Everything they say on their ad I found to not be the truth. I never talked to a person. They only text me. I was recently injured and have not finished my doctors appointments but they have already told me they would not represent me. I feel that the reason us there might not be enough money involved. They only want the big cases. My case is big to me. I can hardly walk or get up out of a chair. Very very poor service from this company. Dont believe their ads you see .Morgan & Morgan

Your undoubtedly reading reviews because you are on the **** for an attorney to represent you throughout one of the most stressful times in your life. In 2023 I sustained a life changing injury while working. It was truly challenging to get through this process, which lead me to explore the idea of obtaining an attorney. I am honestly blessed to have acquired Mr. ***** ********* and his staff. Communication and correspondence are extremely important to me in every aspect of my life. Mr ********* and his staff kept me informed every step of the way, and response times were efficient. His competency level was more than I anticipated. Leaving your case in the hands of another individual is a horrifying thought and a big *********** ********* reiterated that he specialized in this form of law, and he proved himself as the case went on. The entire time, it was apparent that Mr ********* had the best interest of my future medical care and expenses. It is very important that you find an attorney who is upfront and honest with your case. Mr ********* did just that! The biggest mistake you could do is find an attorney who just wants to make that ****, say the right things, and not follow through. He was prepared in taking every and all steps to fight for me. What I appreciate the most through this entire process, was the attentiveness Mr ********* showed me during this stressful chapter in my life. Because of him and his staff, I am able to receive the medical treatment workers comp refused to provide me, and slowly work towards returning to the life I deserve to live. I have a case with Morgan & Morgan for 2 years. The Mediation took place last Friday, 11/15, My attorney, ******* *****, didn't show up for the mediation and sent his student in his place.During the mediation, the Mediator blurt out that my attorney never took any deposition. ******* *****, never requested a deposition from my family doctor, he never requested a deposition from my counselor, he never requested any video from the night of the incident, he never requested a deposition from the perpetrator. When I asked the student why ******* ***** never got any deposition or requested the video, the student responded" I don't know why"Every company has some bad apples, I am requesting for Morgan and Morgan to right this wrong.Morgan & Morgan

******* ***** "failed his fiduciary duty with the client". In years of litigation, he never took a deposition or request the video of the incident. ******* ***** did absolutely nothing, such a betrayal of trust. I learn of his failure during the Mediation, which he didn't show up for. The Mediator informed me that my attorney never took an deposition or request any video. How ridiculous is that? You are just a number to them Mine was ******* I tell everyone not to use them They got more money than I did!!!!!!!!Screwed me good , they said fire your other lawyer, I did, biggest mistake of my life I trusted them!!!!!Still suffering horrific back pain cause I had a lazy lawyer!!!I was charged $2500.00 for a doctor I never even went to!!!!I will let everyone know how incompetent they are!!! Im so angry because I was told I had to accept offer, ruined my life!!!I know now that wasnt true, they didnt try Just accepted the offer without regard for me!Stay away from this firm, liars and manipulators, you will regret it, I will haunt them forever!!!!Morgan & Morgan

If I could give them zero stars, I would terrible company terrible. They are not for the people. Therefore, the signs that is it terrible terrible people. I called them two times for two different issues and the person I spoke with blatantly said to me it's not enough money to sue for so we can't help you terrible they are not for the people do not call them.Morgan & Morgan

They dropped me like a hot rock, and I don't know why. I contacted M&M's ****** litigation section about a possible link to my prostate cancer and subsequent removal. I'm the first in my family to get this cancer or any other (smoking related cancers aside). Getting M&M on my case was easy. Their online sign up with a non-lawyer consultation made getting started fairly smooth. I was initially surprised at the portion they would claim from a successful settlement (*****%). After some time, I was contacted by an out of area para-legal who primarily coordinated getting all my forms signed. We had a couple conversations, but it was like dealing with a used car salesman where she had to go talk to her manager (the lawyer) before she could answer important questions. My case took its first hit when it turned out that the generic version of ****** that I was taking routinely (Rantidine from a different company) was not available to be sued for damages, although chemically the same thing. I was willing to swear that I had taken OTC ****** during the initial start up of my prescription and subsequent breaks in prescription coverage later, but I didn't have any proof. I put more effort into my case, searching through old med records for dates, finding pics of old med bottles, etc...than they did. In the end, I got a form email indicating M&M was withdrawing from my case, with no reason or explanation whatsoever given. I had exactly 0.0 seconds of conversation with an actual lawyer. I guess you're only a somebody if they think your case has value to them. Apparently, they will spend a minimum amount of time and effort at the lowest level to determine that. I say apparently because of the lack of detail and communications. I never had any conversation about how this was affecting my life, no empathy, no sympathy. I felt like a fish pulled from the water, determined to be too small, and thrown back for the possibility of a bigger fish to expend resources on. Not worth it.Morgan & Morgan

By far Morgan & Morgan is the worst attorneys Ive hired to help an injured person get compensation * They took on my case approximately 2 1/2 years ago and sat on there hands until the month the company I got hurt at by smashing my face into the floor due to neglect of providing a safe clean area for us * Now the company is sold and we have no legal recourse after all this * They dropped me and told me they can not help us that if wed like we can contact a real attorney that would be able to help us with this * What a joke * I hear there advertising on the radio today and its a just a bunch of malarkey* Plus they also dont stay in touch with you through the case process * I would waste your time with them * Try a real lawyer * Ive learned my lesson * Never again Morgan & Morgan ( Not for the people just the money )Morgan & Morgan

Whatever you do, DO NOT sign up for a law suite with these people if you will. I made the mistake of doing that and didnt submit because I changed my mind. And they have called everyday even on block and now they are emailing daily. This is ridiculous and a bit stalkerish. Geez if someone doesnt respond THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED said it a little louder for the ones like ****** ******** that cannot hear or read apparently between the lines!Morgan & Morgan
