      This was my second time using Scooter Bug in Orlando for a scooter while visiting Disney World and both times the service was great and scooter was first rate.

      I have had a toll of four scooters and I’m waiting for a fifth one. This company is horrible! I have been stuck in parks after using for less than half an hour and told that they cannot replace my scooter. How is this possible? Will never rent from this company again.

      We have used Scooterbug in Orlando and Anaheim. The process has always been easy. I had to make a last minute change and they were very accommodating!

      First time using Scooter Bug. The wheelchair was in great condition. It was there when we arrived at the resort. Was so convenient to pick it up and drop if off at the resort. Will definitely use them again.

      Most responsive company with very professional and pleasant staff. Immediately replaced Scooter/ECV when we noted speed control was not going slow. Replacement scooter was delivered to our Disney FL resort within an hour. Have used for years and will continue to do so.

      Scooter Bug rental was excellent! Customer service was helpful to set up my rental dates. We extended our trip one extra day and customer service handled our request with no problem. Drop off and pick up with bell service made things so easy. My scooter was amazing and held a charge all day, no need to plug in midday. One day we were in the Magic Kingdom for 12 hours. Thank you Scooter Bug for making my trip enjoyable. I will definitely use your company in the future and recommend you to my friends and family.

      This was my third time using Scooter Bug and every time has been the best. Customer service is always so pleasant and accommodating and it’s So convenient and easy with the resort drop off/pick up. Will continue to use and recommend them for all my Disney trips??

      It was so easy! I didn’t need to worry that our flight would be delayed and we would miss the drop off time since they just dropped it off with the bellmen. I’ll be telling all my friends that go to Disney!

      Seamless and smooth drop off/pickup at our resort location. Easy online selection and payment. We will use Scooterbug for all of our vacations given the ease and convenience they provide.

      Our BOB stroller was perfect for our 5 & 7 year old when they needed a break from walking, and the stroller was in great condition and spacious for storing the gear, merchandise, and drinks throughout the day.

      I'm very dissatisfied with scooterbug. We are both handicap. We had to push the scooter. So we got another one and it was worse. I believe it created more issues with our movement. Don't rent from this company not only a waste of your money, it also wastes your time.
