      Absolutely terrible company. I was prescribed a CPAP 7 months ago which was provided by Rotech/Sleep Central and NOTHING has gone right with this company. Every invoice I receive is wrong. Multiple incorrect submissions to my insurance. I would not be surprised if they are regularly committing insurance fraud. They continue to ship me unneeded supplies after I specifically requested them to stop. I will do everything I can to part ways with Rotech as quickly as possible. I wish I looked at their rating here on the BBB before doing business with them. I would have demanded another company.

      This review is of their **************** CHAT feature. That works great, and I've used it several times, including today, when **************** helped me quickly and professionally. Good stuff!(Now, if I was reviewing their automated resupply web page, the rating would be low, because I couldn't get past the "enter-your-birthdate" screen due to some peculiar programming issues. Then again, they ALSO offer automated ordering by PHONE, and that worked easily and neatly on the first shot, so the final result was I got my order placed, and was able to report the programming issue easily, so it's all good.

      Don't use this company for anything!! After almost 5 months of trying to get a CPAP machine through them, I've had absolutely nothing but a nightmare of a time. They didn't answer calls. It takes weeks to get an email response. I was told I owed $77.38 co-pay for the machine. I paid it. Then I'm told there will be a monthly rental fee. I ask how much, and am told they can't give me the exact amount, just an estimate. I refuse and cancel the order. Then they actually do call back, and ask about some documents I didn't sign. I tell them the reason I didn't sign is because of the monthly rental fee I didn't agree to, so I wanted to cancel. I was then told there is NO monthly rental fee, and I just owed the $77.38. I tell them I've already paid that. I am instructed to call billing. After 20 minutes on hold, I am told there IS a monthly rental fee, and the person that told me there wasn't didn't know what they were talking about. I refused, canceled the order, again, and demanded a refund. I can't believe my insurance would do business with a company like this. I have filed a grievance against them with my insurance company. Please, stay AWAY from this company. They are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.

      This Rotech ***************** is absolutely terrible. I have insurance and they overcharged two to three times over what CPAP supplies should be charged. Would give 0 stars if I could. I talked to billing with no answers. Talked to the supply ***** with no answers. Was told someone would call and no answers. I have not opened any of the cpap supplies and wanted to return them. They will not let me return them! Was told they have a 3 day limit on returns! What company would do 3 days. Stay away from this company with any supplies! I have been taken advantaged of and given no answers!!! CVS, ********* and Amazon can provide the same supplies at a fair cost!

      Absolutely terrible company. They have not billed my Insurance for 10 months and are claiming I am now responsible for the full cost of my CPAP. I had an allergic reaction the mask; I reported that to all necessary agencies and went back in to get refitted for a new mask- since then, their supply company has not provided me with the correct mask that Im not allergic to. The supply company has NO way to talk to a live person and will only allow me to order the mask I am allergic to. Ive emailed the supply company with no response. Rotech is now calling me noncompliant for not wearing a mask I had a documented allergy to. Their **************** is absolutely disgusting- there are scraps of trash all over the floors, there is no one at reception and sometimes you could sit there ***** minutes before seeing a human to assist you. I have a hard time believe this office meets OSHA requirements. When calling in to Rotech allentown office and billing departments its very difficult to get a live person. They do not answer emails and claimed to not receive faxed information from my Pulmonolgist, which later they admitted they had received. I get different answers from the billing department vs local branch- billing tells me my machine is marked for purchase once insurance pays. The local Rotech staff are rude and condescending at best. My insurance company says they are not receiving any claims even after I ask Rotech to resend. The local office calls me after hours and leaves voicemails but is closed when I call back minutes later. They harassed me to get my machine back, which my doctor says I now own. I ended up taking my machine back. I would rather deal with my sleep apnea diagnosis without a CPAP then deal with this company; and my health is very important to me. I would give negative stars if I could.

      Their bliing is the worst. 8 days after I paid my bill in full. I get a phone call for arrangements. Sad, inept at the best

      This company is a ripoff. They collected some money from me and the next day when I returned the product they would not give me a refund. Now when I call them they wont answer the phone. Now Im today by someone at their home office will return my funds but it will take 12 to fourteen MONTHS to get my money. Shawty practices and very poor customer service if any. Ive never dealt with a company like this before. Most companies want to help service their customers not drag them out. I dont understand..

      Terrible customer service. Supplies took a long time to arrive. Did not provide the supplies I requested then when I called for replacement they informed that I would have to pay directly and will not provide a credit for the wrong items supplied. I am now looking for another source to provide my CPAP supplies

      rotech is probably the worst company i have ever dealt with. if the respond to emails they take about a week and when they do they are not helpful at all. I am looking elsewhere through my drs office and will update when i find a better service. avoid these folks
