I made a single purchase of $1 from Checkpeople.com and without my knowledge or consent, the company charged me 6.99 plus a monthly fee of $29.17 for almost a year. I did not create an account or agree to a subscription. Only a one-time payment for $1

Checkpeople, LLC charged my credit card with unauthorized charges. My credit card company credited me the money, and I shut down and replaced the credit card being charge. However, I want help to ensure that Checkpeople does not come after me when they try to auto-deduct monthly fees that they have no right to in the first place. Their phone # is listed on my statement-- but, I want nothing to do with this, nor should 'I' need to wasted anymore time on this issue. This party has not honored previous request to destroy and cease processing all personal record. They simply transferred record from www.checkpeople.com to their afiliate www.unmask.com and displayed information to which consent has been revoked for personal data processing. On March 3, 2022 I sent a letter to www.checkpeople.com revoking consent for personal data processing. On August 8, I found more personal information on www.unmask.com. I suspect that www.unmask.com and www.checkpeople.com are owned by the same company because the websites link directly to each other when displaying personal information.
Previous notice revoking consent for personal data processing was sent to www.checkpeople.com on March 3, 2022 requesting to cease processing personal record from all of their systems. However, the noted pages on a new website owned by the same company, lists a page in the name of my father **************, displaying my name and personal information showing they have not honored my deletion request.
I would like to send additional notice to this company to destroy and cease processing record from any of their systems.Business Response
