      Excellent experience from beginning to end! Ordered on line, pick-up and drop off at the hotel was a breeze! I would use Scooterbug again!!!

      This was amazingly so easy to rent. The scooter went all day with barely any loss of a charge. It was so nice to have my own scooter and not worry about security one in ******.

      The customer service person I talked to was very friendly. The *** resort scooter I rented was delivered to my ****** resort without my having to be there and similarly I was able to leave it with the resort when I left. Extremely convenient. The scooter worked perfectly and there were no tipping issues. I used it for 8 hr at ***************** and the battery barely showed that it was used at all. The rental price for 2 days with insurance was also less than renting at the parks and more flexible and convenient. I would rent from them again.

      They dropped the scooter at my hotel and picked it up. The scooter lasted all day in the parks with no issues. This really helped me get around.

      We have used Scooterbug rentals on our last 2 trips to ********************* and their service is so reliable. The scooter is always ready and waiting for us at our hotel and the company makes return so easy. I highly recommend their services.

      I only wish I would have known how sensitive the scooters are to moisture. If I had known this detail, I definitely would have gotten the rain cover as well. Would have saved me having to swap out the scooter partway through my rental. That having been said, however, ScooterBug did a terrific job handling my rainwater issue promptly and without question.

      Very easy to rent and customer service is helpful and polite. We had to rent a wheel chair due to broken bones or two times and a scooter for my husband on our last trip. Delivery to ******************* was amazing! The scooter was easy to maneuver and lasted throughout ************* from 7am to our return to the hotel in the evening! We will use them again!
