RUN, RUN, RUN! I was forced to provide one star, otherwise it would be 0 out 5. Daniella Hull was my case manager during the initial phase. She was rude and inaccessible, I could never receive a straight answer, she would talk in circles and tell lies. Then I was transferred to Toralonda Keith, she's very pleasant and provides all the appropriate reassurance, however, her work performance is subpar too. She provides inaccurate information, does not return phone calls or emails. Next up is Kelsey Aaron, she's has a great phone voice, but is completely clueless! She too has no idea what's going on with the case. She told me they were still waiting on medical records and bills. This is a lie, I personally provided all medical billing and so did the practitioners back in September of 2022. We are at the demand phase and they keep blaming attorney Amber Ritter saying she has not signed it. I have been waiting on a signature since October 2022, it's now the end of April 2023, this is unacceptable. I asked Kelsey to provide me access to the attorney, it was flat out denied. Now, I'm assigned Toralonda Keith, again. No need for me to go in to all the same details related to her piss poor work performance. I've been transferred to the client experience team at least 5 times, if not more. I don't want want to lie, so I'm going to give them credit for returning my call twice, but I know that's too much credit. I'm frustrated, I want consistent straight forward, honest communication. I do not believe I'm asking for a lot. I'm sure my case will somehow be dropped after this review, but such is life. I can not and will not continue to accept this maltreatment.Morgan & Morgan

1 starIS MORGAN AND MORGAN AMONG THE WORST LAW FIRMS IN THE WORLD? You decide: After first taking my slip-fall-broken arm accident case, and so informing the insurer for the Georgia motel where I had the accident, the Atlanta Morgan and Morgan then declined that same case and ignored my demand to remove my confidential medical records from their files. Then, when I demanded information on the firm's own Errors and Omissions insurance, which protects clients and former clients from such abuse by law firms, another attorney there -- as well as their so-called Client Experience Team -- refused me any data to which I was legally entitled. Morgan and Morgan thus added worse injury to that broken arm, and also made my case much more difficult -- but they did not care at all about that abuse! 1 starMoron and moron are true lawyers, you know they are lying when their lips are moving. NO THEY AREN'T THE LARGEST PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEYS. Matter of fact they aren't even in the top 100 law firms and a simple Google search of "top 100 personal injury law firms in the country" and their name wont be listed because they lied about that .. it's what they do best, NO they NEVER won a billion dollar case like their laughable commercial claims. In short this law firm couldn't be believed if their tongues came notarized. I found all this out after contacting them regarding a traffic accident and when I went to their office it was like being at a low budget ******** ******** and ****** ****** circus.
After meeting with them then researching everything they claimed to be I chose to go with another local law firm who laughed at the nonsense the morons told me, I am truly happy that I researched them before signing anything. Morgan and Morgan dont even deserve a star rating. The worst customer service...it's not even customer service. They advertise "For the people"....which people? certainly not the people who end up giving this company hundreds or millions of dollars for help. They have me to the brink of homelessness and dont respond to my pleas to just end the charade. They make me use their bogus doctors who send me medications without knowing my medical history....and I have to pay for the doctor and medications and am not allowed to use my insurance. I was in an accident and the other driver agreed to fault...why is it 4 months later and I have no idea what they are doing, when its going to be over. For the money they are charging me, they should be holding my hand and making me feel secure that I will be compensated for my loss of work and repairs on my vehicle. Just the opposite, I had to negotiate my own vehicle repair with AAA Insurance (the opposing team) who bent over backwards, kept me updated and got my vehicle fixed while Morgan and Morgan told me they dont do property damage. Thats because they are too busy damaging my life, costing me hundreds of dollars I dont have and disrespecting me as a customer who is in serious need of help. I am an older man (58) and can barely walk since the accident and am in desperate need of compensation because of lost wages...my "case manager" cant even give me the updates I've asked for numerous times, or share any of the "doctors" findings (that I pay for) with my primary doctor (who I trust but they say I can't use). More people need to stand up and shine a light on this business that takes advantage of those really in need...."For the people" indeed. Money grubbing A-holes.Morgan & Morgan

Contacted Morgan and Morgan after getting hit by a guy who ran a red light. He totaled my car and i was sent to the hospital in an ambulance. They took my case in November of 2022. Fast forward to April of 2023 the case was still not settled. This is after going to their mri doctors and completing the physical therapy. I was suppose to have a final meeting with their doctor but kept getting canceled on 4 times. The last time the receptionist at the doctor told me my case had been dropped. The lawyer Mrs Jo**** never was available for questions during the months that pasted. I left multiple emails and voice-mails with no return reply. Then randomly get told I'm no longer a case by a receptionist at another business. No letter in the mail or email of information from Morgan and Morgan. So now I'm left with all the doctor bills after a wreck that wasn't even my fault because I trust the lawfirm that claims to be "for the people."Morgan & Morgan

I called Morgan & Morgan to talk to them about medical negligence which is another form of medical malpractice after telling my story twice to them they listen to the whole thing they told me oh we don't handle that that's not our specialty even though online when you look up their ad three things that happened to me
1. I die because they forgot to turn my lungs back on for 7 minutes woke up on a ventilator in the ICU 2. the air tube was put in my stomach instead of my lungs and I almost drowned in the liquids before a nurse rushed in to take it out 3. my blood pressure was up to 247 because they were giving me the wrong medication even a experimental one and now I got something else going on with me where their six bones fragments that they left in my spine area and it's starting all over again but they don't handle this after advertising they do what a disgraceMorgan & Morgan

I was EMAILED a message from ATTY. RABAB ******** introduced herself to me coupled with informing me to download the M&M app on my phone. This app allows one to journal the pain experienced daily, notate visits to my doctors caring for me and receive updates on my case. In other words, this app is to pacify the client to give the impression ALL info journaled is being viewed by the Atty & Case Manager handling the case. NOT THE CASE! JESSICA ******* my Case Manager DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO ACCESS THE APP. Atty. Rabab AND Jessica didn't even view the "4 MONTHS" of journaling on my app. BOTH HAD NO CLUE ABOUT THE PAIN I WAS EXPERIENCING. Upon calling Atty. Rabab and leaving messages SHE NEVER RETURNED A CALL! As I called Jessica to ask her why I didn't receive a return call from the Atty - I HIRED - I'M PAYING - Jessica tells me Atty, Rabab has a large caseload and she's preparing for various cases. UN - FREAKING- BELIEVABLE!!!! It's April 11, '23 AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RETURN CALL FROM ATTY. RABAB KIZILTAN!! Again - I'VE NEVER HAD A CONVERSATION WITH HER!!! On April 10th, '23 the M&M app on my phone indicated "MY CASE IS IN NEGOTIATION". On April 11th, '23 the M&M app indicated
'MY CASE IS SETTLED"!!!!! YES - SETTLED!! WITHOUT anything being discussed with me, WITHOUT ATTY. Fake lawyers. found on a legal site, contacted needed a transfer, to repeat the same info to then get a link to repeat in the text the same info, then a call and repeat, and transfer to questions about details of the course the attorney would need but should not get until they confirm no conflict. I feel like its a scam the entire time! is their goal to delay with your case so you do get paid and they bill the company to save them the legal fees?Morgan & Morgan

In early March, Morgan and Morgan called to tell me they were not taking my case and offered other solutions for resolution. The following Monday, they called to tell me they were taking the case. Explained to them, they had already called and stated they were not taking the case and I had made other arrangements and that I was officially terminating our business relationship and they were not to contact me again. During that call I also explained they obviously have an internal communication problem and I would definitely not be doing business with the company.
Morgan and Morgan is still contacting me regarding whether or not I want to proceed with the case. For a law firm the phrase, "terminating our business relationship," and "do not contact me again," should be fairly straight forward.Morgan & Morgan
