      Placed an order, on 5-26-23, for 8 bottles of Botanic Superfood, cost $159.80. Their website claims a money back guarantee. Took the product for a few days, and it caused bad diarrhea. Sent them back the unused portion, tracking #**********************. They received it back and I have been on the phone numourous times. Each time I'm told my check is in the mail. Still waiting on my refund! It's clear, that they have no intention of returning my money, even though their website claims a money back guarantee.

      North American Nutra would like to sincerely apologize for Mrs. ****** experience with our customer care team.

      Order history indicates that the agent attempted a credit and received an error code (attached), this customer paid for their order via check and therefore their credit should have been issued in the same manner.  We are going to work with the agents to ensure that these internal policies are correctly followed and this type of issue can be entirely avoided in the future.

      A refund check was sent to this customer on January ********* and the check has since been cashed, attached is a proof of payment.

      I ordered 6 bottles of the botanic superfoods on 9/18/23 and still not received. I have called them 4-5 times and they tell me it will be sent out soon and they will put in for a faster shipping. I have also emailed them and still nothing. It has been over 3 months. The email assured me once its back in stock it will be sent out. This is very frustrating especially because I am getting flyers in the mail to purchase more. It appears the previous agent gave misinformation; currently we are on backorder and are expecting to have the items back in stock around the 2nd week of February.       A refund was then issued to this via mailed check payment and cashed on 12/15/2023, please see attached document indicating this check successfully cleared from our account.

      I purchased a product from this Company in January 17 2023.. iit was guaranteed or money back ..we were not satisfied and returned product back in April for a refund.. which we never got. I have tried many times to get in touch with company and sit and wait on phone for 15mins. at a time only to be disconnected, Just this morning I tried 4 times alone and same thing every time wait and then it disconnects. the amount they owe us is $79.90.. if you could somehow help with this I would appricate it.. *********************

      In may 2023 my elderly mother 88yrs old ordered Vitamins from North America Nutra with a guarantee that if she did not like the product , she could return it for a refund and also that she could cancel at any time. Neither of those things have been able to happen. My mother has called the company 3 times herself and in not able to get through, but she left a recording to cancel her account. Two times after that she has received shipments and her credit card has been charged. She asked me to help her on June 5th 2023 and I called both the available numbers and was also not able to get a live person but told to leave a detailed message, which I did. Recently my mother again received another order of the vitamins and on 7/18/2023 I again tried to call and cancel the ongoing subscription and called both numbers to no avail, but again I left a detailed message to cancel the order with no authorization to continue to charge my mothers credit card. I am going to dispute these charges even though my elderly mom has already paid the credit card ****. This is a subversive practice to try to steal from the elderly who do not have the resources to defend themselves. Please have your office follow up on this and bring resolution to this issue.       Purchased supplements through this website. My first credit card was marked as fraud. The second time I went to order, the website wouldn't load properly. First three calls they tell me they will "send an email" and get back to me. Never have. Next five calls they now say it is backordered and they have no idea when it will be back in stock. Having major concerns about the legitimacy of this business and the amount of money they have taken with zero supplements or customer service provided.

      I ordered a diabetic a drug and I receive joint drugs instead also the price is more than double of the price of other peoples number three they dont have customer service they dont answer they dont have customer service available for customers and to me its a total fraud they should be taken off and they should be penalized

      After reviewing complaint 19967343, we do want to make the distinction that North American Nutra sells dietary supplements not drugs. 

      North American Nutra records all sales calls and after reviewing ********************** we were able to confirm that the purchase was agreed upon for both the product in question (Aflexin) and for the amount charged to the customer. A recording of the sales call is available upon request. 

      If the customer would like to receive a credit for their purchase, all we ask is that any unused portion of the product is returned. Please advise if a credit is requested and we can proceed with issuing a return merchandise authorization.

      Ordered product called selenexgsh which I have ordered many times. Ordered product in March received a product in late March called Ceremin. Call customer service on March 27 was told correct product would be sent. Today I received a second set of Ceremin.

      We have reviewed the issue thoroughly with our fulfillment team and we were unable to find an operational issue that *** have caused the incorrect fulfillment. ??There was a free bottle of Ceremin inserted to Selenex GSH orders around the time the customer placed their order, this *** be the source but rest assured this was a free gift and not a product  requiring payment.

      Selenex GSH has been reshipped once again, this was packed by a manager and verified to contain the correct product. The tracking number for this shipment is: 9400111206207626081190
