      My dad wants to switch mask types to one recommended by his pulmanologist, and they will not give him a different mask unless he goes to their office over an hour away to have it adjusted. Ridiculous. The one he wants to switch to was one he already has used during his sleep study. For some reason Rotech sent a different mask when he started cpap therapy and now that he wants the one he used during his sleep study, they refuse to send it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

      This company bought out a company that I had gotten equipment from and never contacted me until my insurance changed and wanted to bill me $177.00 a month for an oxygen machine they never serviced and was 8 years old. Told me they couldnt come get it without a doctors authorization until they found out I had UPMC insurance and they dont accept that. Would not use this company for anything better to be without. They are all about greed and not their clients!!! Steer clear or be sorry. Shame on you taking advantage of people you will get what you give ***** never forgets. Hope your company goes under at a great loss you deserve it.. Very did satisfied customer.

      I would love to give less than a one rating. I really think this company is a scam. I keep getting emails and texts saying they will be picking up my machine within 30 days if I do not pay. I have called the billing office numerous times and they say I owe nothing, just a monthly fee of $12.50 that I did not sign on to but have been paying. Now, the billing office and the local office say I owe nothing but I keep getting the threatening texts and emails. I will be passing this information along to my doctor tomorrow as he probably is not aware of Rotech's inability to serve. I have been checking and can get equipment for little if I order from ******. I may have to do this so I will not be harassed anymore.

      Do NOT use this company, They will ripped you off . Do NOT expect to get your Refund none will be given back to you. They will make any excuse to keep your money. ??

      I tried to re-order CPAP machine supplies and when they never arrived, I called and was told that my account had been frozen. I never received any notification of problems with my account. I have since spoken to at least seven different people there attempting to resolve the issue . they have since received all the information they need, but still have not released my account. Ive been dealing with this for weeks with no resolution and Im currently awaiting a callback from a manager to finally get this taken care of .their customer. Service is horrible. It is very frustrating dealing with them.

      Working with this company is a nightmare!! I have been dealing with them for over 9 months and I have NEVER been so frustrated. The "branch" (Sleep central) that deals with sending out the equipment and resupplies is incompetent. They told me there is a problem with the doctor's ****** so I checked with the doctor's ****** and found out the ****** are correct, gave me a copy to read to Rotech. When I called them back and read the signed ****** back the Rotech rep said "Ok I'll have to call the warehouse" I never heard back from them or received the correct equipment. I went to see my local Rotech ****** manager, she made a few calls and was able to get the equipment from another branch. There have been no resupplies for my bi-pap machine from....Sleep Central since Feb. 2024. I was told, again, the doctor's ****** had not sent the "compliance notes" needed for insurance payment. The notes were resent a month ago. I called yesterday morning and was told the notes are in and someone will call back. After not receiving a call back I called again today and was told Rotech was waiting on someone to review the notes and approve the resupply. I asked what was taking so long "******" said well no one told us to review them so we didn't know to do it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call back. Yea, right...................Use another company. ANY other company for your medical supplies. I wish I had read the reviews before I choose Rotech.

      Since December of last year, Rotech has been demanding the return of my CPAP machine, which I have had since March 2022. According to the information provided by the staff at the ****** office, Caresource has paid for the machine. Despite this, Rotech insists that I return it due to an issue with my paperwork. I have made numerous calls, and my doctor has also contacted them. The ****** office assured me that I should not give up the machine as they were working to resolve the issue.However, on July 20, 2024, I received a letter from Rotech's attorney stating that I must either return the machine or pay $1,300. Failure to do so would result in legal action for civil theft. This situation has caused significant frustration and anger.I plan to contact various government agencies, starting with the Ohio Attorney General, to report Rotech's business practices in **** and their treatment of customers. Additionally, I will reach out to ******** to understand how a company with an F rating from the Better Business Bureau was awarded a contract. I believe ******** recipients have a right to know the criteria for selecting service providers, especially if the goal was to choose the cheapest option for the state's low-income population.

      Terrible company to deal with at least locally in ************ **. They lie terrible and are not to be trusted. I found when supplies were delivered the girl had the supplies form unfilled out but wanted me to sign. I caught this several times and told her it must be filled out before I would sign. They tried geetting me to pay up front for a bipap machine and i wrote on the bill that it must go through ******** first and that took care of it. If you are a customer beware of what you sign. don't just sign each paper without reading it. I do not recommend this company. They are crooks!

      Absolutely horrible customer service. We are being charged for a machine we were told by them to discard because of its use (suction of bodily fluids). This was last year. We never got a bill or explanation regarding this. Now that we got a C-PAP we realized that our payments for this new machine are being put against the other machine. This is how we found out of the other bill. Now, after disposing of it as we were told, they say we have to continue paying for it until we own it every call gets a response saying their protocol to escalate to a supervisor takes 72 hours and we will get a call back. We never get that call. Very frustrating.

      I've sent 8 emails and 4 phone calls with no response. It's been almost 7 months since I took the test, which I had been diagnosed with sleep apnea many yrs ago, I just need a new machine. So do they just charge your insurance for the test and that's it?
