    We've been working with EPOS Now for a few weeks to get our new system up and running. After a few bumps and some confusion on both ends, I can say that everyone we have dealt with has been very helpful and understanding. Navigating a complete change-over from one system to another has felt incredibly daunting, but Ishaan, Jarred, Alejandro, and Marianna have been hugely helpful from the word 'Go'.

    Wahiba **** was my trainer.
    Very patient and very knowledgeable about the system. He helped me a lot with tools in the system for my business. Super friendly with all my doubts and resolved them all. Very capable at his job. Very happy to have had her as a coach.

    Wahiba was an absolute delight to work with. I can say that I have never had the opportunity to work with someone who has so much passion for what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with ease. She was hilarious without even trying and if you know what I’m talking about then you know that’s he best kind of funny. I was laughing and smiling the entire time while I was getting the system situated. It was fun. As for the system itself, it’s pretty great so far. Has everything I am looking for. Not sure why the reviews are so bad. Maybe because the credit card reader and processing of payments? I am not using that part, yet. The inventory, order taking (till) is a delight so far. I was able to scan in all my products and it’s working well. I’d recommend the tool for sure. The cash drawer is pretty small which would be my only complaint. I’m in the U.S and slots for bills are tight.

    Ishaan **** is my trainer. He has done everything that I have asked for and I believe he has adequately trained me on how to use the system. He has been very helpful, kind and thorough. He contacted me on time when he said he would contact me and kept his appointments. He allowed me to ask a lot of questions and answered them quickly. I am very pleased with Ishaan and would highly recommend him to anyone needing to learn how epos works and how to use it. If his manager is reading this review, they should be very pleased with him. Maybe a monetary reward should be in order for him. Five stars for Ishaan ****. Thanks a lot.

    I want to warn any business that is looking to connect with Epos Now....Try canceling and it will takes weeks or months to process. This will include additional charges, waiting on labels, tracking emails etc. If should've done my due diligence and research the difficulties trying to cancel with EPOSnow. Read the emails left by others to understand. I am again waiting for a label to return my device and end this business relationship. I spoke to a rep today and according to her, she's the top manager in the company to speak with and there's no other manager higher then her to speak with to resolve my cancelation. EPOS...no need to respond.

    this is a complete scam. i purchased this system in September and now we are in November and still don't have a working login. i was told that i would receive training and the company made an appointment after i emailed them multiple times and nobody called at the scheduled time. i have tried to contact them by phone and you cannot get ahold of anybody. how can you have customer service if there is nobody answering the phone? this was a complete scam

    WORST SYSTEM EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. We have had this just for a month and it has been a NIGHTMARE. Since we started using it, it has NEVER worked correctly. As others have said, their customer service is worse than bad. You can purchase premium support, but it doesn't get you anymore help either. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. We were assigned a lady named Val Branda to help us get started, the woman wouldn't call or email anything until her boss got on to her for literally not doing her job. The SOFTWARE IS TERRIBLE AND DOESN'T WORK RIGHT. THE EQUIPMENT IS CHEAP AND SLOW. Do yourself a favor and go to Square, Shopify, or another POS system. We had to put ALL of the stuff in ourselves, despite them saying and advertising that you can "port all of your old system information over". PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

    We are now out $4,000 in transactions that have been run through our system by our customers and have yet to see the money. All we get is I have to wait for the bank to release the funds and when I emailed our "go to guy" for customer support and expressed my distaste for this and suspect that it is a financial scam operation all I got as a reply was "I get that". really? I get that! is how you respond to someone that you promised great service to, and when there is $4,000 missing in payment payouts there should be a little more action taken to make it right when we have bills to pay from our sales.

    This is by far the WORST software and customer support you will ever find. These people should fold up and call it. All restaurants are open on the weekends yet they have no customer support. The customer support they do have knows nothing. I went more than a year and still no resolution to several issues. Follow up is horrible. All around a complete nightmare. I am happy to give details.
