      Terrible service with processing billing to insurance and then try to set-up recurring supply shipments which only have 3 day window to return if not needed. 100% predatory!! Do not do business with this company Rotech or *********** Six plus months after receiving equpment still do not have a correct billing to insurance and insurance plan year has ended. Even with extensive support from **** this cmpany cannot get their billing submitted with required documentation for reimbursement by insurance.

      Theyve tried to scam me. Sent me expensive replacement parts for CPAP machine without my permission (and lied to me on the phone telling me they had a copy of my signature enrolling in automatic replacement parts every 3 months; which I absolutely did not, or never would, sign. When I asked to see it he told me he had no way of sending it to me! My ****************** only pays for replacement parts every 6 months so I knew he was a scammer. I am seeing my doctor to let her know about this and will return the entire machine. DO NOT work with this company. They are crooks. Bad.

      No stars is a more accurate rating. They kept billing me after I was told that insurance paid my balance and that my cpap machine and equipment were paid off. When I cancelled the monthly auto pay, as they told me to, I never heard back from them again until a year and a half later when I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owed money. I got a different story on the phone from Ro Tech billing department every time I called. This company does not provide customer service and they are not patient friendly. They are unscrupulous and I will never deal with them again.

      This sure seems criminal.- Won't answer the phone.- Published contradictory business hours.- Won't answer e-mail.- Outsourced call center that DOES NOT share adequate information with Rotech.- Results to date:- Won't pick up their equipment.- Equipment is still littering up my ************* steps?- Equipment may go in the dumpster if they don't pick it up.- Complaints will go to the medical facilities that cooperatively with Rotech burdened me with this equipment.

      This company is **************** service is incompetent. They were happy to take my $, but now that they owe ME money, I am constantly being transferred to another department. When I stopped at the local office about receiving my refund & why I am getting texts stating my insurance needs to be updated. The local office fixed my insurance info as they had it in my name instead of my husband's. Was told to call headquarters about a refund as they are the only ones that can do that. It has been a nightmare trying to get the things I am asking for. In 1 phone call, I was transferred to 5 different people. When I called headquarters, they said that I have United for health insurance. I stated we have never had United as my husband is retired army & how does the local office have the correct info, but headquarters doesn't. She said they would bill ******* now. I told them it had already been billed to tricare as the *** stated that I only had to pay $18.67 and not $194.18 I was charged. I had to send pictures of EOB as they do NOT have access to it. She kept trying to tell me that I had changed insurance & would bill ******* now. I asked for an itemized statement again and was told one would be sent to my email. Got transferred to someone that requested a refund, but a supervisor had to approve it. When I asked for an itemized statement again, I got transferred to another department. This person told me I don't exist as the Global # I was giving her was wrong. I asked how that could be when I had the email from ***** B up on my computer. She then used my name and DOB. Again, told I didn't exist. I asked how could the 4 previous people find my account based off of Global #. I asked to be transferred to a different department so that someone else could attempt to help me. She refused to do so. I don't know how this company is still able to be in business for as bad as what they are. I would NOT recommend this business for any medical supplies. They should be closed!

      I should have read reviews. This company by far is the worst experience I have ever had. They are extorting money. Everytime I think I'm done with them, I get another bill. I have had billing issues every month I have been with them, and they are unwilling to discuss. My health care provider tried to warn me, but I was a little naive. Never again. I do not see this company staying in business. FL Attorney General is my next call.

      DO NOT do business with this company, no case managers/supervisors. They DO NOT follow up , any and all contact is customer/patient initiated. Once the sale is complete they are DONE with you. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. You never talk to the same person when you call, so no one knows anything. I will be notifying my *** and my insurance company about their business practices.

      Turned in my equipment. They said I owe ******. But just received a nasty invoice saying I owe ****** they have not delivered oxygen for months now I've was taken off.oxygen in June. Since I never received a **** thought my insurance was taking care of it. When you are on disability my check is ******* a month I can't send the **** all at once. Shows they care about money and not people's health.

      This company puts the safety of its clients at risks and excels in incompetence. I was prescribed a new mask. When I asked when I would receive it, I was told. It will take about 2 weeks, it comes from ********. The next day my current mask developed a tear. I was told that now that a new mask was ordered, I could not be given a replacement for the old mask while I waited. When I asked if they would call and try to expedite the new mask, I was told, "Oh, but it is coming from from ********." I pointed out that there were phones in ********. The respiratory therapist told me she would get back to me. I've heard nothing. They are artful in sounding sincere and caring but their credibility is in the gutter, they never follow through with what they commit to. Supplies are not delivered when promised, outdated machines are substituted for promised new models, staff do not know the basics about one's information, the local office is filthy and furnished with broken desks and dusty chairs. Clearly, their priority is not with providing patient care but enhancing corporate profits. My experience has been apaling! If they weren't the only game in town, I would. have changed services long ago.
