      Hired ***** *** AKA Morgan and Morgan. It was the nation wide cast iron lawsuit. My husband is very sick, and I believe mold plays a big part of it. We won enough to fix our pipes the cheapest way. Our floor is missing tiles. We have holes in the walls. Never a mold mitigation done. We have running water now with a lot of interior damage left unfixed. I would never use them again. Dont go with Morgan and Morgan, my husband and I continue to get sick. Its a unfinished claim and refuses to do anything about it.

      Horrible! They will NOT tell u if they have a conflict of interest a a hospital, etc. They want u to first tell them your issue then a paralegal will evaluate and say whether they can make enough money first off! No other atty ever has done this as they tell u up front if theres a conflict of interest or not. They dont care about wasting your time ! Ive been successful financially with ethical attorneys who know well of Morgan & Morgan Southern justice! Disgusting!

      As an active client with two cases pending, I was injured in October 2022 resulting in a 4disc surgery, my wife was injured in 2023, rear ended resulting in a one disc surgery, both accidents had a one million dollar policy. 14 months my wife has been off of work per doctors orders, and needing home health care assistance, her attorney didnt fight for her to receive anything, but when it was time for the insurance company to offer her her policy limit, the attorney wanted ******* for attorney cost plus fees, doctors bill was *******, leaving her to have to fend for herself for any future injury costs and if she doesnt take the settlement theyll extend her case for up to 5 years before they try to fight for her to try and force her into a settlement that will satisfy them, which is to receive 90 percent or more of her million dollar policy limit. My case has offered the million dollar settlement already, a check is waiting for me to accept. I cant accept it though because the doctor ***** are ******* and the attorneys cost and fees are ******* leaving me with absolutely nothing but a 4disc injury, pain for the rest of my life, and having to worry about any future medical ***** that can result from this injury in my future. So I turned the offer down and my attorney told me that my trial date was rescheduled for an unknown date one year from now. 3rd year well be going into. If you are a non compliant client and dont let them take all of the money theyll extend your case for so long that youll forget about it. Dont expect honesty or compassion from Morgan and Morgan, you have to have tough skin and patience for a possible TRIAL date, although they dont appreciate having to actually fight at trial for their clients when they can make more of your money off your case then you without a trial. Im ********************************* a current active client, with two cases pending, standing up for myself and others, Ill keep you updated monthly on the progress of my case.

      I don't feel it's for the people I feel it's for the money refuse to representation on a hernia mesh case that I was asking for help with turn me down not sure why no reasons this will be my third surgery for a hernia in the same spot and they wouldn't help me so all his talk and how he takes care of people and the poor and all this stuff and how we'll fight for you is just a scam that's too bad I've met **** before anything like a nice guy used to eat my restaurant shame on his firm

      I lost my eye and had a doctor fixing it already. But i called Morgan and Morgan and they Really didn't do anything for me and after the doctor said i could go Blind.They didn't provide anything for that happening. When i got the Settlement They Took one third of the money before the doctor even got paid. All i got after everything was $5,000 . And Now I'm Blind in that eye and found out my Lawyer never provided me any Protection

      i sat on the phone for an hour and a half setting up my ssdi case only thing left was to get medical records from the hospital i went and got a copy sent to me called them back only to have the person on the phone start to ask me the same questions over that i had already answered i advised her that i had already answered all these questions and that i just need to send a copy of the hospital records to them to back up my case i ask if it was going to take another hour and was told no but she proceeded with the same questions. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone for ssdi and i see why they have such a low rating.

      I would give less stars if I could I got into an auto accident July 2023 my case was just settled but my issue is that you could never get anyone on the phone I NEVER ONCE spoke to the lawyer that was supposed to be handling my case and the assistant was very incompetent sometimes it would take her a week to text me back I understand they are busy but thats ridiculous I just feel like you are just a number at this company they dont give you the attention you deserve and maybe its because I was a smaller lawsuit I dont know but I will tell you I will never use these guys again I also feel like they are just trying to get u pushed through so they can get to the next case Im not sure how these people got as big as they are what a disappointment you guys need to do better I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO ANYONE (Side note they got paid more money from my accident than I did) You guys need to get off that high horse your on and get back down to earth NO NEED TO REPLY MORGAN AND MORGAN I SAID WHAT I SAID AND I STAND BY IT ???

      ?HONEST REVIEW? Hi, the commercials I have been seeing make me sick. They are trying to cover up my feedback from a few years ago to milk it for new clients who find the commercial very sweet but it's not true & I'll tell you again on why. It was about the sappy commercial where the man says I'm a nobody, so you'll not reach me. Mr ********************** said I called him right back because nobody's a nobody. They sued ****** to delete reviews!Well I called him to see about a case. I said that to the secretary when I insisted on reaching Mr ********************** to talk to him about the case; I was transferred to his ********** did his voicemail after a ring or two. The man in the commercial couldn't be legitimate because Mr **********************'s voicemail only lets you record 10 seconds! There is no time to say Hi Mr ********************** I am so & so, I'm a nobody, you'll probably not reach me but here's my ********* number. There is no time to say hi & leave your number even. Lol it's a big pile of BS advertising schemes to seem sweet & caring. I ended up talking to a person who actually will talk to you. They declined a slip & fall case that caused a broken femur by falling down the stairs with no railing on it to hang onto. That's the easiest case to do with no way of losing on it since the home owner didn't put a railing & has no defense. But since it wasn't a business building.. they didn't wanna do it. That means they only care about people if it will be worth it to them. They only show the greedy Mr & Mrs ********************** on a commercial meeting a client for show & it must be a HUGE settlement. That's what excites them to do it. It's nothing to do with for the people. ***** Law is unfortunately the same way which ***** because they were our first choice with this case. So because of their greed I strongly suggest avoiding them. The real feedbacks are all over ******. Ignore the billionaires 4.9 stars on their personal page. I dug into the ***************** is a lot. Hire non fake flashy lawyers. SSI is your friend ??
