      These people are schiesters. We stopped by in the summer and the man there said he could fix our rv fridge no problem and we made an appointment. They couldn't see it till the beginning of Febuary. When we brought it there they didn't work on it right away as we expected with a planned 3 month appt. /but put it in the back to work on later. My husband had taken off of work to specifically get it there for the appt.! We waited 3 weeks and never heard from them, finally my husband called and they said they had never looked at it. We just brought it home to dead and both $400 batteries are completely dead not able to be recharged because they had left it out in 4 weeks of freezing temps without charging batteries. WE ARE EXTREMELY MAD. Now we have to buy new batteries my advice is dont ever buy anything from Optimum RV in *****/*********, ** they worse than a rip off.

      Seeing the negative reviews almost made me change my mind in doing business but I am so glad that I did not listen to the negative feedback from others. I am a business owner so I have realistic expectations, I am also a veteran RV owner so I know what to expect. Thank you Optimum RV sales staff for taking great care of me and my family, helping us find the perfect fitted RV with an incredible price. Their service department is busy but they provided top tier service for the few warranty concerns we had after the fact. 7th RV and I wish I would have bought all of them from Optimum, by far the best experience!!!!

      HORRIBLE! Although the buying process was fast and smooth (of course) the minute we signed, it was all down hill! Im appalled by how they do business. As a business owner myself I have restrained from leaving a review until now. This company needs a come to ***** meeting! We completely regret buying from Optimum RV of *****. I will let everyone know how horrible our experience has been. We will never be back. We have wasted so much time and money with this business its insane. DO NOT respond back with A manager will reach out. Unless its the owner, idc. Talking to a manager does nothing here it just goes in a circle and its the same horrible experience every time we go back. Today was the last straw! They tried giving us someone elses camper. When we explain thats not our camper, they start looking for our missing camper. They finally find it and we immediately see damage where they ran it into another camper. Optimum RV had our camper for over a month to fix a fridge and microwave, when we saw the side wrecked, the lady is gonna tell us to calm down and say its not a big deal. Were paying $100k for a camper just for the dealership to destroy it and then not say a dang word to us about it in hopes we didnt notice? That means theres another customer out there that has damage done to theirs as well. This is not the first bad experience weve had. Just the last of many. We PAID them to install tv mounts and they missed the stud so we now have holes in our brand new paneling that dont belong there. A year and a half later, we still dont have tvs mounted. No offer for a discount or anything. Just sorry. We just drive 45 mins one way to find out they didnt even get it in the shop. Sorry isnt good enough anymore! It was the first two times they messed up, not this time. Id be ashamed and embarrassed if my business was ran this way! Time is money and you have definitely wasted ours. NEVER BUY OR GET SERVICED FROM THIS COMPANY OPTIMUM RV! Shady people!

      We bought our camper in October and as of today we STILL do not have a title or registration card. They never got a clear title before selling and evidently they never tried to get a clear title until repeated calls from us after the temporary tags expired. They do not call back when they say they will and all they do is blame the bank or the **** **************** is horrible at best. At this point I would like to return this camper and get our money back. We have an unusable camper and we are furious. We have had campers before and never had a moments problem. Buyer Beware! I feel like we are dealing with the Film Flam Man. ??

      Horrible customer service. Phone calls not answered or returned. Took over two months to get title completed which would not have happened without me calling 4 times a day. Pick up day was ridiculous. Waiting 6 hours before having enough and telling them we were leaving with our camper. I would never purchase from them again and advise others to look elsewhere.

      Zero rating. Shady Business We went to the Super RV Show in ***** recently. And we thought we bought a new travel trailer and put a $5,000 down payment that e still havent received back from Optimum. They wanted us to get their bank loan although we wanted to pay cash. After going back and forth with them, we said ok to the loan and they said we could pay the loan off in a month or two. When we got home my husband called Optimum because we didnt agree to certain additions like a $4,423 warranty that was not disclosed to us and more items I wont list. We never received an Optimum Sales Contract. They only gave us the *************** Marine/ RV loan application. After several phone calls with no return call, we gave up. *********************, ******** is the place to purchase your RV. Optimum creates stress in your life. Dont do it.

      DO NOT DROP YOUR ** OFF FOR SE**ICE AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! All of my stuff was stolen and when I went to the main person she said to file a police report! they stole thousand of dollars of stuff it had to be a POS employee because half the stuff was inside the camper. They stole 12 chair optimum replace 4 chair because we raised h*** They stole my kitchen aide mixer our cloths my childrens toys my decor a $1000 projector with the blow up screen. All of my pots and pans my Keurig our bedding.3 tvs the Livingroom and both the bedrooms I can keep going we lived in this rv for the holidays so you can imagine this is our 2nd home they cleaned us out. All they can say is that I shouldn't of left my stuff in the rv are you kidding me we live in this ** half the time. ****** is hard to get ahold of they don't want him to know anything. I`m going to be sure to get the word out. On top of this they had my ** for almost a year we purchased the ** Nov 22 and its been in and out of the shop because everything failed on it! I have already messaged with ******* they don't want to do anything about this. When we picked up the camper it was absolutely disgusting even the service lady was shocked in how dirty it was and all my stuff was scattered from them robbing us. Save yourself from this place!!!

      Thank you for your feedback. The security of our lot is very important to us. We do have measures in place that help minimize theft but unfortunately, we cannot prevent it. We have numerous postings throughout our lot stating that we are not responsible for anything lost or stolen. We also advise our customers not to leave any valuables in their unit when they bring it in for service. When your RV is your second home, we realize that it is impossible to remove everything from the unit, but we still encourage our customers to remove as much as they can, especially anything of value. We have discussed this matter with you and informed you that this would be considered theft and covered under your RV insurance policy. We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience and are happy to provide any information to local law enforcement or your insurance company to assist you in this matter.

      Buyer beware. If you put your RV on consignment they put it in there storage area where only employees can see it then strip it of everything not bolted down. Linen, mattresses, propane tanks, bunk laddes, hoses, cable line, TV, rear area table and legs and then tell you that are not responsible for lost items. It is only your employee's allowed there so who else but them could take it. And don't even get me started on the lies. These people would rather climb a tree and lie instead of standing on the ground and telling the truth. And if you want to get your unit back they want you to make an appt 10 days to 2 weeks out. I guess so they can switch tires on it I have a 2019 4th wheel that now has 2010 dated tires on it wow I could not believe it I guess they really thought I was going to buy that 98,000.00 unit with mine as a trade and pay 134,000.00 at 19% interest

      I had an unsatisfactory experience and wish to express my dissatisfaction with Optimum RV of Ocala FL. On 11/22, I purchased a new 2023 Puma Destination trailer. Upon my inspection of the trailer I came across numerous issues that I was promised would be repaired. While there, they fixed two issues and stated they would have to order additional parts. ( kitchen countertop,
      kitchen table, trailer graphics, etc. ). To me, this was understandable that they do not stock the parts. I requested they call me when the trailer was ready, only to be told that I HAD to take the trailer home with me that day because I signed the paperwork. I explained that there was no way I could bring the camper back to Optimum because it was going to be permanently placed on my property. I was guaranteed by more than one employee this would be no problem that when all the parts came in they would send out technicians to my property to solve all issues. Lo and behold I was told months later by a representative of Optimum RV that they no longer do road service. I requested that they ship me the parts and I will pay someone to do the work. Optimum stated it would take some time to get the parts and they stand behind their Customer Service. Well, a yeas later and NOTHING.

      We had a wonderful experience with a sales rep, Kimberly *****. She listened to everyone of my likes and dislikes. I asked to view several different toy haulers and she showed them all to us but she thought there was one I would like from all the information I gave her and she was dead on. She picked the perfect one for us. She was amazing. We bought the toy hauler she picked and it checked off everything I wanted and then some. She really listened and heard us. She is a keeper and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for an RV.
