      September 24, 2021 my mom had a bad fall while she was wearing an ADT fall detection pendant that was supposed to call an ambulance and never did. I hired Morgan and Morgan more than nine months ago and they showed interest in my case to sue ADT for a faulty, fall detection monitor. They had me send them the monitor and pendant so it could be tested. They then forgot about me. When I had the case restarted, they immediately told me the pendant needed to be tested. More time went by and they got back to me saying they need to give the case to someone that specializes in that sort of thing that they are partnered with. The different law firm then turned me down. Morgan and Morgan never sent them the pendant and monitor to be tested. Morgan and Morgan are now trying to get another attorney to help me. Morgan and Morgan even sent me back the pendant and monitor at my request so I could find another attorney.. Morgan and Morgan are a free attorney. I cannot afford to pay for one myself. I would like to send Morgan and Morgan back the pendant and monitor so they can finish what they started. I had so much hope at first because Morgan and Morgan are a big company and they showed great interest in my case but then forgot about me. I want them to finish what they started. They wasted a lot of time and there is only two years to get something like this done by statute of limitation. I want them to finish what they started with enthusiasm

      My issue involves a case inquiry that my mother made to their business in early Dec 2022. The original issue was that my mother wanted to seek out advice on what to do involving a bad faith insurance claim that she is currently going through with her current insurance provider. My mother provided the necessary information requested from Morgan and Morgan when she was contacted by them after making an initial inquiry about their services. From there, I repeatedly tried to get in contact with Morgan and Morgan on behalf of my mother via email and via phone call but did not receive a response back from them until around the 3rd of Jan of this current year. When they advised my mother of their inability to take on her case, she requested to know the reason why. From there, the representative said that she was not at liberty to say. My mother was left unsatisfied with her response and demanded to know why this was the situation but once again, the representative refused to give her an answer.

      I called Morgan and Morgan to handle an accident case from 10/13/21 since then it has been difficult to speak with anyone other then someone named *************************** and that is very hard to do as he ****** answers calls and when he responds he just say we waiting I have maybe heard from him with this same response about 4 times maybe I am now wondering if they are waiting for the case to time out I have also requested the other parties info to maybe obtain another attorney and no response I trusted Morgan and Morgan I thought they would do what they advertise but instead nothing a dead loss ,loss vehicle,loss job because of loss of vehicle and distance to work and then the for the people must not have meant me.

      I received a partial settlement payment in August, and that was 10 months after I signed all paperwork. I contacted my lawyer and discussed the rest of my payment. He emailed me on 8/25/22 saying that the rest of my money would be sent by check early the following week. Here it is 4 months later and I still have NOT received my money. Not only that but the lawyer does not respond to calls or emails. I even emailed and called Morgan and Morgan's complaint department and have not received any response from them either. This law firm is absolutely horrible! They do not pay their clients money owed to them, and they cannot bother to respond to any communications. They still owe me $10,000. The lawyer was also supposed to check into getting a settlement from our insurance and he never even bothered. Worst company ever, I can't believe I had to pay them 40% PLUS fees when they can't even do their job!

      This company won my case in court against a insurance company , after Morgan and Morgan received my money , they have been unauthorized deductions from my portion of the proceeds from the attorney and claim manager at there ********* office. The deductions are on a monthly base in the amount of almost $ ***** six thousand dollars and starting 3 months ago , so a total of almost ****** has been deducted from my proceeds, I was advised these fees where necessary to maintain my account . I receive a monthly email letting me of these deductions. I have contacted the main office of this corporation, forwarding all the information regarding this illegal deductions of my monies. They always give me the round around and nobody will take responsibility and return my money to my account and forward me a check for the original amount money awarded legally to me . This monthly fee was never notified to me or I was never advised of this extra cost . I have written emails and called this company with no results at all . I am a disabled person , on a very limited income and really need this money for my daily living expenses. Morgan and Morgan will not take responsibility for there employees the attorney and case manager of the ********* office, that are unlawfully taking my money .

      I did take some time to investigate what happened so that we can come to a speedy resolution.

      I am, however confused by your complaint.
      You state that our firm has taken a total of $18k resulting from 3months of $6k deductions. Looking over your file, I don't see anything in regards to this or any deductions in that amount.


      We took over this case from *********************** office. On July 14, 2021, you signed the contract with our firm clearing outlining costs in connection with your case is separate and apart from fees.
      Total costs on this case were $963.73.
      This case settled in litigation for policy limits.
      On October 11, 2022, you signed the ** closing statement without issue.


      We also settled the ** portion of this case for limits of 10k and the closing statement was sent to you to sign.

      At this time we are not aware of any money being deducted.
      Is there by chance some confusion on the company deducting your money?


      Your legal team has tried to contact you however have not been successful in reaching you to discuss your concerns in regards to this.

I request my check to be delivered to me in your ******* downtown office, there I will need a paper document showing all the deductions done to my check .       This law firm has the most incompetent attorneys, let alone staff. I meant "paralegals".This rabbit hole of a journey with Morgan and Morgan began back in 2018 when I was involved in a not at fault accident. The reason I am complaining now is because I was contacted by one of your paralegals in Jan of 2022. Stating you all wanted to reopen my case due to me not receiving UM benefits. I was told a demand amount. I was told a lawsuit was going to be brought upon the opposing insurance company. On 11/14/22, I received an email saying the lawsuit is going to be withdrawn, due to MVA I had afterwards. I feel like the attorney in this case was negligent in asking me about them before this whole process started. Would have saved a lot of stress and headache. I also feel misled due to the paralegal giving me false information. She assured me that the accident that happened afterwards would not interfere with this lawsuit, and even promised to get me back in treatment. I'm not a lawyer nor health professional, so I trusted the info. The paralegal ( ***************************) also sent an email stating she needed documents signed by 10/14/22, but I received the email on 11/10/22. Almost a month later. When I spoke to *************************, he was very uninformative, he stated if they were to move forward the opposing insurance company might give me "go away" money, but probably nothing more. I asked was he sure? Or just assuming? I did not receive a straight answer. Very Unprofessional. I am left with this impression of the company, Morgan and Morgan; the land of make believe.

      I did look into this matter further to see what happened and to see if I can explain what occurred.

      I can see that your attorney reopened this case to challenge the ** form. The insurance company did not want to pay, so they filed a CRN and they still did not pay. A lawsuit was filed as a result.

      Your legal team found out that you had 2 subsequent crashes and one that was actively in litigation with another firm.

      Due to this our firm had no choice but to turn down this case.

      I'm really sorry that we were not able to proceed with your case. Please know we do not turn down cases lightly, and while our firm was unable to assist you, this does not mean your claim lacks merit, just based on the facts of the case we weren't able to proceed.

      I had a very bad fall
      July 28 2022. That resulted in a Fractured Shoulder in 3 places which after being sent to 3 Dr's I was told I needed Surgery which I had on Aug 25 called.Morgon and Morgan sept 10 I received my 1st call from
      Attorney Michael B***. I was told that i would be receiving Forms to fill out such as medical release. As on Todat Nov 7 2022 I have received nothing. I have called many times. And have not answered the phone left messages sent emails no answers. I have had dealing with Attorneys before and never have I had this experience. I was always informed of what was happening every paper they sent out I received a copy which this firm I have not even sign a contract. Iam done I am finding a new attorney. This Firm is a joke

      I had an accident in March, 2021. Morgan & Morgan took on my case. The firm was able to settle with the insurance company of the person at fault and was ordered a total of 50,000. Minus lawyer fees I am owed 32,000. I received notice that my insurance company as well as the other insurance company issued both checks to the firm. I have yet to receive any money on my behalf. every time i call I receive the same notifications that the check is processing. It has been months that this company has been holding my funds and telling me lies. I am in process of reporting the lawyers involved in my case which includes Evan R******** and Zane B********

      I retained an attorney with Morgan and Morgan to assist me in obtaining the benefits I deserve as a disabled veteran. There have been numerous issues with the processing of my case that have been brought up to my attorney and he just gaslights me and gives me a "wait it out" answer no doubtedly to expand the amount of payout he will get from when my case is eventually won. After MONTHS of emails pleading for the attorney to contact the VA and insist they adhere to their own protocols I finally lost faith that this attorney is operating in my best interest and I want to sever the case. I have tons of emails showing ineffective and apathetic counsel and I am demanding that Morgan and Morgan waive any and all fees regarding my case and release me from representation with this shyster. It's a shame how Morgan and Morgan treats veterans.

      I do know that there were some recent disagreements with how your attorney decided to proceed when you brought up concerns that you felt the VA was trying to drag out your claim.

      Keep in mind there are times when these types of cases can halt while the wait is on the VA's end.

      Mr. H*** isn't trying to gaslight you with his advice of "waiting it out", he is simply giving you legal advice from his years of professional experience with handling these types of cases.

      He has handled many successful cases for his VA clients, and would never attempt to steer
      a client toward failure or loss. I do however understand if you no longer want to pursue with us.

      I can see that per your request Mr. H*** has already withdrawn as your attorney, so we no longer represent you through the VA.

      In regards to the fees, the VA has a process for disputing fees. I'm sure they would be able to provide you more information on how you can dispute those.

Mr. H*** would tell me not to return documentation in an effort to drag out this current claim not the past one you are referring to in an effort to magnify an unearned commission. A representative for the people shafting Veterans isn't going to be fair nor impartial. Mr. H*** was not only disgusting in his deportment but negligent in his advice in order to line his own pockets.       You are purposely misstating facts. It is NOT the wait that is the issue, it is the purposely telling me to IGNORE mailings from the VA that would have removed the NEED for the wait.       I had an accident back in 2019, and I understand things take time to be process, however during the issue being resolved after being hit, my husband and I was told was the final expenses of everything be. Nevertheless, I still was being seen by a chiropractor, so my case was still open.. after I finish seeing the doctor. I was suppose to issued a check, but was sent to the wrong address almost a year ago, and it still has not been resolved and it's almost 2023, most times when I call.. I'm always being bounced around, saying that person doesn't work here anymore.. or when I do talk to someone they tell me to call back In a week, and then no one answers the phone, so now I have decided to report the issue because I truly have not been helped through out the entire case issue, and I truly wish I had chose another law firm to help, because it was truly no connection what so ever.
