      Companies finance office fraudulently filled out my credit apps after having me fill out the correct information by hand on another credit app form recently found out after researching what to do about not being able to afford payments when I noticed the monthly income amount they sent to the finance agencies was more then double what I provided when asked to produce this document to me from my file staff put me on hold and returned several minutes (with multiple others heard discussing why I was requesting this particular document I believe they know this is the evidence needed to provide proof of fraud) later to inform me that I would have to call back later so they had time to locate the requested document when I returned the call later in the day I was hung up on three times after giving my name showed up in person an hour later to sales person Al who stonewalled me for over an hour as he constantly requested I tell them why the document was needed when ever I asked a question he would excuse himself behind closed doors with multiple other members of the staff before returning minutes later with more questions and I dont know finally when ** opened my file on the computer and he opening the same file multiple times after hovering and telling me the information requested was the only document not to be uploaded I believe this company to be running a fraud scam and hiding behind contracts they falsely represent with misinformation and in my case fraudulent information that should be considered a breach of the contract and any documents I signed that day should be consider invalid due to misrepresentation of my credit report being the only reason the additional contract was signed was because I believed my loan was approved based on information provided on original credit application and I fully believe they knowingly had me signing falsified documents optimum rv should be investigated given additional complaints made by other consumers with similar claims

      by you. You also initialed the credit application stating that the information we were going to use was
      accurate before we submitted the information to the bank. We have our customers review this
      information to check for any typos or errors. By initialing this page, you are agreeing that everything that
      we have listed is accurate. The income information on the credit application is what we used with the
      bank to secure financing, nothing was changed. You also agreed to the payment amount of $999.37 for
      240 months. If you could not afford that payment, you did not share that information with us at the
      time of purchase and you initialed the page agreeing to the payment terms.

      This is the last place anyone needs to look for an RV Im 60 years old and bought any vehicles, but this is the worst by far. Worst deal too.

      I would not recommend buying from optimum. We bought a 2021 Thor challenger a year ago. When we picked up the ** the first issue was the stove top had been taken and the power cord, which was replaced with a broken one that wasnt even for our **. Lots of broken parts, mostly mechanical, water pump, water heater, washer, dryer, D/S slide, P/S slide, navigation system just to name a few. ** had previously been flooded and with broken slides continued to flood.The worst of the water damage was the bottom stair leading outside causing the retractable stairs to malfunction. This leads us to now, my husband had to have his patella reconnected after the stairs malfunctioned causing him to fall out of the **. The stairs were suppose to have been fixed and when we reached out again with our concerns about the stairs not retracting or extending like they should a tech came out to replace the two broken toilets stepped on the stairs and said they are fine. We did talk to optimum about this situation explaining we now have thousands of dollars in medical bills and they were not concerned and said they are not going to help with the bills. They also said if we want the stairs repaired although they also said there was nothing wrong with them, we need to bring the ** back in for the ninth time! We live in the ** full time and can not continue to bring it in every time they dont fix it right the first time.

      We understand that you had concerns about the stairs on your **, and our team inspected them several times. However, each time we inspected them, we found no issues with their functionality. We acknowledge that diagnosing a problem can be difficult, especially when everything appears to be in working order. During our last conversation, you mentioned that the issue was no longer intermittent,and we would be able to see the problem that you had experienced occasionally with the ** steps without a doubt. At that time, we offered to inspect them again at the nearest Optimum RV location.

      We want to emphasize that what ****************** experienced was not a direct cause of anything that our staff here at Optimum RV did or could have done differently. Nonetheless, we remain committed to providing you with the best possible service and would be happy to discuss any further concerns that you may have.

      BEWARE!!Optimum RV (OCALA) has no concern for their customers. We purchased an RV that was on consignment (we were aware of that part) what we didnt know was it did not have a clear title. The title had a lien on it. It took 4 months for us to get our title/tag/registration. Absolutely no-one at this location had the decency or concern to neither notify us nor return ANY phone calls and messages. Every phone call made to them, anyone who answered the phone was the manager and would check into this and call us back. Guess how many times they returned the calls ZERO!! Just to name a few of the managers that was supposed to call back (N, R, KF and JG). If this is management no wonder all the negative reviews. Even a message was left for (Ch) the owner. Per another location and they gave us a contact of Ta Director of cusomer experience. She did however look into getting us a temporary tag until we reached our FL limit on those. Never told us exactly what was going on (lien). We were 4 weeks with an expired temporary tag and unable to use our RV during this time. Making payments on something not even able to use! Absolutely no response until 5/1/24 someone called and asked if we were still looking for an RV. Are you kidding me had no record of our purchase! Of course she wanted me to speak with a manager to let them know why I was so upset. NO thanks tried to speak with a manager for 4 months. Be sure to do your homework before you make any purchase from Optimum RV. There are plenty of other RV sales companies with great reviews.

      Hard to give a 0 rating when there was some kindness but overall absolutely incapable unresponsive service department as of May 2024. Much money was spent to redesign the building and increase sales department however very little service to back up the warranty work that most new RVs require the first year. Strongly recommend to buy elsewhere.

      DO NOT BUY FROM OPTIMUM ************ starts at the top ************** Chief Operating ******** ************ General Manager, ***** and finally ******* the director of customer relations. There is no recourse and no one will help you. My husband and I were so excited to buy a 2017 Thor Venetian m37. We worked with ***** and ******* and asked them to please be our eyes on the exterior paint We were driving 2600 miles EACH WAY in r RV that we were going to trade in to buy this coach. We FaceTimed ***** and ******* and knew there was a little bit of rust and also the front 2 captains chairs needed to be redone. ***** also pointed out in the rear by the taillights there was minimal paint damage and that was all the damage he could see. When we got there there was a 3 foot section of the body where a panel had been cut out replaced/rewelded and repainted with spot welds and **** welds highly visible, and baseball size damage on the passenger front bumper. After driving 2600 miles we were so bummed. ***** told us he didnt notice it when we asked him about it and then told ***** (manager) It was evident in the videos he sent me. the only videos I received were of the rust in the storage compartments. They MISREPRESENTED the rig and then said sorry. I asked ***** if they could please help us with the gas for r travels and she advised ************** (COO) and he said sorry theres nothing they can do. ************ the ** also said theres nothing they can do. It took us 8 days round trip 5200 additional miles on r rig and $2600 in fuel and we just got a Sorry. There nothing else to say.

      We bought a 2018 coachman in January 2024. We did a walk through but did not turn on tvs. The person said they had no reception in their area. We went camping for 2 days. We returned the coach because tv wouldnt work properly. The shop manager said they should fix it. The office called the warranty we had bought through optimum rv. They said it was a pre existing condition so they would not cover. It now late march and optimum rv will not cover it. I will not recommend this company to anyone

      Made promises for missing items they didnt keep.Theyre ready to go camping inspection is a joke it was never finished.The salesman promised me the unit had been totally serviced and gone through. That was a lie. The A Service due light came on within 2 miles of leaving the dealership, so I guess they kept turning it off when they started it up. I informed them of this and asked them to cover it but they havent. I spent $1076 at ******** when I had the warranty work done on the sliding door they said they would pay for but they no charge because it was warranty couldve had done. During the inspection, the rep stated the side door screen was in the storage bag with the window shades. I found out the next day it was not told him about it. Theyve done nothing.Was told by the salesman the table made the bed I found out the next day it does not. Its missing two cushions. I brought that to their attention theyve done nothing.The service folks had to tinker on the furnace and hot water heater. Supposedly a propane bubble for the furnace. Well they got it working and forgot to turn it off so it was on all the way home I discovered it when I went to see what was making noise in the back which was a service door to the furnace area they decided not to put back on because has a defective latch .Thats for the hot water heater. They ran so much water out trying to get it working they added more water and then forgot to drain the gray water so all the way home 90 miles it slopped up through the shower drain all over the floor of the RV.They told me they would pay for the automatic sliding door repair to just send in the invoice. Because the unit was a 2022 I decided to check with ******** and sure enough its under warranty for that until December 7, 2024.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OPTIMUM RV *****.Their sales folks lie to you make promises. They have no intention of keeping and then tell you its out of their control.

      Buyers Beware!!!On February 22nd, I purchased a 2022 Montana Fifth Wheel from Optimum Supercenter. Made arrangements to have it picked up on March 2nd by a family member. Everyone is nice until you sign the papers. ******** in service was aware that my family was picking the camper up on Saturday March 2nd at 8:00am. She assured me everything would be done. Additionally the radio in the camper was broken, and we were told one would be installed before delivery or they would ship it to us. Friday the 1st I decided to call and verify that everything was done on the camper and ready to be delivered. ******** advised me that they were bringing it up now as we spoke. Lie! Lie! Lie! My family arrived at 8:00am to a camper that wasnt addressed at all. My family waited for 3 hours. Let me repeat 3 hours! I had to call and raise my voice to another employee in service. Why? Because ******** was in a meeting. They took it away, supposedly emptied the tanks and gave it to my family member for transport. If I could give them a ZERO I would. We received the camper and noticed that the floor was rotten and had mold. Then the following day Sunday a rain storm came and now the kitchen slide out is leaking. All tanks were full. Black and 2 Gray tanks. They do not do a PDI on their campers. They cant even clean a camper. When you call you always get a lie that the person you need to talk to is always in a meeting. You pay $1,000 for a dealer Doc fee for them to inspect and clean. Then you pay an additional fee over $4,600 for total freight and vehicle preparation. Ive called a dozen times addressing my problems with nothing but lies lies and lies. Their famous words. They will deliver the message, they are in a meeting, and someone will call me back. Still no radio and we continue to get the run around. You would think with all the meetings they have they would run a reputable business. Sure Management will call me. WRONG! Take your business elsewhere. Crooks!

      Horrible to deal with. ** bought ****** in Jan. ** have already had service work done it that cost us a $125.00 trio charge. Now the "upgraded love seat" one side has stop reclining. But they need for us to pull the ** in and they know we cannot.
