      Worked my case for **************************************************************** that they were turning my case over to one of they smaller bother firms and someone would be in contact with me IV herd from 2 firms the first one said they couldn't take my case the other said they would call me back in a couple of days.How ever they never did so I called them and they said they were in the process of sending my case back to Morgan and Morgan..And it's been another month and IV still not herd from Morgan and Morgan or any other lawyer..And my case has a 2 year statue of limitations and I feel the only way I can find out what my rights are is to call the bar association in my state of Ga and see if they can help me..

      They didnt pay my medical bill and ** still taking hits from my credit and its been a year since my case ended they told me they couldnt give me the check to pay my own medical bill but it still hasnt been paid Im going to file a lawsuit if they dont remedy the situation I know checks lifespan is 120 days its been 360 days they ******** branch shouldnt have handled a case in ******* they only about they own pockets and it shows

      Id give them a negative 100 if I could. Terrible law firm. They dont care about the well-being of their clients. They ignore them. My case manager was extremely rude. I personally think she ruined my entire case. It was a very easy win, and it was messed up by cockiness, no communication, and not being prepared. They let them ask irrelevant questions and interrogate me during the deposition. I was promised a very large settlement, and that there was no way of losing. I honestly feel like the case manager they randomly switched me to without an explanation, or even an introduction. She just messaged me after not hearing from them for months. She was nothing but rude, and I hope she gets fired. I will be making sure no one I know ever uses yall, and I will scream from the mountains about how bad you guys are. I am left with lifelong, chronic physics, and mental injuries. I cant even drive a car without shaking from anxiety and PTSD. That one moment changed my life, and Morgan and Morgan did not have my back. You guys are not for the people. You guys are for yourselves and selfish. I would like to talk to the highest person that I can talk to.

      To anyone considering their services, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The initial promises of dedicated service and client care were not upheld in my experience. Save yourself the time, stress, and aggravation of dealing with a company that fails to communicate and follow through on their commitments. There are plenty of other law firms out there that will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve.I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Morgan & Morgan and strongly advise potential clients to steer clear of this company. I hired them to handle a legal case, which was settled for $25,000. However, despite the case being resolved, I have yet to receive my settlement.The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of communication. *********************************** was my case manager, and ************************* was the principal attorney. Once the case was settled, there was absolutely zero communication from them. I have spent countless hours trying to get in touch with someone at Morgan & Morgan, making numerous phone calls and sending multiple emails, but I have received no response whatsoever. It is unacceptable to be left in the dark with no updates or explanations, especially when it concerns such a significant amount of money.This lack of responsiveness is not only unprofessional but also incredibly stressful and time-consuming. I trusted Morgan & Morgan to handle my case efficiently and to provide the necessary support and communication throughout the process. Instead, I have been met with silence and frustration at every turn.

      I have had a claim with Morgan and Morgan since Feb 9, 2024 an for the past 3 months i have not heard from them even though i have send messages in their portal and called an was forwarded to voicemail never to a person (Case Manager or Lawyer). They claim to care but I havent experienced any of that only that i was neglected. My injury is still hurting and the insurance companies wont cover.

      I was in a car accident 5/23 case was finally settled after 3 case managers and 3 lawyers later Im not sure how they work. I was notified by the insurance company that the check was sent over to Morgan & Morgan on 3/7/24 I forwarded the letter to the case manager. I never received a response and decided to give a call at that point I was notified of my 3rd case manager who I had to break down the entire case to, he informed me that he would get back to me within two weeks which he didnt so I gave him a call. Which I had to explain my situation again. Ive been doing this back and forth between the case manager who is extremely rude and the client experience team who is on a record line continues to escalate the situation and someone is suppose to return the call. All of my bills have been paid I call the offices to make sure. The case manager ******** aggressively let me know that they are backed up, what do I want him to do and that his life is being threatened by people everyday because everyone is waiting for a check.

      I called and did an intake with them for SSI and they said that they were going to refer me out to another attorney and they never called me. I am very unhappy with my experience with them.

      They say they are for the people. Bull ****.I called office about a problem with my scarred lungs .wanted to know what I should do about this. They put me on hold for20 minutes then said that they wouldn't do nothing and just referred me to lee County lawyers association. Guess you have to be on death bed or dead before they'll take your case that way they'll get paid. Bull****.*** worries about his pocket not for the people .don't be fooled by his Bull commercials.

      I reached out to Morgan & Morgan due to the commercials claiming to be the Best and largest *********** and they actually care about helping someone seek justice. My daughter was involved in a hit and run accident, and I reached out to them and spoke to a gentleman that created a case, sent paperwork and referred my daughter to a physical therapist, which she has seen several times. The therapist found she did sustain physical injuries. She received what looks like a generic letter on May 20th saying they were dropping her case with no specifics! This is so disrespectful and unprofessional to drop a client who was in a traumatic car crash with injures both physically and mentally traumatized, totaling the car, and they don't have the decency or professionalism of a phone call explaining the reason! Horrible service I would not recommend Morgan & Morgan clients r treated as numbers not people.************

      Only taking cases but never delivering the service they promised. Since a 16 month period, I have been their client and nothing is going forward. The claim manager is magic. She makes notes for calls she never made. No updates. The agreed-upon methods for communication are not used. The escalation team only puts the client down and doesn't do anything to help in this. Management is never reachable. All promises are lies.
