      RUN FAR FROM THIS FIRM! This firm isn't just unethical; it's outright FRAUDLULENT, just like many below have confirmed and experienced. For over a year, they've unlawfully clung to my settlement funds, demanding my signature on an inaccurate document before releasing them after they had ILLEGALLY settled my medical bills without my consent. My journey with Morgan and Morgan has been a nightmare **** with deceit, incompetence, and betrayal, leaving me in disbelief and retraumatized. From the outset, hired to represent me in an accident case where I was a clear victim/passenger to Tbone accident, there were so many red flags which I reluctantly ignored! Despite the accident occurring in Oct 21', they've adamantly refused to release my settlement funds, resorting to stonewalling tactics, shifting excuses, transferring me to 4 different lawyers in the firm. The revolving door of lawyers (4 documented lawyers) further compounded my frustration, each displaying abysmal communication and mishandling my case. The craziest ploy was settling my medical bills without consent or knowledge! They significantly reduced my settlement amount to be received and finalizing the settlement ILLEGALLY on "my behalf". Despite my termination of their services due to their egregious conduct and run around, they have callously refused to return my funds, citing bureaucratic red tape and internal policies. This isn't just about negligence; it's about outright fraud, and Morgan and Morgan's refusal to release my funds is to say the least a damning indictment of their integrity and professionalism. BEWARE and steer clear of this fraudulent firm. I reported them to the state bar and you should too if you have experienced the same thing.

      Morgan & Morgan, misdiagnosed my mother. I'm sorta glad that my mother is deceased. Because she would have been disappointed with how Morgan & Morgan has handled her case. In the whole time that I have been interacting with them. They never explained anything,they never gave details,they never gave information on deadlines,they never cared about clients!!!!!!!!!!!

      Absolutely horrible experience. They leave you in the dark with everything. They dont call clients back when they say they will and when you show up because they dont answer their phone or return your phone calls they then pass you off to someone else who hasnt even worked your case nor are you familiar with. My attorney(***********************) apparently wasnt available to meet until after 3pm on 3/4/2024 but then I was told shes no longer with the firm about 30 mins after I decided to continue waiting in person to speak with her or *********************. I didnt get to meet either person. Its upsetting to think you really dont matter to these people. Was in car accident July 15th of 2023 and the settlement was settled in September 2023why is it 6months later and still no settlement check? Make it make sense. They do nothing. I had high hopes for **** when he first reached out to me and stated he took *************** place as my case manager. I thought wow ok heres a guy whos replaced someone that wasnt doing anything and honestly **** is no better at this point. Steer away from them! I will never recommend this firm to any friends, family, or strangers.

      This law firm Morgan and Morgan has no morals and helps criminals to get rich off fraudulent injury claims. I backed up in a parking lot and hit another car that was backing up at the same time and now I am being sued personally and my insurance. I had to get a lawyer and the girl that hit me is suing me for injury. It started at 2.3 million dollars but it's down to maybe $100,000 or so, I have to fill mountains of paperwork asking personal information that is none of their business and it has caused me much stress how they tell their clients to go to the doctors and get many bills out of a parking lot tap. This is ridiculous and it's fraud and I can't believe they have no morals. It does not help either when it is someone that came in to this country and is using our justice system to get ahead at the expense of a good citizen. It makes me sick what this world has come to.

      I communicated with M&M. They stated the my claim is not valid. I was using the Astrogel. For 3 months then I stopped. Having diasy spells. Losing balance. Hair started to fall. Fell. Was unconscious for over 1 minute. I stopped using the product back in April 2023. Now 11 month later my hair still falling out. My hair is thinning out. Morgan &Morgan Stated that my case isn't valid.

      Horrible customer service, called and went through a long interview. I have cancer and have linked it to glyphosate from my lawn care business. I went back and forth and left 4 messages with no call back. These are the worst attorneys I have ever contacted!!

      After spending over two months of my time. I finally received a call, saying they, didn't think it was for them.I find these hig powered law firms seem to only want the BIG cases.I had already planned to discontinue their services, pertaining to my workmen's comp claim, because there wasn't ample communications.
