      I have seen all the advertisements and promises made by John Morgan. I contacted Morgan and Morgan in October over a Premises Injury Liability case as it occurred in Louisiana and I live in Florida. they referred me to one of their "partner" attorneys who called after a few days and said that they declined to take the case and would contact Morgan and Morgan and I would be referred to another lawyer. That was the last I heard from any of them, I sought another attorney to get a real response.

      Marlon was my attorney at Morgan and morgan he owes me Brandy Harris and my family a few checks he has already stolen a large amount of my money I've had numerous surgeries yet Marlon got more money then I did I've tried to address this with the partners only for them firm to give me the run around I don't recommend this place to no one!!!!!

      I would not recommend this firm to anyone.... I felt in a parking lot and it was not well lit at the time that I felled and I was contacted a week or more later informing me that it was well lit and they are no longer handling my case. I know for a fact that the parking lot was not lit at the time because the metal plate that I tripped and felt over is no longer there.... Do better for your clients!

      Mr. ******* of Morgan & Morgan Tampa location was chosen to represent this case 2 years ago. Early on I would reach out for updates every two or months or so. It seems like the only time work was done was after I called for an update. I requested proof of the work that has been done up to this point and Mr. ******* told me he did not have to prove anything to me in a tone of arrogancy and then told me to find a new lawyer after he'd been on the case almost two years. I sent an email directly to John Morgan because Mr. ******* and his office refused to give me any contact info for anyone outside of his office that I could speak to.
      Now the actions from this office our being done out of retaliation because of my complaint. Mr. ******* does not hold my aunt's case best interest in heart. He stated that he is well acquainted with the counsel for the defense. My aunt is 70 years old, and Mr. ******* allowed an arbitration hearing that was to take place this year to be put off until October of next year. That is almost three years from the date the incident took place. He offered no rebuttal, no appeal options nor anything for a better date. I asked him to make an offer to the defense a few months ago because I was desperate to get my aunt out of these facilities. At that time, she was about to lose her leg because of untreated, nasty bedsores. He never returned an answer for that request neither did he provide proof that he made the offer!
      I do not trust this case in the hands of Mr. ******* nor anyone within the firm. His lack of integrity and deceitful answers causes me to doubt any favorable outcome from anyone he associates with. At a time, in life when she is supposed to be enjoying life's accomplishments she is plagued with abuse and neglect from nursing facilities and her lawyer! I am requesting that everything in regard to my aunt's case be turned over to me. I don't even trust that Mr. ******** office will even do that without being held accountable.

      Aweful. Couldnt get in touch sometimes months at a time. Changed lawyers and paralegals wasnt told. Sent to deposition that was canceled. Lawyer didnt show up for mediation. Lawyer caused more anxiety than the wreck. I was rear ended. Somehow was my fault?? Never investigated anything, still no phone records. Lied many many times. Surgurys and still hasnt been able to go back to work. Physical therapy anfd depression. Worst call i ever made was to morgan and morgan. Too busy to help not for the people. 2 years and 8 months settled for less than enough to pay for her truck. Settled for one told amount then it was half that. Ive been asking for the case file for a month and havnt recieved it. No communication still dont understand anything. Money will not fix this but morgan and morgan has made our life worse. We were better off before the call. Never returns calls, lies, and rude. One paralegal said call or email one time only and she will get back. 3 months later she did. I will never understand any of this. Several people has looked at everything and are as confused as we are. Where do you go for help.

      Morgan & Morgan law firm took my case about my auto accident, but NEVER told me that i can't sue the sheriffs department, or the County, or the State. They just went after my insurance company witch i could have done on my own, so by them not telling me, i now have to pay them 33.13 percent fee. i would NEVER recommend them to anyone

      I obtained Morgan and Morgan law firm in August and they called me today to tell me they can't take my case 4 months later they don't communicate with their clients this form sucks don't ever use these ******** they only want your case if it's going to get them alot of money and is an easy case o will never use them or recommend this firm Morgan and Morgan doesn't even get 2 star. Sad firm don't ever use them
