    I will file a complaint against this EPOS Now. January 2024 when I subscribed for this company hoping to get a POS service running for my business. EPOS partnerd my business with Global payments as our payment provider. But, both machine ( Epos Hardware and Global payment card reader they sent me is not compatible with each other. Both machines wont integrate each other! I patiently waited for them to fix, but nothing happens. I been charged monthly from my credit card the amount of $55 as Epos monthly subscription and $29 from payment failure integration. I been calling and emailing back and forth to both companies asking for help on how they could fix the problem so I can start using the service but both companies pointing each other. I was so mad because, I pay and get monthly charges: $830 for Epos Hardware $55.00 monthly fee subscription $29 monthly fee (failure integration)May to June 2024, I been calling and send an email to cancel my subscription because they charge me monthly without using any service for both machine is not working. But, Until now, they still charging my credit card. This company is scammer! I am only a small business but they ripped me from charging my credit card for the service that never works. Please help me get rid completely from this company.

    These people tell you whatever you want to hear to get you signed up and if you cancel this is when they come up with an early cancellation. I ask the rep would I be able to cancel and he made it seem like a month to month if your suddenly out of business his statement was such we deal with food truck all the time. Never mentioning of any early termination or even that this was an annual contract. This was all done over the phone so I had to rely on what the rep told me. Long story short when it came to me canceling I sent the equipment back and today I see a $600+ bill. I had a rep tell me they will review the calls to see what the rep told me over the phone but they never did. All they do is try to prolong you from closing things out even go as far as putting a hold on your account even when you tell them your no longer in business. This place is very deceiving and you CANNOT trust what they say. My next step is to report this company to the ******** Whats happening is completely fraudulent. This has been a 4 month + cancellation that seems to never end. Also it looks like they keep going up on the mystery fee that they think I should pay.My question would be to this company how do you feel right about yourself signing people up over the phone but failing to let them know its an annual contract as well as a fees if you cancel. I never signed anything but Im in a contract. This dont make sense.

    I have had a complaint open for over 3 months now and it still hasn't been resolved, the complaints specialist *************************** has cancelled many of our appointments last minute ( AND MOST ARE EARLY MORNING (3-6AM PST) DUE TO THE 8 HOUR TIME DIFFERENCE) and hasnt been replying to emails after we told her to cancel the merchant services contract (we are canceling it because we havent been able to use it from the start, and now are being charged extra for not using their unsecure systems). they keep dragging us along telling us that they will fix the card readers and still havent. that is only one of my tickets that are open, their customer service just doesnt care or pay attention, they just want your money and wont fix things when their software DOESNT WORK.at this point they are just incompetent

    I was running my business name is Trademart Foodmart ******************* and that business I sold on 3/2023 and new owner running now. He transfer everything his name. After that EPOS company still charge fees deduct from my account. **************** so bad. Now this month 6/24 again deduction money from my account. I hat that company and suggest the ppl dont do business with that company. ***********************

    The salesman and his manager , sounded okay and it seemed like a fair deal, and I told them what I wanted and they said if I was not happy at any point I could cancel, well they sent me the wrong machine, without the piece of equipment they promised me if I signed today, their customer service is overseas either ******* or some times you get Singapore or some asian country and they could not understand my accent or me theirs ! They took forever to even try to make this right and even though I have not done one transaction thru them for credit card processing they want to charge me ****** for cancelling the contract that they did not live up to. Beware this company is not service oriented and are looking just to take advantage of its customers !

    Referred to epos by a supplier in *******. My trainer *********************** was very patient with me and walked me step by step setting up the system. He returned my calls, responded to my e-mails and stayed with me until the process was complete. He set me on my way and now I can go to work! Thank you so much!

    Total scam. I did not activate the machine or service, nor did I take the training. I returned the hardware UNUSED. Had to block them from charging my account and get my money back from my bank. They keep trying to tell me "we're not cancelling it" but I sent them a cancellation IN WRITING. They also claim it's a month to month agreement. Then you find out they want to lock you into 36 months with an early termination fee of $1000. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I reported them to the **, as well-because the signatures on the emails are all from the **. Report your issues to the Florida ************************* and BLOCK THEM FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR THEY WILL KEEP TAKING MONEY OUT and try to play ring around the rosy even if you send them something in writing, as I did.
