    BEWARE!! the software is decent to use, CUSTOMER SERVICE is not what is should be in anyway. When you ask to cancel this program they will claim they are do something to cancel it but then do not and will continue to bill you. when you call them about that they will make every reason that its not the fault of them. They will draw a picture how the failure is your fault and not theirs. They will if your lucky finally cancel your account but with a Hefty Fee. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!

    They are more than happy to have a number for you to call and talk to someone to get signed up, but when you need to cancel, they send you online to a chat, which is powered by AI. I have been trying to cancel service since November with no resolution as of March. Meanwhile, they keep taking payments from me and I would have to spend $20 a month to dispute those charges. Very shady company. I was happy with them until this happened.

    Since August 2023, my daughter has continuously tried to use her system and it has been a horrible horrible experience. We have never ever even considered filing a complaint with the BBB before but after our dealings with this company I will not hesitate to go to social media or tell anyone I know that is interested in this company to run far and run fast. My daughter is opening her first clothing store purchased the system in good faith they promised training and an easy use system. It is now February 2024. We are still unable to use our system. We are handwriting our tickets, and still being charged by EOS for an unusable system. They have promised training yet call at times they know we are not available/cancel/have employees quit because they cant figure out the system/ Call and then our system breaks down so theyre not able to go on further with the training You get my drift. I feel we have upheld our end of their bargain 150%. They have not upheld their end at all. They will not let us out of the contract, and refuse to answer questions when I reach out to them . They should not be allowed to be in business. I cannot think of a worse company for anyone to go with. I am only giving them a one star rating because it wont let me choose zero or negative.

    ********************* Mi experiencia con la ayuda de la seorita ****** a sido algo Maravilloso, una educacin, una atencion, una paciencia magnifica para con migo a la hora de explicarme el funcionamiento de mi nuevo equipo de trabajo, le regalara 5 estrellas porque es el tope a la hora de hacer mi evaluacin respecto a sus servicios pero aun as seria engaarme a mi mismo regalndole un 5 cuando se que merece mucho ms que eso, que dios le de mucha salud y mucha fuerza para que pueda seguir brindando *** excelente atencin a todo aquel que lo nesecite en eposnow

    By far is the worst decision that a business can make, work with Eposnow is a nightmare. The support line is a completely disaster nobody knows anything and nobody helps you when you have an issue, we didnt get the money for more than 4 weeks in less than a month and nobody cares!!!!!!!. The damage that Epos now did to our business is unimaginable, reputational, financial. The feeling to dont know where your money and worst didnt have a clue how to get it. The stress the fines and all damage is is very painful. Every company Elon the market will be much better than eposnow. You get what you pay. In this case we got a cheaper option and was like that the cheaper and worst service that you can find.

    I purchased this system about a year ago. The main and most important issue is the payout process. Their system randomly kicks out the daily scheduled payout emails which in turn stops me from getting my payouts. *** contacted them about this matter about 5 different times each time nothing gets resolved. Its very unprofessional of this company to not respond to their customers about our money. This has happened one too many times. I have employees that must be paid regardless so I cant afford for this to keep happening. Beware of this company! Im currently searching for a better POS system. Also, they do not honor the referral program.

    There is no customer service. The email support is no longer monitored. Technicians say they will call back and do not.Trying to close out an account and no response from them.

    I would like to say customer service that I have received today was way above the call of duty.He spent time with one of my employees to make sure that she understood what was happening.Customer service like that is why I came to EPOS ?? thank you very much. Its a pleasure doing business when you have employees that care. Captain *******************
