I am not satisfied with this company they are hard to talk with or get ahold of they drag things out always getting attitudes from them and they are trying to prolong me getting my settlement money and they said they would only take 40% but they dont tell you you have to pay them extra money like 7 grand fro paper staples and stamps and office supplies and stuff like that very very unhappyMorgan & Morgan

I was in an accident on September 9, 2022. This companys representation isnt what its cracked up to be. I ended up paying them ****** plus I had to pay all my medical bills. Their slogan For the People, is not true. P.S. I had to select one star, because it wouldnt let me leave it blank.Morgan & Morgan

I'm a veteran of 8 years who recently was hit by a car while on bicycle. Police said it was drivers fault. I was told by Morgan and Morgan that they accepted the case in Nov of 2023, only to say they was no longer able to help me in March of 2024. Done told me to just set back and they would handle it! Have proof of everything! Now no other Lawyer will take the case. And I have lost everything because of the injuries that prevented me from working. Now I'm homeless in a veterans shelter. They are not for the people! I know because I am! I almost died in ************************* fighting for them to be able to have a business, but do they appreciate that? NO!!!Morgan & Morgan

WHERE DO I BEGIN ? I signed my settlement with M&M back in December 2023. Before signing my settlement My Attorney ******* was VERY consistent, kept me updated, reassured me, & handled me and my case with such care, NOW that I have signed the settlement, I dont hear from *******, he doesnt update me or get back to me in a timely manner. I was told by both ********************* ***** ) that it shouldnt take 90 days to receive my second part of my settlement because I didnt have really any bills to process. I am literally 8 days away from it being 90 days since Ive received my second check & STILL NOTHING. They said they are still processing. WHAT IS THERE TO PROCESS????? I DIDNT GO TO A HOSPITAL , I DIDNT GO TO A URGENT CARE I DIDNT DO NOTHING. Then they say accountants sick , oh accountants on vacation oh accountants THIS that and the third . I heard they earn interest for keeping the checks longer and it could be why they are stalling. im not sure. And then MY MOM had to call and tlk with ******* because he wasnt updating me. and his words were " oh .... has my number she couldve just called " I CALLED, I TEXT , I DID EVERYTHING . you told me YOU would keep me updated and didnt do so. They are so trifling , Im so disappointed . My first attorney was terrible with M&M and now another one. They just see you as a dollar sign. They dont really care about you . Day 82 of not receiving MY money. I shouldnt have to keep messaging Morgan and Morgan ******** page for me to hear back from MY attorney. Its ridiculous that I have to come to this for someone to care.Morgan & Morgan

I have been using Morgan and Morgan since December 2020. I spent the first 1 1/2 years dealing with a para and no lawyer. Then May or June 2022 I was sent a letter to come down to the ********* office I had a new lawyer. He made lots of promises and was going to get the case moving. He did not fulfill those promises. He seldom returns a phone call, text message or email in a timely manner if at all. He doesn't respond to letters and absolutely keeps you out of the loop of information about your case. When it suddenly is important to him, he calls you at the last day to remind you of something. In November ************************************************************************ a couple of days, it will be five months and still no money to me. This is FRAUD. They are full of excuses and when I call HIS para says every time he is doing a deposition. EVERYTIME now for months. I have contacted a second firm to help me with the second part of my lawsuit, because the para told me no money until both parts are settled. No worry, it should move faster than the first part, which took now almost 4 1/2 years. I was told this after waiting for my money for almost 2 1/2 months. They have been FIRED. *** of Morgan and Morgan has been in the loop of information about the lawyer in question for months, but has not fixed the problem, the LAWYER. You would think out of army of 800 lawyers as he claims he could find me a replacement. His commercials are full of a lot of talk without much substance. They are so big it takes them 2 or 3 weeks to even open a letter. *** has never responded to any of my 5 letters or so. He has never called me, text, emailed, sent a letter or anything and it is in my file. I have been extra counting on this money since November. I will follow this up with a complaint to the ******* Bar against my lawyer and the *** of Morgan and Morgan. I read the reviews, and another person has been waiting a year for their funds. This company provided the worst services I ever encountered, after I was rear ended in a car accident. After I continued to reach out to Morgan & Morgan, they finally provided a case manager. ***************, the case manager if you can call her that, attempted to call me once since September 30, 2023, which is the date of the accident. She held the phone and/or never said anything, when the call was picked up.Moreover, I have requested many times to pay my hospital and doctor ******** and settle my case. However, as of today, April 3, 2024, they failed to do anything.In closing, this is the worst experience with a law firm handling accidents, after I was rear ended. I was a client of Morgan & Morgan. I was crushed by a tractor trailer in October of 2021. I chose Morgan & Morgan because of the firms size. I live outside of ************ and the company that cased my accident was in ******, I felt I needed. Large firm to help me get justice. I have read a lot of the complaints on the BBB site. I had a completely different experience with Morgan & Morgan. I thought they were fabulous. My case occurred during COVID, But i was give. My attorneys cell number and always answered any questions I had almost immediately. I find it so hard to believe that people are having issues with communication regarding Morgan &Morgan. If anything, I felt like I connected too much with my attorney. Initially my attorney was ******, she is the best attorney anyone could ever ask for, as my luck would have it she got married and left the firm, BUT before she left she personally called me to introduce me to my new attorney ****. I will be honest, I didnt like him at first but once I got to know and understand how he runs a case I thought he was awesome. I was given the opportunity to take my case to trial but after over 3 years I declined, **** assured me that he felt I would do very well at trial but ultimately it was my decision. I settled out of court for what I felt was more then fair. I just want to thank Morgan & Morgan ************ office. ****** and **** and their entire team served me very well. RUN FAR FROM THIS FIRM! This firm isn't just unethical; it's outright FRAUDLULENT, just like many below have confirmed and experienced. For over a year, they've unlawfully clung to my settlement funds, demanding my signature on an inaccurate document before releasing them after they had ILLEGALLY settled my medical bills without my consent. My journey with Morgan and Morgan has been a nightmare **** with deceit, incompetence, and betrayal, leaving me in disbelief and retraumatized. From the outset, hired to represent me in an accident case where I was a clear victim/passenger to Tbone accident, there were so many red flags which I reluctantly ignored! Despite the accident occurring in Oct 21', they've adamantly refused to release my settlement funds, resorting to stonewalling tactics, shifting excuses, transferring me to 4 different lawyers in the firm. The revolving door of lawyers (4 documented lawyers) further compounded my frustration, each displaying abysmal communication and mishandling my case. The craziest ploy was settling my medical bills without consent or knowledge! They significantly reduced my settlement amount to be received and finalizing the settlement ILLEGALLY on "my behalf". Despite my termination of their services due to their egregious conduct and run around, they have callously refused to return my funds, citing bureaucratic red tape and internal policies. This isn't just about negligence; it's about outright fraud, and Morgan and Morgan's refusal to release my funds is to say the least a damning indictment of their integrity and professionalism. BEWARE and steer clear of this fraudulent firm. I reported them to the state bar and you should too if you have experienced the same thing.Morgan & Morgan
