They have very poor communication with clients and they each other to many lawyers involved in your case at 1 time my case got passed off 7 times to different attorneys. ************************* WAS THE BEST OUT OF EVERYONE.Morgan & Morgan

Morgan and Morgan helped ** when my wife was in a car accident. We were new to the *********** and were not aware of the laws which were different than the state we came from. They took such a load of worry off of our minds wondering about how to get our medical bills paid and erasing that concern about future bills. I think Morgan and Morgan is not for the people. Differently not for the veterans of America and their spouses. Call to get information and take a case and they said they would take the cases. 2 days later they said they cant take the case. Wrongful termination and working in an hostile environment. They choose not to take the case with no reason as to why. Would not recommend this firm to anyone that wants a solid defense on their part. If I could give zero stars I would!Morgan & Morgan

Betrayal of Trust ***** Morgan & Morgan in June of 2020 - First time ever pursuing legal assistance - We are in our 70's.Referred us to Hawk Law in ************, ** - A partner of theirs!Wife slipped and split Kneecap at Swimming Pool in a *******************.Two Operations, numerous therapy sessions she remains in pain to this day.Hawk Law took too long and are no longer pursuing a remedy.Hawk law notified us today (2/7/24), despite numerous communications over last 3 plus years.Called Morgan & Morgan since they referred us to Hawk ****************************** organ is not interested in offering any assistance/advice or responsibility in this matter.So much for a leading law firm where customers come first!Morgan & Morgan

I hired them for a disability claim. I had spinal cord surgery which left my arm paralyzed in May of 2022. Morgan/Morgan filed it happened jan 2020. Social security found no evidence from Morgan and Morgan , so approved it starting March of 2023, meaning first paymnent came Oct 2023. When i told case manager they messed up the dates, rather than ask me anything,she said I gave them wrong info. The last day I worked was different from injury date. They had my entire medical file from *** but never looked at it. In any further correspondence, I never heard back. I lost 12 months of disabilty payments because of ineptness,apathym and just simple laziness. I had two spinal cord surgeries and now attempting a complete shoulder replacement in two months. They did reach back out to me when medical mal practice was thought to be on the table. Then they re directed me back to my incompetent case manager. Just AWFUL. I am in rehab every week telling anyone that will listen, about my Morgan/Morgan experienceMorgan & Morgan
