      On April 5, 2024 I ordered a product called "Youthful Circulation" from North American Nutra. I paid ***** with my debit card. The payment cleared the bank on April 8, 2024. I never received the product.On April 6, 2024 I received an email thanking me for my order.On May 7, 2024 I sent them an email asking them why they haven't shipped my order yet.They replied "Thank you for contacting North American Nutra Customer Support.Your message has been received and is being reviewed by on of our ************* Agents."I never heard back from them after that.The product I ordered is no longer listed on their web site. I'm pretty sure I got scammed. I should have checked your complaints website before I trusted these guys.

      North American Nutra would like to sincerely apologize for the delay experienced in receiving your Youthful Circulation order.

      After reviewing notes on the order it appears that there was a technical issue resulting in the order failing to post to fulfillment. A screenshot of the system notes are attached.

      Unfortunately, Youthful Circulation is now discontinued and we are unable to send a replacement shipment for this product. A credit for the full purchase price has been issued as detailed below.

      I purchased the product Superfood in mid- February for $79.90. I called the company at the end of February to check status and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I called again on April 3 and was again told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. On that date, I canceled the order. On April 8, I sent an email to ******************************** stating my wish to cancel order and refund my money. On May 6, I called company. The representative acknowledged receiving cancellation email, but no action has been taken. The reason, "Complications at warehouse." This appears to be an intent to defraud, not an honest attempt to correct their inaction. My only request is to refund the money paid!

      I ordered a Circulation Enhancer called Nitric Oxide, Sanguenol. I recieved a recent order of the product with 4 bottles. I still have 5 bottle of the product left over from January delivery (they confirmed) and I didn't need more and I decided to cancel the subscription. The man questioned me continually for several minutes which I answered and he was getting agitated and eventually I repeated that I just wanted to return what I just received a couple weeks ago in March (they confirmed) because I already have too much and I would like to cancel my order for more. At that point he hung up on me. They were supposed to send it every 4 months.Previously, when looking up the phone number the web site kept disappearing so it took many times to open it to catch the whole phone number, which the man answered. I also used the phone number on the bottles and it was a woman recording that they don't have customer service people and email them at ********************************* When using that site it disappears after you click on returns and then when you try again, it disappears as soon as you open the site . The order is on my March credit card bill on 3/13/24 with reference 0515.I would like to return the product just received at no cost since it was sent too soon and receive a refund of the $119.00 as soon as possible. I also want all orders cancelled.

      I ordered the North American Nutra Sanguenol tablets on 12/27/23 and paid $119.85 for them. The company did not fulfill the order and I requested for a refund over a month ago. The customer service initially agreed to look into the matter but they have ceased to respond to my emails in the last two weeks.All I am asking is for a refund of the $119.85.

      Good Afternoon,

      Our records indicate that a return of the product was not received for the order dated 6/24/2023. Our policy states that to receive a credit the customer must return either the used or unused portion to obtain a credit for their purchase. This order was successfully shipped in a timely manner but unfortunately as the order is over 9 months old the tracking number has now expired (**********************).

      In the interest of resolving this complaint we can mail the customer a refund check as we are unable to issue a credit directly to the credit due to the order's age. A check will be issued this coming Thursday March 14th.

      July, 2023 I order supplements from NORTH AMERICAN NUTRA ****** ** $159.80. August 2023 I called and they assured me it would be shipped out in 3 weeks. In October 2023 I asked for a refund (no refund) December 2023 checked on the refund, representative and requested a refund again.       On Jan 16th in the late afternoon, I called in response to an elaborate 24-page flyer I got in the mail regarding their Bionic Superfood supplement. The offer included buy one get one free, and I chose the 5-bottle pack (10 bottles). I had checked BBB complaints and there were several, some of which were that they paid for but never received the product. The company claimed it was backordered and that was the reason for the long delay (sometimes several weeks.) When I called, I mentioned these complaints and was assured that they now were fully stocked and my order would be shipped in 5-7 business days. Early the next day I decided to change the number of bottles on my order and when I spoke to another rep, I was told that they were out of stock, had been for months, and my order would not be sent until late February AT THE EARLIEST. I chose to cancel the order at that point but was told that my credit card had been charged and could not be refunded even though he did cancel my order. They claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee so why can't they refund the money since I never received anything? Also, I question why they are soliciting business with the elaborate flyer if they do not even have the product in stock and apparently are not sure when they will! If I had not decided to change my order, I would be in the same boat as others...waiting weeks for a product that was charged to my account instantly and I would have relied upon the false information of the sales rep that the product was immediately available. It is very suspicious that they post my payment instantly since most companies do not post a charge until the product is ready to be sent out.
