Horrible law firm. Been called a nobody. Since Day 5 I was treated like someone who didn't matter. Was told I didn't matter. This law firm claims to help anybody and everybody.But in actuality they don't period. As a five star world renowned chef I feel that I wasted my time contacted morgan morgan Because they only help if they're gonna win. Worst law firm in the woand I hope when this review reaches 5 million people.Oh maybe **** morgan will actually look into who he has that works for him. You should rethink when it comes to a law firm. Morgan and morgany is not Who they claim to be. You only matter If you can get **** morgan and morgan more than more money other than that they don't care about youMorgan & Morgan

Morgan & Morgan And all large corporate injury lawyers mislead, misguided and misrepresent I had an injury herniated disc in January At Embassy Suites ********************** I first called ************* When terminated in retaliation for WC They gave false promises and never called or helped get wages I call Morgan who tells me they will take case and make it all right Well **** the attorney tells me that after filing demanding wages the ****** threatens him to nor cooperate And he changes tune and chooses to support a corporation versus injured single mom desperately trying to survive The Hilton drops memy health insurance with no warning no cobra offer **** and Morgan tell me my problem I am Sent to WC doc finally in April ** tries everything to blame my age etc So basically It is me versus the group My Fina l settlement Wages and 1]000for injury in May I have to sign off for every future medical I agree to horrible deal What else to do ON top of only getting ****** Wages and the 1000 settlement ***** and ***** Come out of nowhere Demanding a part of my small settlement For doing nothing ?? I started a claim with the firm located in ********** GA a year ago regarding a trip and fall on city property. It was on broken and uneven concrete. I have jogged /lived in this area for almost 30 years. Morgan and Morgan kept the case for a whole year, and the sidewalks were repaired Im assuming by the city of **********. I never could reach the agent or get a call back from Morgan and Morgan for almost all of that time and they finally called me after a year and said they were not pursuing the case. At that time I realized our office is located on *********** in **********, and it must have been a conflict of interest. I called multiple times unanswered. They did refer me to a small mom and pop law firm that barely spoke English. I was very disappointed and their service is nothing like their commercials. Its just one big fraud.Morgan & Morgan

7 years ago Morgan and Morgan took over my case. I was worried then, I know of their business practices and theyre not for the people. I said fine I will see where this goes. They promised that there would be communication via email weekly if not monthly, nothing. I sent an email stating I feel uncomfortable and alone in this particular suit. They assured it will not happen again. They came with a low ball settlement offer, saying thats the best they can do however if I agree to pay x amount of money they will go after loss wages. I said no. One this has been going on for 7 years, 2 they lied to me too many times 3 there is not a guarantee that they will do their up most best. Many of ask now that you settled a YEAR ago where is our money? Oh its still in the process of settling. What? I am really confused and considering about hiring someone that can handle Morgan and Morgan. If you need an attorney DO NOT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE MORGAN AND MORGAN!Morgan & Morgan

Worst lawyers ever, if you mention anything about medical malpractice, be careful these lawyers are scared to really roll their sleeves up and do a little work, they want the open close cases so they can line their greedy pockets, I called them because I went to a hospital and walked in and when I left I never was able to walk again, after they hear the word hospital they start putting their tales between their legs because its a little work, a challenge, so when they say they are fighting for the people, thats a absolute joke, plain and simple if its not a open and close case where they know their odds are 90 percent or better, they dont fight and dont know if they ever did. This place is a joke and dont use them if you want any justice, they could care less about what you went through just what they can get easily. Ambulance chasing no good blood suckers. I should go ******* outside their office, I think I will!. And please Morgan and Morgan you can save the old were sorry about your experience ****, we know you are sorry thats why we complain, fix your morals , I bet H*** is full of lawyers!Morgan & Morgan

I called about a medical malpractice and they said they couldnt take it through a text message. They couldnt even tell me why they are very unfeeling and they may get millions of calls every day, but they only take the cases where they can make a lot of money theyre not for the people there for the money.Morgan & Morgan

On June 13th 2023 I had a slip and fall accident at a restaurant and I contacted Morgan and Morgan firm to represent my case. After explaining to them what happened, they took my case. I had some injuries to my knee that lead me to have therapy, x rays and MRI. My paralegal gathered all of my bills as if they were going to be payed.I was told that my attorney would be contacting me to discuss and give me the status of my case. Months and Months passed and I never heard from my attorney. June 11th 2024, a year later, I received a voicemail on my cell phone saying that I will be receiving a letter in the mail and my attorney was unable to get in contact with the other insurance carrier. After receiving that message, I tried contacting my attorney by phone and email. He wouldnt respond to email nor phone call. At that point I was angry and very frustrated. I contacted my paralegal and spoke with him. He scheduled a meeting with me and my attorney for him to call to discuss my case. I waited around for the scheduled appointment but he never called me. When I received letter in the mail it stated that my case was being dropped . I never had any communication with my attorney, No updates as to what was going on. He was very unprofessional . *************************** out of ************ FL was my attorney. Morgan & Morgan are licensed criminals a liars!!! They have taken advantage of me and are quite literally trying to conceal the fact that they are stealing money from me and saying that it is typical practice of theirs.Please let me explain. When I first signed with Morgan and Morgan they said that I need to sign documents that will give them power of attorney in order to look into my case for me. This was the first lie, the contract they make you sign is the only contract and while they say I can change my mind later that nothing is final once I sign it. Everything was finalized right then and there, I signed up for them to take *****% of my insurance payment, 40% if it goes to an actual lawyers desk, and on top of that they are going to charge me any fees associated with filing the lawsuit. I was told once everything is settled my case manager would reach out to all of my providers and collect the most updated statements.The final settlement statement provided from my attorney turned out to be several $1000 more than what I actually owe the providers. I emailed him and told him that I think he is wrong and he should double check with my providers. He didn't, I did and I found multiple statements that were never updated. I brought these statements to my attorney and I rightfully blamed him and his office for not doing their jobs and collecting UPDATED statements. His response in the email is that this is customary practice for their office and any discrepancies found will be settled after the file is closed out and everyone is paid. Morgan & Morgan will knowingly take advantage of their customers, the people they swore to protect and defend against the corporate greed. Instead they are contributing to the mess by being greedy themselves.After finding out their mistakes and asking for them to be corrected I asked my attorney to furthermore waive the filing fees for my case. I was promised the final statements would be handled for me. They lied!!Morgan & Morgan

I give them a zero star rating they took my case after several phone calls to them all in regards to answering the same questions over and over to new people each time then I never heard from morgan and morgan i only heard from the *** they changed attorney several times and each time i had to call complain that i couldn't reach my attorney then id get an other which totally ignored me for the people my I ended homeless cause of this c*** and got. No response from them or any concern what so ever they finally dropped my case saying they couldn't reach me well if they done their job and kept in touch to start with they would have this law firm is all about the money they will make not the people I will never use or recommend morgan and morgan to anyone and will try to talk anyone I discuss law firms with not to use them I think I've made my pointMorgan & Morgan

They took almost all the money from the insurance settlement and sent me to some very crooked doctors that took the rest of it. please if your in an accident do not call them they really do not care about you just until they can drain your settlement. The settlement was 50k I only received 10k because of Morgan and Morgan and the doctors they suggested.Morgan & Morgan
