      Received a closing statement in December of 2023. Signed and returned. Well the attorney is no longer .. fast forward to today.. same problem this place can not keep a staff and then when they assign another attorney to the case you have to wait for them to review the file is the response I keep getting. Now waiting for one invoice to be paid for funds to be disbursed, and it seems as if someone can not do the due diligence and get that one single invoice. I have tried and unfortunately since Morgan and Morgan is the payee on the account I do not have access to it. Not to mention its in COLLECTIONS with the *************.

      If I could give Morgan and Morgan zero stars I would!!!! Horrible communication. I was assigned to ****** ********** (a FL based attorney) after my auto accident and he only reached out to me after I contacted his case manager to say I was no longer interested in being represented, and I would like to close the case. He was supposed to call me within 24 hours after I reached out to Morgan and Morgan and he never did. He did absolutely nothing to get the ball rolling with the case and didnt even ask for me what happened or for my side of the story over the phone. He simply told me my focus should be seeking medical attention and he would get back to me within the next few weeks. I was offered absolutely no guidance on how to proceed and what to expect . Then after I already closed my case, ****** emailed me saying he declined to represent me. Excuse me? I already closed out the case and to save his ego he flipped the narrative and said it was because he did not want to represent me. Completely unprofessional. I will be telling everyone I know to stay far away from Morgan and Morgan bc they dont care about their clients like they advertise..they only want your money.

      I had contacted Morgan and Morgan back in 2021, it was about the ******** CPAP machine. I was told they were interested in the case and would take it. There was no face-to-face contact. Just emails asking for information from my doctor. I sent him all the information and they asked for more and I got them more. This year in 2024 I got a letter by email saying they were no longer taking the case even though it has merit. That I should find somebody else. Which is great. All that information I sent them, and nothing is said about somebody back the information. Which took a lot of time and effort to get the information they needed. Now out of clear blue they tell me goodbye. Now as I watch their commercials on all their promises about for people and how nobodies and nobody. Well I guess I'm just one of those that slipped through the cracks. No explanation, no nothing. And to let you know, it's a little too late now for me to file anything because they've already settled on most of the cases. Morgan and Morgan just took the easy way out and said goodbye. I should have paid attention to him when they said one lawyer will help you a lot while others don't. Well I guess I know which one you are. I don't have much more to say, but to other people that may read this. Choose wisely just because they say they're the biggest law firm doesn't mean they will help you all the way.

      The first week in July I called Morgan & Morgan because I had an accident on my handicap scooter where the steering suddenly jerked and froze to the left throwing me forward putting my kneecap in my thigh I'm still in rehab now I was in the hospital for 2 weeks they originally took my case and a week later said they weren't interested that's fine but I couldn't get anyone to tell me why some b***** woman put me on hold asked to talk to someone and then she just hung up on me well while I was in rehab my physical therapist started telling me a story about Morgan & Morgan hanging up on him before I mentioned anything about my experience so if they did it to me and him my mom is in how many tens of thousands of people they have hung up on their commercial is a complete lie they don't care about you me or anybody only the bottom line and how much money they can make and the quickest amount of time they'll take whatever is offered they're not going to go to court for you they'll take what they can get ASAP they were rude very transparent about their motives which is money and how much they can make for themselves I would never recommend these people to anyone they treated me like I wasn't even human I am telling you the truth do not hire these people they don't care about you trust me

      I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Morgan and Morgan. The lack of communication and transparency was appalling. Attorneys frequently failed to return calls and would even argue with me when I left negative feedback. This organization shows zero accountability. If you don't mind being shuffled from one lawyer to another without any transfer of information or genuine concern for your injury, then this might be the place for you. For anyone seeking reliable legal representation, I strongly advise against using their services. The entire experience was absolutely terrible.

      Had accident when my car was in parking lot and I was not there. Obviously no fault of mine. Contacted Morgan & Morgan to help against low balling insurance company and they seemed disinterested. I guess if I lost a limb instead of use of car to get to my 2 full time jobs to support me as senior citizen and spouse without job home with cancer isn't important.*** ***** **********, **

      Morgan & Morgan claim to be for the poor people. They charge 40% for attorney fees, then they nickel and dime you until there isnt much left. Had my case for 2 years. Never really fought for me. I had injuries and because I stopped getting treatment due to having to work and provide for my child it caused my injuries to be more severe, had surgery and still they want their money. A whole year without employment and they took my money and didnt care about what it has costed me. Time and time again they said one thing and did another and then was like we never said that. So I will never recommend them stay local. They ones that are for the people arent for the people

      I had 2 cases, a *********** case. They were passing me around ******s like a hot potato. First you know how they say they send investigators to the place of accident? Not true in my case. I had to go to the store and take the pictures myself, they told me my ****** had left the firm, and the second ****** they got on my case didn't even show up to the deposition. I got ****** for the ***********. I ended up having to apply for disability. They took my case for Social Security, but no one would contact me. I filled out all the paperwork myself, and got news that I was aproved from the ****************************** themselves. Still no contact. So when I called them they gave me the same sob story that the ****** had left the company. The "New" ****** I talked to said he wasn't even sure if they were my ******s ?? I started collecting the SS checks and still haven't heard from them. They did not fight for me at all. It's a lie. I'm very disappointed. I have a visit at the *** soon to dispute the $2,800 check they are giving me. Honestly you're better off applying yourself!

      Once the case was settled. No more contact with the lawyer. Waiting for 3 months for settlement proceeds. ***************** sent the proceeds to Morgan & Morgan but no sign they when they will send my portion. Do not recommend this firm. Far better smaller more aggressive local lawyers. Would not consider Morgan & Morgan in the future.
