      confusing bills, don't send the right supplies. and if you have an HDHP don't even both since they charge more than you can get the exact same supplies (same brand, not knock-offs) off ****** or other CPAP supply sites.

      Rotech has been billing me and my insurance company for a year for equipment I neither need nor possess. After many phone calls and a letter threatening them with a charge of ******** fraud, their response was to refer me to a collection agency for $72 in unpaid ******. I found an article from 2018 that states they had to reimburse ******** for nearly $7 million dollars in fraudulent charges after one of their billing department employees turned them in.

      I was billed one year later and charged for the balance using my credit card which I didnt authorize not sure if secondary insurance was billed

      Unbelievable how unprofessional these folks are. They brought a o2 concentrator and several bottles of oxygen as well in August 2024 , quickly I might add. Well after a couple months I called them 2 x with no returned calls, so I assumed since the concentrator is only valued at $300- $400 that it was probably pd in full after a few months, wrong!. Theyve been charging the insurance company all along even though I called 2x and left a message that I no longer was using the equipment. Well they finally called back the other day and I was a bit firm with them to pick it up or Ill leave it in the driveway, she said Friday by 9 a.m. + -, ok its noon and no one here so another call, she says, we had an emergency so it will be later or next week. Well after 3 calls and a threat to call my insurance, she relented and said they were close by, dont leave things in driveway because I need to sign for them. Ok 1 hr later he pulls in and after loading stuff in van, he asks me to sign paper to bill the insurance?. what the heck !. What a bunch of grifters. Never called to ask if I need anything, or if equipment was ok, nothing, just sign this so we can rob the insurance company. Stay clear folks, for your own sake.

      What a con job!! I agreed to their monthly payment for machine. Insurance paid their potion and I kept getting a different amount to pay each month with no explanation on changes. I called and after waiting for 45 minutes, finally spoke to a representative who said that there is only 1 more payment due and I will then own the equipment. So, I did a payment over the phone and low & behold - another bill comes in the mail. I log on to account - it is only $14.68, so I pay it. Then we begin getting very rude phone calls saying our payments are due and they are going to come pick up the equipment. Extremely rude when I question how is that possible. I even log on to the patient portal and there is NO payment due!! Someone needs to look into this scam, money-racket company!

      There customer service is terrible. One agent told me their driver would come to my town to pick up the material and then they postpone the pick up, so I have to keep 12 bottles of oxygen and a concentrator that they certainly will bill to my insurance for nothing !The agent on the phone did not want to call her driver who will be in town to let him know even if I called them 3 times already to confirm that they were coming to pick up. So now i have to wait another week to get that picked up or drive 3 hours to bring it back to the company, so I am not billed for something I am not using and they said they were coming today.This is a terrible company, who does not care at all about the need of the clients.

      If I could give them a ZERO I would! Their customer service is terrible! I spoke with 4 people to get to the correct person. They are unorganized and won't give a return authorization for something they sent that was not requested. I don't even use their equipment anymore! I have the part still in the original packaging and still NO.

      Please explore other options in your local area. I had a nightmare experience with them not replacing a wound pump for 5 days when it broke. 2 trips to ER and lots of *************** does not know what right hand is doing and customer care is pretty much non existent. They are incompetent and unsympathetic. They shouldn't be in healthcare business.

      ****** ******* Rotech tech brought out new oxygen machine on Christmas Day within 1 1/2 hour after calling. He set up the machine, provided new hoses and explained how to call for maintenance once a year. He was polite, efficient and answered all my questions. Im very pleased with Mr ******* and Rotech. ********* ****** 12/25/2024.
