I contacted Morgan and Morgan to file a disability claim in June of 2023. I contacted them multiple wines with questions. I received 1 email and zero calls from them and the email did not answer my questions. In December if 2023 I contacted another firm to assist with my disability claim and was advised I needed a separation letter from M&M. I again contacted them multiple times before I could get a supervisor on the phone so I could receive the letter (finally received on 12/28/23). I was highly disappointed in their lack of attention to my claim and needs. *** received more assistance in 3 weeks with the new firm than I received in over 6 months with this firm. This is unacceptable when filing for disability when someone is not working and has zero income due to disabilities.Morgan & Morgan

Does not keep in touch with clients. Have sent many texts, emails, phone calls and even escalated my case. Never heard from anyone as of today. I Have proof. They have my case settled and still holding my monies as of 11/29/2023. No one will respond to my texts, calls, emails and other means. Need to know what is going on. Help. Anyone.Morgan & Morgan

They were the absolute worst lawyers I have ever came across. They not only do not reply to cause they don't answer you they don't call you then you'll get a call " we settled your case" without your knowledge. They turn around and took out 40% of the settlement but did not pay the doctors like they advertise they took the doctor money out of my money and leaving me with less than 1/8 of the settlement. They send me to a horrible doctor medical spine and brain and they didn't do anything for me and then turn around and charged me almost $32,000. Now I have to pay for my own surgery after they settled without doing any medical assistance as they were told and I signed off on doing the surgery and they still did not do it instead. they let the case close without telling me. I cannot return to work. I'm a single mother of 2 and cannot provide for them due to this lack of care. They are horrible. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone not even my enemies.Morgan & Morgan

Morgan and Morgan is the shadiest law firm. I had a slip n fall in 6/2019. This firm is suppose to be for the little people. They are all for them selves. After almost 4 yrs and about 4 new attorneys and having to haggle with the manager over what was awarded to me. I got way less that what the original attorney promised me. N was not informed that she was gone. I would not advise Anyone to hired them. The biggest firm because your are lying and taking people money at the end. Guess some has to pay for the new building on Riverside.. Meee. U guys ****... Dearly. I have been dealing with this law firm for almost two years trying to get an auto accident claim completed. They have had 5 case managers and over 3 attorneys assigned to my case. The fees for their service was cut on 1/2 bc my Cm did not do their job. I seasonally had to continue to call and send over bills and correct mistakes of CM by not having my bills together or even our contract uploaded I had to sent it to the supervisor. Her supervisor finally started helping and I was seeing progress. He even offered me a job bc my I was doing most of work on my case! Sept.2023 I received confirmation fr my cm I would receive the first of 3 disbursement checks.They settled with my insurance on ER bill & had to hold $12k but Id get first chk beg of sept( I did) then Id get $7k by end of September, I told cm I was in training & she said ******** personally overnight chk to me on oct 9th & 3rd chk would come 30 days after that. Oct several calls/emails no response. nov got her supervisor finally he confirmed - another error of Morgan & Morgan -oops they overpaid my medical insurance by over $20k and conf they never paid ER deductible thats why I was still getting bills. That it led the about ***** days to get my refund. Ive called, its been escalated, no one will call me back. *** received one call no in 4 months and no return emails. I took the word of this attorneys office & depended on this money due to a contract & trusted word of paid attorney now causing me financial hardship! I cant get an update. I even went into branch out here in phoenix where Im now based for work and attorney there called GA. she got supervisor that helped me previously & he said my case manager never uploaded settlement like she never uploaded contract I sent him previously so accounting is working on it. They got their portion of the $$& gave mine away & now I cant get my money bc cant get answers . Its their ******************** why am I being pentalized for their error ?Morgan & Morgan

I wouldnt recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. They never answer, never return calls, lie about deadlines, and just honestly DO NOT CARE about their clients at all. I would find someone local to represent you in anyway. The commercials make them seem dependable and upfront yet they could care less about when you get answers or if they even benefit their clients.
