Morgan and Morgan is NOT for the people. My investigation report had to be modified claiming that the injury site had defects. Your lovely attorney ********************************* turned down the case before she got the updated report. She has no experience in what hardship means and what I was asking for. She refused to answer any of my questions. This is what I get. An attorney with less than one year experience and who is very unprofessional. I would suggest someone talks to her. She even failed her bar exam last year. I need an experienced attorney and this is what I get. I greatly appreciate a follow-up on this with an email.Very good Morgan and Morgan yo7 get an A in false advertising!!!!!!!!Morgan & Morgan

Dropped my Va disability case. After calling for an update on my Va appeal. The receptionist let it slip that they lost my file. Quickly corrected and stated that they would get someone in touch with me, needless to say no one did. I called back got very vague answers to very specific questions. A couple of months later they dropped my case with no explanation why. Very suspiciousMorgan & Morgan

Do yourself a favor and don't hire this company. I finally had to fire them. They never responded to any of my questions, couldn't even seem to figure out how to get hospital documents and insisted that my 6 yr old daughter (the injured person) sign the paperwork. The case manager was changed all the time and I never ever spoke with my actual attorney. Once I told them I wanted to cut ties with them I received a letter from them stating that they 'decline representation'. It's like a case of 'you can't break up with me because I break up with you first'. I already have a new attorney and they have responded and done more in one week than this company could figure out in 3 months. I can say that this is the worst business that I've ever dealt with. After accepting my case against a ****** resort back in November of 2023 and 2 weeks after sending out a demand to ******s claims department I got a call from Morgan & Morgan saying they are dropping my case. I am not even going to recoup my out of pocket medical expenses!!! Its been 6 months of them having my case and they drop it and tell me I can contact ******s claim department myself. My foot was fractured and no explanation from this law firm. They never said what the claims department response was or anything just that they are dropping my case. I never ever spoke with an attorney. They brag about you never having to step foot in an office, that everything is done through text messages which is what happened to me. You just text back and forth with an assistant, never talking to an attorney only to go over 6 months and they drop you because theres not enough money for them to make. Why did they accept the case to begin with? Do not ever give this law firm your case. Hire a local attorney you can actually meet with and not one that leaves you 6 months later with absolutely nothing. Now I have to contact ******s claim department and do this myself which is what I should have done in the first place!! A fractured foot, 4 months of doctors appointments and an MRI and Im not even getting my out of pocket medical bill back. I will leave a review on every site I can find to warn others. After wasting my time for 7 months recording pain levels, going to therapy, sending them all the records they needed for the slip and fall, they just decided to drop it without warning. I talked to my attorney twice but its not like she ever did a thing, she said it was already too much because god forbid a slip and fall injured a healed Pre-existing injury its just too complex for them apparently. If you get hurt might as well make sure its a huge injury where you lose your arm because all these people care about is money. They told me I could fight with the insurance companies for money. Wasted 7 months of the two year statue of limitations when all they did was collect my information and then turn me away. Wasted time, wasted energy, and quite honestly deceptive.Morgan & Morgan

I hired Morgan and Morgan to represent a slip and fall. After two months of recording my paying level sending them documents they dropped my case without even an explanation. Its been extremely hard to get a hold of them. I found their behavior very unprofessional. When I did call the number that was left someone will pick up, but dont didnt say anything. They took every ***** from the insurance settlement and sent me to some very crooked doctors that too the rest of it and did not care about my back shoulders and head wounds took every ***** and now wont even acknowledge Im even alive please if your in an accident do not call them they really do not care about your health just until they can drain your settlementMorgan & Morgan

The worst attorneys in the country! 4 years into a disability case, I've been contacted by phone 3 times. When I've contacted them, there is always a new case manager that is rude and somewhat clueless. At the 4 year ***** I reached out to them and was told that we would schedule a hearing. It was confirmed that a hearing was scheduled and shortly, thereafter, I received notice from Social Security that Morgan and Morgan has withdrawn. They quit and didn't even inform the me! After 4 years of nothing??! I will seek a malpractice attorney and expose these crooks! Please read my review and do yourself a favor and avoid Morgan and Morgan! I call then about a personal injury me and my child was in a middle of a shoot out in an apartment complex and me and my child substances some injury we did not get shoot but over lives was in danger and the representative said that they dont take these types of cases.Morgan & Morgan
