Terrible. I have been overbilled, they don't accept Medicare, and I have had stuff sent to me that I did not order. I am suing them.

I received their automated call to order new supplies. I received the order but was sent a different version of the pillow for my mask without notifying me of the different version. I do not like the new version. I also use a small and they sent mediums. I requested a replacement and was told that because I was outside of the 30 days (I have been traveling), they would not replace them and I would have to pay for the wrong pillows and wrong size. Now I'm stuck paying for pillows I won't use.

First, you can order all supplies online at a discount of 50% -90% cheaper. Rotech charges you these extreme prices and sends you inferior china made supplies on top of overcharging.

RUN AWAY form this company. First bad thing, the billing. My health insurance pays for 50% of my CPAP Machine. I was being charged the whole amount because they didn't bill my insurance correctly. Their CPAP machine sucks, I had it replaced twice within less than a year, because they were defective. I decided to stop working with them, returned the machine and they started sending me bills that I did not owe. After I complained for many times, they corrected the bill and I paid my last bill. After 6 months I returned the machine, the sent me a Repossession letter, for the Machine I had returned 6 months before, threatening legal action against me. Today I called them, since I had the receipt, and they apologized saying the information had not being entered (by them) properly, and that I should not receive any other stupid repossession letter. If you google it you will see that they lost a lawsuit for $9.68 million dollars in 2018. Be smart and RUN AWAY from this company. They rented me low quality equipment, billed me a couple of times for what I didn't owe, and are trying to repossess a CPAP machine returned 6 months ago. What a looser company!

Rotech is a scam and an absolute nightmare with which to deal.
They are unresponsive; but very good at robocalls and mass texts demanding money for supplies you never ordered.
Do yourself a favor, if possible, do everything in your power to avoid having any relationship with this company.

It is a horrible company and nobody is on the same page. Every time I speak to someone , there is a different story . I have been trying to order cpap supplies for months . In the meantime I am using old, faulty , leaky tubing and mask . I am in compliance with insurance and I still have no supplies. They are keeping me from getting proper cpap care for sleep apnea.

To expensive even if you have insurance. I paid out of pocket for the Bi-Pap, after insurance paid , what I could have bought a machine for from an on-line medical supply place. Then Sleep Central keeps calling telling me it was time for me to order supplies. Anyway it wasn't and my insurance didn't pay anything, now I owe $250.00 for supplies I could have bought online for less than 1/2 of that.
      Rotech is a rip-off company!

I think these guys are the worst. I recently requested a hose and it is now 21 days later and no hose. They apparently needed something from my doctor. Despite having a previous prescription from my doctor, they tried to reach a doctor that was no longer at that same practice. This is all on their inefficiency. This is two for two on terrible customer service.
When I asked for some expediting, they did not offer anything.

I have had a CPAP from ***** in Yorktown since 6/14/2022. I have been compliant with wearing my CPAP every single night and bringing in my SD card to download the recordings of my sleep when asked. According to *****, I am eligible to receive new supplies every 3 months. My insurance information has been sent to them numerous times, to which, they have sent it into ***** *******, the supplies company they work with. I have yet received supplies every 3 months and I have gotten all kinds of excuses why. They had to verify my insurance, re-verify my insurance, then stated they did not have every phone number on the back of my card. They have asked for my husband's information, as cardholder, even though they already had it. They have even read back the wrong card to me at another time. They told me that insurance was invalid. When we called Hooks, they said they do not know where ***** ******* received their information. I have had countless emails when ***** *******, and now, they just do not even respond. A gentlemen at Hooks called and requested me to get a mask and headgear, but that was only after my Dr. sent them and message and my husband called them twice. I have to have a CPAP, but I do not have clean filters, tubing, or new masks. My husband, however, just started wearing a CPAP within the last 3 months, to which he receive a very upgraded version, that downloads to his phone and he does not have to go to York Town to upload an SD card, and he has already received lots of new parts. We have the same insurance! I am not sure where their break down of communication is, but this is my health! I have 58 apneic episodes an hour while sleeping, which is bad for your heart, brain, and overall respiratory and circulatory systems. I am desperate to resolve these issues. Without clean CPAP parts, I am at increased risk of respiratory infections.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am so confused as to how I am even involved with this company. I went to the Dr to get a Sleep Apnea machine and this company has been trying to bill my insurance company ever since. You get passed from department to department. Eventually, I reached the point to do some research. 10 Million dollar lawsuit for fraudulent claims. I am going back to my doctor to investigate. How is this company still in business?
