      Did not authorize a monthly payment of 29.16. A total of $99.46 was withdrawn from my personal account via ******. Called customer service and was given one month refund of $29.16. That was all customer service said they could authorize. Was not given detailed information as requested. Account according to customer service was discontinued. I’m still in the dark as to how this happened with no further help. Customer service was unable to give any names ie: background checks on what name. I’m not satisfied with this at all considering I’m elderly, retired and cannot afford any transactions I did not authorize.

      Was charged $4.99 for a “free trial” then charged another $6.99 to view more from my search, then woke up this morning with another charge for $29.16. It hasn’t even been 3 days and they already took money from my account. I would not recommend this website to ANYONE! They are so scammy it’s scary. I guess I should have come here to view the reviews first before I wasted money on absolutely nothing. Thanks for nothing.

      This company is a total scam. I approved a 1 time $4.99 charge. Then a $6.99 charge showed up because I printed it. Then a 29.99 subscription charge. And they had the nerve to keep trying to sell me when I called to cancel.

      they caused me grief. i am 79 yrs old , and they sent me an email. headline [ shocking news about my daughter] who lives in another state. they wanted 4.99 to check it. i paid it. nothing there. they deducted the 4.99 and another 6.99 same day. very up set. don't fall for these scammers

      Be careful!!! They will rip you off!!! It's a total scam and the website isn't even worth it, they don't even have the info you're looking for. They scam you by giving you a $5 trial and say you have 30 days to cancel but it's really only 3 days!! They charged me $30 and it was a hassle to get a refund. They try to keep you by lowering the monthly cost to $10 but it's not worth it when you can find the same exact info for FREE on ******.

      This site is horrible. I tried it out based on an email I was sent about a person, of whom I wanted updated information on criminal reports. It said it had TWO NEW reports to give me. I fell for it, and they had nothing new since 2015. That is an example of a scam. Don't do it!

      Even after the government punished them in 2020 for hidden monthly subscriptions, they are still doing it. I consented to a $1 lookup but was enrolled in a $30 monthly subscription. There was no text or disclaimer anywhere that the expense would be $30 or recurring. I did not receive any confirmation after my purchase with this information either. These are the exact behaviors that were cited in the 2020 government action! It was fairly easy to cancel my subscription and get a refund, though. I just had to call the number I found on their FAQs page and ask to speak to a supervisor.

      This place is fraudulent and is a rip off. No words can convey my personal belief of this company scamming me for 6.99, 8.99 and 1 dollar. Jason took my phone call and was not helpful in the least. Please don't fall for this scam.

      I was trying the initial trial period and when I saw them starting to draft my checking account I called right away in May and requested a cancellation and refund - long story short - it was never cancvelled and they drafted my checking account for $29.15 for 9 months until I noticed it. Called that same day to cancel and was told "I see no notes for a cancellation so I can only refund the November payment of $29.15 --- that is so messed up!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO DO ANYTHING THEY SAY THEY WILL DO - NEVER USED THE SERVICE AND NOW I'M OUT $233.20!!!!!!!!
