      This company is absolutely horrible. Their accounting is shady at best. The system "crashes" frequently and items you have already paid for display on a statement for multiple months (even after you paid the updated amount after the claim has been reviewed by your insurance). The customer service is horrific, and they even tell you "I cannot wait for you to find the information, call back when you have it." And this is just the tip of the iceberg...

      My equipment was picked up from my home one September 2. 2022, Rotech then billed my insurance company for Sept, Oct and November. I tried calling them and emailing. They tell me that the San Antonio, office needs to tell them that I no longer have the equipment, and according to the San Antonio office they did. The corporate office will not help and they owe the insurance company a refund. This smacks of insurance fraud.

      I have been using this company since my mother had Covid in sept 2021. They are very unreliable to deliver their products when they say they will. I have been waiting for oxygen takes to be delivered to my mom and I was told several times they will be delivered today and they do not show it. I am very I satisfied with the service.

      My husband still waiting for CPAP machine. Called and called no return calls. 1 month now his still waiting. We have 2 insurances. Should be no out of pocket we'll see??? There are better CPAP companies in lake county. Why this one had to pick up his order I have no Idea???

      Keeps billing me for supplies where the insurance company paid 100%. I wind up having to phone them and tell them to credit my account, which they do in the end. They also kept charging me for my CPAP after the rental period was over and they never credited my account for the overcharges.

      They said they didn't receive my payment from my HSA. I spoke with their customer service 5 times and I had my HSA fax them payment confirmation 2 times and they still are sending me past due notices. They are currently threating me with sending my account to a collections agency. I would not recommend this company.

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they have messed up my order. These guys have no communication between their central and local offices. I had to call them several times, long hold time and after customer rep answers the call there is a hold after every question and at the end you get an answer to call the central office and the same **** with their central office to call the local office.

      When I got my CPAP at the beginning of the year, Rotech told me my insurance would cover my machine as long as I met compliance, which I did, and unbeknownst to me, that also signed me up for the VIP which I expressly didn't want. I started getting bills in the summer, and from June 29th to now I somehow have a $728.76 bill that continues to go up. I've returned products that still haven't been credited. This organization lies to people for profit and signs them up against their will for renewing charges.

      This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. We are being billed for an oxygen tank that was returned in February. In July, I was told that the account had been corrected and we would not receive any more bills. Now in September, I have received another bill for services in July that we did not receive. We have sent copies of paperwork showing we returned the equipment twice, and have made numerous calls to get this corrected. We have also reported them to Medicare because they have been receiving payments all this time. Avoid using this company.

IT TOKE ME AND HER ABOUT 2 TO ALMOST 3 WEEKS TO GET IT , SHE WAS VERY PERSISTENT VERY UNDERSTANDING VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I REALLY APPRECIATE MISS PHOENIX AND ROTECH MEDICAL SUPPLIES SHE DONE A WONDERFUL JOB FOR ME SHE MADE ME MADE IT HAPPEN FOR ME TO HAVE A ROLLATOR THANK'S MS. PHOENIX... I APPRECIATE YOU... GOD BLESSS !!!! THANK'S ROTECH FOR ALL MY SUPPLIES AND SUPPORT !!!!!
