      Called about a car accident case to get information. My family wanted to interview different lawyers to see which one we like. These people harassed us day in and out nighttime morning it didn't matter. They called we blocked their number they called from another number and if we block that number then they called from another number. They even sent an email through DocuSign for us to sign an agreement with them even though we have not spoken to them any further and tried to ignore them as much as possible. Just beware if you call them you will be harassed until you sign or tell them specifically not to call you any longer which requires you to wait on the phone for 20 minutes.

      I slipped and fell in a store, I filed a complaint with Morgan and Morgan, my attorney, advised me to seek treatment and complete care which I did, after waiting for months and me being the only one seeking correspondence they said they will not pursue claim, there was no attempt to contact store headquarters to obtain the incident report from the employee that they took the day I fell, this was not a pleasant experience I do not fell like every effort was made in my case and I was not satisfied at all.

      Morgan and Morgan has given insight along with several issues of evidence with regard to fraud and or maybe accepting cases on the account of stealing testimony I guess I would say espionage. She acted as if she would take the case. She said she was not a attorney but a case consultant. She mentioned signing documents in a way that persuaded she was taking the case. She received information about the case with regard to what happened and seemed to also be discriminating however this is not a report of discrimination but a report of a business Morgan and Morgan persuading client relationship with the company with **************** Aka *************** and then suddenly mentioning that it was not a acceptable case although the case was about sexual harassment and sexual discrimination.

      Morgan Morgan is not for all the people my attorney called and told me and she have a settlement on September 2 September 6 I sign our documents here it is September 29 and I have not yet received my check I read the documents where is it after I sent all documents did the check will be mailed out to my attorney I know my attorney have the check I guess I got smart with them I said something they didn't like and it decided to hold my check

      I am sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your settlement funds.

      The handling attorney for this claim is out of office today, however your case manager has texted her to let her know about this complaint.

      I do see there have been phone and email conversations with you regarding the timeline following settlement in a workers' compensation claims. Additionally sent was a document correspondence outlining the timeline in your claim.

      On this correspondence, I can see you spoke with the attorney and agreed to settle your claim on 9/2/22. The defense attorney sent the drafted settlement documents on 9/6/22, which was sent to you that same day. You executed them that same date and they were returned to the defense attorney that same date.

      The defense attorney then filed the fully executed settlement documents with the State Board of Workers' Compensation that same date, all on 9/6/22.

      Unfortunately, we now must wait for approval of the settlement documents by the State Board. Once the State Board approves the documents, the Employer/Insurer is given twenty (20) days under the law to cut the final settlement check.

      Your Legal team has done everything in their power to expedite this process for you, however, it is required by law that all settlement documents are first approved by the State Board.

      The State Board typically approves settlement documents within 2-3 weeks of submission; however, they have been experiencing delays due to short staffing since COVID.

      I can confirm that your legal team most certainly does not have your settlement check in their possession, nor have they received their portion (attorney's fees).

      At this time, we will keep an eye on this matter, and reach out as soon as we have an update on your settlement check.

      I had a slip and fall. Accident in *********s. I called and they took all the info and said that I had a case they would start working on it. At no time did the lawyer call to talk to me. I got everything done they asked according to the legal team. I lost almost 10,000 dollars in work my car and my apartment to have them send me a text message after 3 months and tell me they have dropped the case. I got no reason and no phone calls about this. I've had to try and get back to work so I could gain some of the money I lost. I'm still very Shakey and worried I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I am so disappointed in how I was treated and how this was handled. How could they lie , they are not concerned about anything except for the money that cases bring in. It's ridiculous!!

      It took 3 months to decide??? Unacceptable!!! I lost a lot of money from this case not to mention it was very stressful to me. I'm supposed to say oh well!!*********'s was wrong and should be held accountable and so should your firm. As I stated I am very sorry I ever called your firm and NEVER recommend you to anyone else.       Scheduled for much needed spinefusion, insurance denied a week and 2 days before procedure, already off many meds including pain meds for prepaid. Called Morgan and Morgan for help and they have that department however denied their help with no expkanation why. Thought they represented the People? Didn't want to hear or talk to this person. Now I have no surgery scheduled, no legal help and have to deal with unbearable pain!

      My name is *****************, and I have a case with your guys. On September 2nd of 2022, my case manager gave me a call about my settlement documentation, which that person stated if I signed it that I could get it by the following week. Now it has been two weeks, and we are still waiting for the accounting department to cut me a check. I would like a definite answer of when I will be receiving these funds.

      My experience with Morgan & Morgan has not been pleasant at all. The lack of communication, and setting an agenda was never formally said. Especially, if it was going to be dead air between our communication. For example, saying it might take a month or two before we hear back from the other insurance company. In between this dead air, I was receiving letters from the defendant's insurance company on settling the case. I had to call numerous times, which I left voicemails with my case manager to give the information that was included on the letter I received from the insurance company. Even after I submitted my survey, I mentioned that I would not recommend Morgan and Morgan. My lawyer on the case called me but I was at work at the time. I asked my lawyer how long he will be in the office so I can give him a call when I get off work. He mentioned that he will be in the office for a while. I attempted to give him a call but I was unable to get a hold of him. I left a voicemail stating that I would change the survey rating if we spoke. Since I never got a call back from my lawyer, I believe the survey is very valid by my experience. It was not delightful at all, and I believe the right expectation was not met at all.

      Can I get an answer of when I will receive the check? I would like a definite answer without any vagueness. I can be reached by email.

      On sunday, 9/11/22, I sent an inquiry to this firm about the Boy Scout Class Action lawsuit using their websites' message form. On monday and today I have received 3 recorded calls and one live call. I responded on monday and was put on hold. After a few minutes their recorded message stopped in the middle of a word then I was disconnected. The live call I received was just minutes ago (after 2 more automated calls earlier) and once again I was put on hold and hung up on. I called back to complain about their unprofessional behavior and guess what? The exact same thing happened for the 3rd time in a row. These people are scammers and I want nothing to do with them. I already gave them information in my initial contact that I haven't told a single soul for almost 60 years. I want that information scrubbed from their system along with my contact info.

      Yes, you have called numerous times however that was after the incidents I described which is when I stopped answering your calls. On the condition that I get called by the person that will be handling the matter then I will accept a call from you on Friday, 9/23/22, at 9AM Mountain Time.       In September 2021, I called Morgan and Morgan for assistance regarding a case with an accident that happen in a store. The firm decided to take my case and assigned me an attorney in St. Louis. The attorney called me and was very unpleasant. She said she would call back, yet I never heard back from her.
      About a month later, I called the firm and complained. I was told by the head attorney that the attorney whom I had spoken with had been terminated. "Really"? "No one informed me".
      He stated that she was terminated for complaints from current and potential clients. He assured me that he would be managing my case and that things would be better going forth. Fast forward three months, I had heard nothing from the second attorney also. Also, none of my calls were being answered. I had to go the customer's resolution team to even have the office talk to me.
      So at the end of 2021 and after no movement whatsoever on my case, I sent an email to the lawyer and terminated service.

      The same day, I phoned customer care and informed them of what was happening. They stated my case would be reassigned to another attorney. (And it was). HOWEVER, (exactly one year after being accepted as a client), there is still no news on the status of my case. Even more unbelievable is the fact that the new attorney, (attorney #3), has never phoned, emailed, or sent a letter. (Not even once). I CALLED 3 WEEKS AGO. NO RESPONSE! I am beyond livid! I don't even know lawyer #3's name.
      Prior to becoming a client, I had such respect for Morgan and Morgan, both as a company and brand. However, their slogan is all a bunch of propaganda & hype! They should become more concerned with having honorable committed firms than the amount of firms on their roster. After all, what's the point of having all the firms if they're going to cause blemish to your brand and run your clients off? Word of mouth is powerful; people tell people. (When service is good or bad, but especially when it's bad).

      I called for an initial consultation regarding a car accident. When I told them I was in the process of driving to a delivery pickup, they told me that they would only be dealing with the accident itself and anything work related would be referred to another law firm. They sent me initial papers to sign which would give them the right to access all of my data from hospitals, doctors, etc. I decided at that time I wanted more information and wrote a letter with questions. This e-mail wasn't returned for many days and once they did reach out by phone I let them know I was no longer interested in using their firm. The person on the telephone was quite aggressive about sending me on to another person to talk to but I told them I did not want to waste anymore time, as it has already been a stressful time having my car totalled, going to the hospital, being on medication, talking to insurance companies, etc. Since telling them that, I have received more than ten phone calls despite asking them to cease and desist. They have called from New Albany, IN, Orlando, FL, and even twice disguised as "Public Service" in the hopes that I would answer. I have been very clear that I do not want to sign papers or have them represent me, yet they harass me one to three times a day, refusing to take "no" for an answer.
