      I had a slip and fall case back in September 2023. I hired Morgan and Morgan and it has been difficult trying to stay in the loop about my case. Physical therapy went on from September until March of this year. When my treatment was done, my legal team updated my case saying it was in negotiation and the company where I was injured was going to settle out of court. I finally was able to get ahold of my case manager *************************, and he told me all he needed was billing records from my medical provider and he could send the demand letter in. He emailed their records department on 4/19/24, and I haven't been able to get ahold of him or my lawyer ever since. I just want to get this whole thing over with. I haven't worked since September of last year, I'm drowning financially, and they don't sign documents for settlement loans so I can't get an advance to help me catch up. Can someone please help me out and help me get this whole thing resolved.       I hired Morgan and Morgan *********************** of ****************** I had a slip and fall accident in the parking lot owned by State ******************* after hiring ************************* of Morgan & Morgan he had called me and told me they had a settlement of $5,000 sitting on his desk waiting for me then he text messages me a few days later to inform me that they would pay it soon then a couple days later I get a text telling me that check had to be sent to ******** for my bills then I get an email I was dropped he would no longer be handling my case a few days later after that I got a call from State ******************* they told me that if I wanted to they would pick up the case pay off all my bills and help me get a good settlement I believe *********************** of Morgan & Morgan got paid off by State ******************* and drop my case I hope you can help sincerely ***************************

      Case manager was not helpful.She seemed like everything was my fault. I tried getting in touch with her multiple times but no response through email or via phone or text messages.She was absolutely rude and not helpful/ or no cooperation.

      June 2 2020. This was a contingency payment. My brother hired Morgan and Morgan. The case ease settled, but my family and didn't receive any of the money. My had no children and his wife divorced him and remarried.

      I cannot get the Case Manager or the Attorney to respond back to me! The information the case manager is telling me is not true! I need to meet with someone from Morgan and Morgan to get my case straighten out. They are running me in circles, the case manager has one story and the attorney has another story!

      In September of 2022 my son (now deceased) entered into an agreement with Morgan and Morgan to handle a lawsuit for pain and suffering and recovery of medical expenses due to a motorcycle accident that the other party was at fault for. I am the executor of his estate and trying to get it settled. I have been in contact with the several times last year and this year and they have not provided a resolution. I contacted them (client experience) and the one handling the claim several times this month and keep getting promises that are never kept. I need to get this resolved so the estate can be closed. I would appreciate any help, thank you.

      I talked to Azaria from client services on 4/26 and was told there would be someone in contact with me by Wednesday 5/1/24 with some definitive results.  No one called so I contacted client services again on 5/2/24 and talked to ******.  He was not able to get any help and, once again, I was told that someone will be getting back to me.  It would be a first as in the past no one ever has.  I also sent an email to the case manager ******* whom I have been leaving voice mails for since the she got me to sign a document on 12/21/23.  She has completely ignored me since then.  Thank You for any help you can provide.

      Morgan And Morgan is not for the people now not ever . From day, one of my dogbite case they work against you to get you the lowest amount to settle quickly and then when you settle, they take the $20,000 and they chew it up with fictitious reporting of cost. For instance, $14.95 for a long distance phone call in this day and age. Morgan And Morgan doesnt have a phone plan that includes long, long distance calling. Maybe they should call from my house, this is just one instance of the lies that to me . My $20,000 ended up being $10,000 and then theyre holding 2600 of it for fictitious liens for another four months if I could find Morgan himself to tell him about what his people are doing because once again the top has no idea what the bottom is doing. Please make them stop doing this. Its all levels that was my $20,000 dog bite not theirs. I suffered on the couch for four months not them. I had an infection not them. Walking away with ****** is sickening. I did the legwork. I had the doctor **** them. All of the medical reports yet I got charged.

      They did call me. There was absolutely no resolution other than they will not hold my check another 90 days. They were supposed to mail it Friday. It has still not shown up very interesting that you close the case.

      Morgan and morgan received my check for workers compensation and still have my money. Every time i try to contact the laywer assistant she never answer the phone. This firm is the worst firm to deal with. Lack of comunnication and they like to keep clients money
