      I ate lunch there today but I was shocked to have a $3 charge on my card for playing the trivia game on their tablet at the table. There is NO SIGN, NO INDICATION, NOTHING VERBALIZED that the tablet costs a fee. This is unfair and the $3 was + 20% the cost of my meal. This is a hidden fee and the waiter could have said that there is a fee for using the tablet. But he didn't. This feels sneaky and dishonest.If there had *** a note that had said that it costs money to play the trivia and I played it, then I would gladly pay it. Instead, it went onto my charge card without my knowledge. I only realized it when I was to sign the receipt. Bad business practice.People really resent what they perceive as unfair charges and I resent it. I paid it but now I know how they roll at Olive Garden. You got your $3 ($2.98 actually) but that's all from me.

      We appreciate the feedback about our tabletop devices. While there is an acknowledgement screen about the fee to play games, it sounds like there's an opportunity to make it more prominent.       **Subject:** Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct by Manager at ********, ** Location Dear Cheddars,I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from *********************, the manager at your ********, ** location. On August 12, 2024 I called to address an issue where I was erroneously charged a $30 tip on my debit card, despite having already tipped in cash. During the call, ************ was exceedingly unprofessional and proceeded to raise his voice at me. His behavior was not only disrespectful but completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a management position. When I informed him that I would be contacting corporate regarding his conduct, he abruptly hung up on me. Following this, I attempted to call back three times, but my calls were not answered. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and it raises serious concerns about the management and overall practices at this location. If this is the manner in which management interacts with customers, it is understandable why employees might feel emboldened to engage in questionable actions, such as charging unauthorized tips.I strongly urge you to take immediate action regarding ************** conduct. A person who displays such unprofessional behavior should not be in a management position, as it reflects poorly on your entire organization.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       We just had the worst experience all around at Olive Garden in *****, *****. The waitress ***** was horrible. She brought us dirty plates and silverware. We asked for clean ones. She never came back to our table. ***** went to all the tables around us. Not once checking on us for anything drinks breadsticks *******. Food came out we ordered the same items. My plate had half the amount it was supposed to. I said something as they were setting it down. The girl didn't like that and tossed the plate down and left. We were nice and friendly up until this point. Spoke with a manager about this experience. Unfortunately it did not feel like it was resolved appropriately. We have never had an experience like this.

      Don't guve them your card. The employees may be skimming them. I know they forge your signature to give themselves tips.

      About two weeks ago we ate at Olive Garden and were seated in a booth by the outside wall. I noticed ants ?? crawling along the wall. I told the waiter and he sat us at a table. I did not see him report the problem to the manager. Another customer was seated at the booth. I dine at the same Olive Garden today left there and was seated at a booth. This time it was a different one from the previous time. Guess what there were ants ?? again!!!! We told the waitress and she said that she would tell the manager and he would come over. She seated us at a table. The manager went to the booth with the guy busying the tables and had him wipe around the wall. BUT he never came to our table.!!!!! Soooo I mentioned the ants ?? in my survey!!!!!! And will not dine at this Olive Garden again.

      Horrible customer service. The greeter and the server we had. My spouses birthday was today we came in first thing the greyer said was so its just for 2? Not a hi or a hello or a smile! Then I mentioned its my spouses birthday and he stared and walked away. Wow ok. Then the server came and sat us. No smile just *****. I go on to order my drink and appetizer for us and then she asks my spouse for their drink so I mention yes its their birthday they can have whatever they want. She didnt say happy birthday or anything. The whole time there so far so unwelcoming. After seeing she wasnt going to say happy birthday or didnt even ask what brought us in today I said wow so nobody says happy. Birthday anymore . Then she saw us struggling with flies over our table on the lamp the whole time and didnt even offer new seating literally the flies was fighting each other while Im sitting on the edge trying to eat and avoid them. They then charge us for what suppose to be a complimentary birthday dessert. And still never said happy birthday very unwelcoming I will maybe try the ********* location instead of this one, if we even choose to come back to the restaurant chain at all. Servers should be more sincere or smile and at least acknowledge the customers sorry they both seemed racists sad to say and didnt welcome us after always visiting this location this was the last straw

      I was treat** like a 5 yr old. ****** & another manager treat** me with such disrespect even going as far as trashing me for my voice snd communication disorder!I am a 70 yr old college grad with a bs in ** perfectly capable of having an adult conversation! They didnt ask me about my disabilities refusing to have a respectful dialogue!I will not return

      Food acceptable maybe a little pricey by service its awful, especially management. we ask for a plain noodles and a grilled chicken for kids and the plate come out wrong and when we ask for a replacement, they just took off the chicken from the top of the noodles so still soaking on red sauce and just bring it to us on a separate plate. when we complain about it the manager, apparently bar manager become really aggressive and we were told that we could leave if we want to, and thats what we did also because little intimidate from the manager response and attitude, kind of ready to fight

      I just started working for longhorn in *********** I had started my training and left my other job to start at longhorn after I complete my training **** the head manager calls me and tells me he no longer wants to continue and that is his decision. I asked why and he continued to tell me its his decision, without giving me a clear answer as to why. I bought my uniform and quit my other job. I now have no job and am left high and dry with no explanation no job and no foot in the door anywhere else. I made sure to have a job before I left my previous one. They said they hired me and then after training, no longer interested I have made no money in the past 2 weeks and they were rude about everything I wasnt told how to set up my pay card no one showed me the app or how to use the schedule. I was supposed to be trained and instead I have no job now and have to figure something out. Ive never had something like this happen and am really surprised this is how longhorn handles things. Ive never eaten at longhorn before I started working but knowing how they treat their employees I wouldnt step foot in a longhorn. Sincerely ***************************

      At approx 1:43 PM on 5/12/24 I dined-in at the ******************** Olive Garden in ****, *******. I was served by Server: ****************** off Check #: ******. The lunch service seemed a bit off from the start. I get a noticeable speech impediment at times from the increased Arizona heat due to migraines. I had such today. I felt totally invisible during the entire lunch service. ****************** refused to refill my iced tea with lemon. She refused to get me a Chocolate Lasagne after asking her three different times before I left for home - and even then I felt that my lunch service was very, very rushed. I could sense a poor attitude from ******************** She kept running off to get stuff never really visiting my table at all during the entire lunch service. And the Ziosk was left unattended by the front of the house staff. It signaled red from another party who apparently refused to pay for their meal - possibly for the same reasons as me. Don't get me wrong the food was great; the lunch service itself needs a serious upgrade. Perhaps the fact that the server being African-American and I the customer am Caucasian factors into this somehow. I don't know about that. What I do know is that the lunch service was totally unacceptable this afternoon. Not professional at all with the number of patrons there for Mother's Day. Not a good look for an Italian bistro to have.
