      I have been having nothing but problems since Rotech took over Better Living Now. The "Indian" phone personnel are absolutely no help. They are difficult to understand and are of no help at all. I have been waiting for my order in excess of 7 days. The Rotech system is rediculous. I call a *********** number and get *****? What's that all about? Better Living Now was excellent. They emailed me when my items were due and I ordered on line with no problems. I am extremely disappointed with Rotech.

      Where do I start. When I started off I was told I would pay $70-$80 first months bill and them $20 per month after that. (FEB). I paid in March $66 and April $10. Then from there I was asked to pay a different amount. In June I asked for a bill and I would pay based on that. I was paying over the phone to the billing department. Come July, I was told I owed an amount from Feb that was not paid. Bottom line, They didn't tell me that if I had not met my deductible it would be more money. Back in Feb, I was told based on my insurance I would owe what was stated earlier. I have call so may times it is ridiculous. I was told by their own employee that all they care about is getting people signed up because they make commission off it. I emailed them stating to cancel all shipments of supplies. The shipped them to me and I had to send them the email to prove to them that I had canceled back in May. They also said credits have to come from the local office. I am still waiting on ***** from the local off to help resolve this. She is working with her manager. Still no luck. I have called so many times. I have even called my health insurance telling them to drop them. I am getting the run around. Please someone help me!

      Very sweet and pleasant when you go in the office, but when I asked for a different nasal pillow, Ive been waiting at least two weeks and I cant use the other one because it hurts my face. They give me the runaround and a different reason every time I call.

      We have been very pleased with ****** Home Supply out of *****, TX DBA ROTECH over the years.I have been on oxygen since 2006 and for the majority of that time, they have held my contract.Jacky- their delivery guy is like family!! He has been amazing!!The staff at the office are fabulous also!! We are very please in our choice to move to THS/ROTECH

      THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! This is a con game. The co has multiple names, with multiple addresses and they route you to different companies for various things, never actually helping you. From day one I was lied to! Upon release from hospital I was told to call them for oxygen equip when I did, they told me they 'couldn't verify my insurance' & wouldn't deliver unless I gave a credit card. I gave my credit card, thinking ****** would resolve it in a day or two. As it turns out, they actually DID have my insurance info the whole time. ****** called them a few days later to get the bill sent to them, not me and they said they would, for me to disregard bill. A few days later, they took the full amount out of my bank acct. So ****** called them again and they said they would NOT bill ****** because they already had my credit card. Next I had to use them for a night oximetry test and that was billed incorrectly. Now I can't get them to pick up the equip but they keep charging me for the lease and they haven't even told me the cost for that! Now I read they will stall on pickup to keep charging me, then add another fee for "restocking" once they do pick up? THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!

      Agree with all the one star reviews and really a zero is more accurate. Billing issues every time I order supplies, get the wrong supplies and get billed for items that I never ordered or received. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY-NEVER USE THIS ONE. I have to make repeated calls to customer service to get the supplies I need because they do not call back and the website locks out repeatedly. I send emails that go unanswered then when I do finally get someone to help with the supplies they are always wrong and I mean always. Then the real challenge starts with the invoices. Items charged that were not ordered or received but invoiced. They charge 4x the cost that insurance pays out, which means that out of pocket costs are higher then just paying on own. NEVER EVER USE THE AUTOMATIC RESUPPLY. This company should not be in business.

      I am so appreciative of the team for getting ***** his wound supplies. It was a real struggle with getting information from the *************** but they stayed on top of it until we got all information.

      This company encourages you to sign for auto filling supplies that they pick at random and sends a bill for hundreds of dollars a month. But you cant return the supplies that you dont need without paying a restocking fee. This is a scam!Don't sign up for for this its a waste of time and money
