      Avoid this company at all cost! I have been fighting with their billing dept for over a year. They did not file insurance and expect me to pay the amount due. My insurance coverage at 100%. Now, they will not send any supplies, so the bipap machine can not be used at all. Will rotexh be responsible in the event of his death due to complications from sleep apnea?

      Be very careful, handed equipment back in April, and was told my account was clear after I payed off my bill. One month later I'm being told that I still owe another $200.

      Rotech billing is horrible! My husband was released from the hospital with orders to use oxygen. The local affiliate (Roth Medical) brought supplies quickly and gave us great instructions on use. After a couple of months, our doctor told us that oxygen was no longer needed. On June 5th, we returned all equipment to Roth, and we were asked to sign a waiver since a doctor’s change order had not yet come through and we were given a receipt. In other words, we returned the equipment early. A few days later, my husband received a phone call requesting return of equipment. He finished the call satisfied that everything was straightened out. Yesterday, we received a letter dated June 12, claiming that Rotech had “tried on multiple occasions to retrieve this rental equipment” (a lie) and referred to “repeated efforts to obtain payment (another lie, our insurance covered everything). They went on to threaten us with the possibility of legal action. No one should deal with this company if they have a choice.

      If I could give -100 stars I would. My mother was a long term customer. She passed away May 22nd. There were so many times that we drove over an hour away to pick up oxygen for her because they weren't delivering anytime soon. When I called to inform them of her passing, they agreed to a call later in the
      week to set up a pick up time. At this time I was
      broken and couldn't even turn of her concentrator. They showed up the very next day unannounced to retrieve their equipment. Complete lack of disrespect!!

      My doctor and I have both told them to come get my oxygen concentrator since January. Here we are in June and they keep sending bills and will not come pick it up. When I call and am actually able to speak to a person, which is rare, they send me to billing and they are no help. Apparently there are "no records " of anyone contacting them since January which is a flat out lie. They finally scheduled a pickup for yesterday and it is still here. Watch your billing and keep calling them, not that it will do any good. Do NOT use this comany!!!!

      Rotech billing is horrible! My husband has been using their cpap machine for years and I've been fighting with their billing for just as many years. It used to be that they would bill me BEFORE they put it through insurance. Then they would adjust their invoice many times over a period of 6 months or more. I finally got through to them and they asked if I would like them to wait until it had been finalized through insurance before they billed me. Um YES! That's how every other medical company does it! So now, ever since then, I don't receive an itemized bill. I receive bills telling me my account is PAST DUE or seriously past due. These bills do not have any type of breakdown on them. They don't even have a date! How am I supposed to know what I'm paying for if they don't tell me? The whole reason for wanting them to wait until it was finalized by insurance was so that I could compare the itemized bill to my Explanation of Benefits. Oh! and customer service is completely useless, with the exception of maybe ONE representative I've talked to.

      Do not do business with this company-period! They charge you for equipment that has been returned! The local office here doesn’t help with problems. You get bills from out of state. You are ignored ! The local office isn’t allowed to call and report that equipment has been returned-you have to call- why is that????? I have nothing positive to say about this business and will never use it again!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is horrible customer service, and no one knows what they are doing. The billing is ridiculous! All equipment was returned in full and I was stilled billed for it the next month. You will spend hours and days on the phone, if you can reach a real person, to try to resolve billing problems and nothing ever gets fixed or resolved. The last person I spoke with made an adjustment to my account to zero it out, as we agreed on the amount due, which I paid
      on the phone with her. I thought I was finally done with this. This was in April 2023, and now I have received another bill. There is evidently insurance fraud going on here. Make sure before you receive sleep apnea equipment that is not billed or controlled through ROTECH!

      We can't even get bi pap supplies from them. We have been waiting a year. Still nothing and get the run around every time we call and go out there.

      Avoid Rotech Oxygen & Medical Equipment at all costs. I received CPAP equipment from the office located at **** ***** ** **** ** Leesburg, FL 34748. I only had the equipment for two months. During that time, my HSA account was billed directly by Rotech, and I was receiving bills from a third party (*********** out of Tampa, FL). I was double billed, I was billed for things I never received, and I was billed for supplies “sent to me” after I returned everything to Rotech and ended all services. I was even billed for equipment rental by *********** after I returned the equipment to Rotech.
      Calling either company with billing questions is pointless. If you call ***********, they will only file a dispute with Rotech that may or may not be responded to. If you call Rotech, you’ll be directed to multiple areas with no one being able to answer anything specifically. Like me, you may discover what Rotech claims you owe is far different than what *********** claims you owe. So, it becomes impossible to make sense of the convoluted mess.
      I can only hope these companies are investigated by the proper authorities for their questionable practices.
