      I'm absolutely in shock about the response and treatment I received when I called Morgan and Morgan to give them additional information about a case I was seeking help with. I was referred to them and have heard all these great reasons to use them and the lady I spoke with heard what I had to say and then stated since we have already evaluated your case and determined that we won't be able to help you and then she proceeded to give me 3 dates last year that she said I was already given an evaluation 2 of which were not accurate so I tried to let her know that and 3 times she interrupted me and then slightly changed what she was saying just to end it with you were already told... I have never felt so undeserving, I called the people for help and ended up feeling discriminated by them as well. The prices was so completely unprofessional, she could've already have me the courtesy to finish my sentence Incase my information was important, but no she with her invalid records had already conclude I wasn't deserving of the services

      I got rear-ended 10/2023. Called Morgan and Morgan and ascertained them as counsel. I suffered damage to my neck and back, as well as other family members. Did all the leg work for the case manager, got him names, addresses etc. Went to the doctors they told me to go to. They didn't pursue the party that hit me. Nearly two months later for the very first time spoke with case lawyer and was informed that they couldn't represent us due to the fact that they also were retained by the same party that rear-ended us. They had to drop both of us, but they told us this 2 days before a global zoom meeting. As informed by my new counsel, they were supposed to check back in October if they had any type of conflict of interest. They didn't do their jobs properly or professionally. I never received a police report, never was brought up to speed in reference to the status of the case, nothing... I will need neck and back surgery, not even going to speak on my family members status... Morgan and Morgan you should be ashamed of the ***** ******* team. Let me know if you want names and address. I will never recommend anyone to you! Highly disappointed, thanks for nothing! You need to change your motto.!!!

      My issue began at the ******************* location in **********, but even though I put that address in twice it doesn't show. I was in an accident June 15, 2023 for which I was not at fault (police reports). I then contacted Morgan and Morgan over the phone the next day after going to the hospital the night of the 15th. I accepted them as the attorneys to represent me. After going to the scheduled appointments with a chiropractor that they suggested (Injury 2 Wellness/in **************, **) and other physicians. A settlement was reached with State Farm in the amount of $50,000 for bodily injury. That was back in September of last year. I did receive a $2000.00 advance at that time and it was determined that M &M would get 40%. Which would leave me with $30,000. Less the $2000.00 already given to me. I have been very patient and courteous during this process. However after numerous emails, voice mails and text messages. I have received no adequate response to my questions.I have also had three different attorneys for which I was never informed to their replacements and on yesterday I was informed that ******************* my previous case worker no longer works there. So admittedly the majority to my correspondence had been with her. Therefore, ****************** is new to this issue. This was a two part lawsuit (my terminology) because ***** was also pursing my insurance company (Progressive ) for the under insured position of my policy. *****, stated that they should receive a reply with 60 days of submitting the request, which they have not. However, that is not so much my issue. ***** will get 40% if the proceeds no matter if it is out the both requests or just from the State Farm pay out. Why can't I have my portion of the first process? While they are earning interest on my proceeds.

      I contacted Morgan & Morgan in September of 2023. In the first week I was contacted multiple times by the firm. As my case progressed they kept me notified about everything. They would check in with me to see how treatment was going and how they could help. Hopefully I will never have to go through anything like this again but if I do I will not hesitate to contact them again. Thank you

      I contacted Morgan and Morgan, September 22 2022 and they took on the case for me. January 23 **** I received a phone call stating that they were no longer gonna handle my case a year and 4 months down the drain. During this time I had 5 different case managers and 2 different lawyers. If I left a message for either a case manager or a lawyer. I would never get a phone call back. The only way i'd be able to talk with the Case manager or lawyer is to call Morgan and Morgan make a complaint. Then they would connect me directly to the individual. I would never refer Morgan and Morgan to my worst enemy. Their motto is supposed to be for the people. Well, they need to change their motto. Because they're not in it for the people. It's only for the money they make.

      I called Morgan and Morgan law firm after I slipped and fell in the handicap bathroom in my hotel room because there are no grab bars. I was drawn to M&M because I am disabled with multiple conditions and have limited mobility. I thought with all the advertising using his disabled brother that M&M would be the place to understand my disabilities and have resources that cater to those with disabilities. Apparently not.I repeatedly told their intake everything about all of my health conditions and limitations. I was assured by multiple people that my special needs, including home visits since I am homebound, would be no problem. And if not home visits, then definitely specialty transportation for my oversize wheelchair and a Doctor equipped to treat me while working with my disabilities. I was lied to just so I would sign. M&M sent me to a Dr ********* transportation, had to figure it out myself) who ended up refusing to fully treat me due to my conditions. Dr said he didn't want me to break the Dr ****** equipment. That Dr wouldn't even order more x-rays because it wouldn't show anything anyway though all the fat as it's been too long already. The Dr didn't want to order the x-rays from the hospital as they are low-grade and never show much anyway. Again and again, I begged M&M though every communication channel to resolve this. Morgan and Morgan bounced me around to multiple attorneys within their firm for months.Finally, many months later M&M determined I had insufficient injury and wanted to file for dismissal of my case.That's it. Nothing else.So, my suffering increased and there's nothing to be done about it. No other attorney will touch it now. I was humiliated when refused care due to my conditions.Apologies abound. Whoopee, I mean as long as they apologized, right? Now I get to deal with the ambulance and hospital bills, etc. All they had to do was say up front that they didn't have the resources I needed. They didn't have to string me along.

      I have been a client for over 2 years and feel my case is just sitting there under a pile of dust. In all this time nothing has changed except for my attorney and I would never have known that if I didn't send a message complaining about communication Tgey give me new name and sure enough within 1 week ,lawyer was changed again. Now mind you , I was never informed of this directly, I found out on my own. It's very frustrating and unprofessional how they treat clients, like there nobody unless you have a million dollar case. The lies that come from professional litigators and paralegal is such a shame. These people should be ashamed there selves. What if situation was reversed??? Just think about that.
