May 12 2023 to now January 11 **** and they have been dragging feet I was told by paralegal from first set of lawyers I was not a priority they have 36 other cases they have to deal with and I fired them as my lawyer because I contacted them and its been 45+ days where they have not reached out to me about my case after a phone call I made needing some assistance weather Im able to change car insurance mid case. Three different people I called and left a message and nothing back my new lawyer called them wanting all the files and they still have not sent them over it has been passed 30 days with that and my lawyer says he will take the to the bar if they dont cooperate.Morgan & Morgan

I can why they are not BBB rated, and only get 3 points satisfaction, they left us in the cold, totally dropped ** in the cold, forget about **** Morgan fighting for the no bodys, the little guy, afraid to **** on yje Big Corporations like ******* Apts. in ****** *******, bigger is better, NONSENSE, we are seniors, 80 & 78 years old, left ** flat, and the last one was very ARROGANT, Contact me, I will tell you lots more,Morgan & Morgan

Worse law firm you could ever hire. They will promise you the world and deliver nothing but lies. That sales pitch about how I will fight for you and give you medical care and so on. LIES. I was in a major car accident with catastrophic injuries as they stated they convinced me to change from my current lawyer to them cause morgan morgan is so much better . LIES LIES LIES . THEY DENIED M me medical treatment that they promised I would get. Not one doctor *********** they made just excuses after excuses . 1 year has passed buy my health from the accident gets worse and worse and not 1 single doctor *********** was ever made not 1. So if u you want be lied to and taken advantage of and feel like you worthless and alow tou body to be destroyed and in pain 24/7 do to know medical help. Well let me tell you about this law firm. Bogus. They withdrew from my case because of location. I live in Brooklyn Brownsville and they also said because I didnt fatally die or have plates screws and metals in my body. I dont have a case for them. Let me tell you how they treated me just because I needed help with transportation. I would never recommend or refer anyone to Morgan and Morgan. Sign in to the portal and do the work as far as I know. I never ever been through nothing like this before and I was on workers compensation before in my life. Never in my life. They took my case in 2020. I spoke with a paralegal. Maybe about 4 times and then after that nobody contacted me for years.Dial 8 months ago.I Gave them a bad review and somebody all of a sudden, contact me.They told me they could help me. And today I get a call from a lawyer from Morgan morgan saying they cannot. And they're dismissing my case saying it's the ******** fault. They do not believe in helping the little people, take that commercial off TV, you do not believe in the little people. I will never recommend you guys to anyone. I got told one thing but treated the opposite when I got charged.
I have been continually lied to by the team working on my case
When you call to complaint line you are not heard. I have not received.
I have not recieved my money yet going on 4 months. They are NOT FOR THE PEOPLE. I'm the one that got hurt but everyone gets paid before meMorgan & Morgan

1 starMorgan and Morgan was only dedicated to getting money not to the fact that I had been seriously injured. It took 2 years to get my settlement and during that 2 years I saw a doctor a handful of times. Steven Fair was my attorney and he refused to even talk to me. Now I am receiving phone calls about people who I did see not getting paid and people I don't even know who are offices I've never been to getting claimed as a debt. Do not trust them. 1 starDo not use this Law Firm. My wife was in a car accident in 2021 and the case just got settled for $25,000. All total what we ended up with is about $8000. Morgan and Morgan will take over 60% of your settlement. NO lawyer is worth this, especially in a simple case. This is not even enough to cover damages or pain and suffering. No never use this law firm. They lie to you move you around from person to person. Kept my case 2 years then dropped me in the middle of federal court against a large chain store. I was told that they took a pay off not to continue my case. They knew that wouldn’t no other lawyer pick up my case after 2 years. I was injured and severely injured and my case is worth a lot they chose to take the big money from them and left me with out getting paid. So they need to stop the lies now hey are not for the little people they are for themselvesMorgan & Morgan
