowing there was absolutely no way I could be pregnant. They said it because I was of "childbearing age". They suggested I go back to whatever medical platform I used before. They would not be helping me. I'm grateful that first time customers are free visits with my insurance. If I had paid to be told that I would be even more furious. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.MDLIVE Inc.

When I first started using this platform, I really liked it. It was convenient, easy to schedule appointments, and the app straightforward. It has deteriorated greatly, the app is a mess and the customer service is extremely lacking. I tried for weeks to schedule an appointment with a provider I see regularly, without being able to respond to a message SHE initiated and sent me or making an appointment online or on the app. It took 4 phone calls over the course of a week to get an appointment scheduled because all the different customer service representatives are so unhelpful. One of the representatives I spoke to literally had another phone conversation with another person while I was on the line, I could hear the entire thing including what the other person said, and she had several conversations with other people presumably in her household while I was on the line. This is a blatant confidentiality violation as she discussed symptoms and reason for visit with me, and I have no idea how many other people heard our conversation. You can't contact them via email even though they provide an email option on their website, they will just respond and say please call us. This ***** because I adore my therapist, but after so many consistent disappointments and difficulties with the platform, I will be looking elsewhere for care.MDLIVE Inc.

They are supposed to provide a service, per their own marketing, within minutes, This is an outright lie as we had scheduled 2 appointments (same patient, same issue) twice on the morning of 01/03/2024.The first provider failed to call, and marked the appointment as completed which is a complete falsification of their records and we were still assessed a $63.00 fee. With the 2nd appointment we waited to see if they would finally follow through on their promise of talking to a doctor within minutes and they failed again, but this time we canceled the appointment due to their failure as a company. And wouldn't you know it, we got charge $63.00 again for an appointment that never happened.The only outcome here is for a complete refund of $126.00 for the appointments that never occurred,MDLIVE Inc.

The onset of the Flu, RSV, and COVID has created an overwhelming demand for healthcare services across the country causing longer than usual wait times. The Network team has focused on reducing wait times working alongside a specialized team that is dedicated to monitoring the waiting room. I have used for over 4 years and my pshycyatrist is great, however after noticing a constant 284 visit every time for 3 years I began to cpntact customer service as in 3 years I have only been charged for 1 follow up 108. After reviewing transactions I am being charged a new visit everytime. Customer support agreed to refund in the form of a credit after being put on the spot but have yet to see this "credit" listed anywhere on the account and again my "Follow up appt" this month my dr wants 284. Id like my credit now and or a refund as I now see with other reports can be done to my bank as I was lied to and told it cannot.MDLIVE Inc.

I setup an appointment for 7:15pm. I received a call saying that the appointment was missed but nobody called. I then set it for first available. I waited until 11pm and nobody called. The robo call said that someone would call from a toll free number but nobody called The next day I made an appointment for video call (other was voice) for 1pm. At 1:15 I received a robo call and said I missed the appointment. I then just cancelled a chance for another one. I would not recommend this. I talked to my son and he told me he had a similar experience once so he never used them again.MDLIVE Inc.

The onset of the Flu, RSV, and COVID has created an overwhelming demand for healthcare services across the country and we had higher than predicted demand for our urgent care services. During the end of December, the spike during the holiday season drove significantly higher wait times. The network team focused on reducing wait times collaborating with a specialized team that is dedicated to monitoring the waiting room. This team conducts daily network outreach for additional support to our provider network. The doctor had a very rude demeanor. He seemed inconvenienced, slightly agitated, and in a hurry. I looked up this doctor on ****** for reviews after and one of the first search listings showed a recent history of DWI.. Disappointing that MDLive cant find better doctors. Id rather stick with urgent care. He did call in medication so it wasnt a complete waste.MDLIVE Inc.

I have a sinus infection and needed a simple antibiotic. Paid my copay and received a call from the "physician." Less than 2 minutes later he told me that there is a crackdown on prescribing antibiotics and he couldn't give me anything. Advised a neti pot and he was done. Literally took my money for a scam call. After reading through a multitude of comments, it seems this is common practice with this company.MDLIVE Inc.

They charged me the 80 fee even after 3 way call with insurance company to verify coverage. I was assured on a recorded line that I wouldnt be charged but I was. Called again and was told to call insurance company again for a 3 way call. They throw you around so much they hope you will give up. My insurance card list MDLIVE on it so no question of coverage. **************** is no help and I have already been charged. Seems to me like a fraudulent company that needs to be investigated. Plus no help for that 80 fee except a 45 second call from an illiterate dr saying to go to urgent care to pay another 80 Useless. Making quick buck for nothing!!!MDLIVE Inc.

My own pcp disagreed with the MDlive doctor. Nothing she said made sense and I wasnt listened to. My summary was as she told me but no notes of any medication reactions I told her about on ones she said I should use. I will not use them again.MDLIVE Inc.
