      I recently had the worse experience at Olive in Humble Texas we decided to go there before dropping off my son to the airport we had my mother with us and she hadn’t eaten all day and need to eat to take her medication what she ordered wasn’t what she expected so they decided to replace it but took forever and we had to end up taken her food to go because we had to get to the airport the manager came over she had the worse attitude ever I informed I would be filing a complaint and she do that I couldn’t believe how we were treated that is her favorite place to go after this experience we will not be going back

      We used our Christmas gift from our mom for longhorn. It was well lit and comfortable. It was a very relaxing meal and service. Our waitress was very attentive and polite. I was shocked that all our food was less than what the card had on it. Hannah C. was a great waitress. She was very good at making sure I got gluten-free options.

      I was so impressed I doubled the tip. I love this longhorn and had always have had great service but Hannah C beat it all. We will be returning

      I was attempting to eat at Cheddars in Asheville NC. I ordered a well done steak which was not well done and a sweet tea which was unsweetened. My family's food was cold. I tried to tell the manager about the issue. She was rude and downgraded my concerns. She did not offer an apology. She insisted that the steak was well done. She told me if I ordered anything else that I would have to pay for the steak which she took off the bill plus whatever else I ordered. She was rude, argumentative, and ver confrontational. This was a verbal abusive and bad experience.

      I had Dinner on 11/14/2023 at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Centerville, Ohio.
      When they brought me my salad it had a LIVE BUG in it!
      The waitress did what she was supposed to do. Take it to the Manager. Manager said take it off my bill. They only took 99¢ off my bill for a live bug!.
      I expected that the Manager would come to my table and apologized but she did not!
      I talk to the Manager on my way out to complain about the 99¢. She just stood there smiling like an idiot the whole time.
      She could care less I had a bug in my salad. She still did not apologize.
      I said I'm filing a complaint with corporate that she was a poor Manager and she said go ahead.
      I feel sorry that I ever ate there.

      I’ve been a longtime customer of Longhorn. However, my most recent visit resulted in me and my guest getting extremely sick! There is no coincidence here. The one thing we all had in common were the appetizers and/or the vegetables. I ordered a steak that I didn’t even touch b/c I was sick by that evening. My guest also took a to-go plate to her mom who ALSO got sick with the same symptoms (severe diarrhea). I contacted Longhorn corporate and they have yet to respond. It’s been two weeks now.

      Would give 0 star if possible.

      Bartender working here(showing up 10/15 11am) is a racism and treat customer very rudely.

      Here is what happen when I order lunch take out on 10/15/2023 around 11am:

      After waiting for my pick-up order for more than 30 min, I went to the bar sector to ask for help from the bartender(no one else around). The bartender(don't know his name, but an African American male), who just went in kitchen to help check the status of the order for two white ladies, refused to help check my order. Here is the conversation between me and him:
      Me: could you help me check the status of my order? I have been waiting for more than half an hour.
      Bartender: No. Your order would be put on the counter when it is ready.
      Me: but you just went in there for those two ladies standing right next to me.
      Bartender: Some mumble jumble and stating that he is correct and me (the customer) being wrong. Then he said they(the other two ladies) want him to check the complimentary bread.
      Me: I insist you go inside and check my order status. I don't want the complimentary bread.
      Bartender: You do or you don't want the bread?(Very contempt tone)
      Me: I don't want the bread!!
      Then he went inside and immediately came out with my order in his hand.



      I was deeply offended by this bartender in so many levels.
      1. He obviously treat me and the two white ladies beside me in very different manner. Thus I believe he is racist against me being Asian.
      2. He turned down a customer's legitimate request with extremely rude manner.
      3. He deliberately stall the conversation, trying to make fun with my accent, and was reluctant to do his job. If he went in to check my order, he would have found that it was ready long ago.

      My husband and I stopped by for dinner. We were seated about a 10 minute wait. Our server took our drink order and served us salad. After about an hour wait, we finally decided to leave and informed the hostess that our server NEVER returned after serving the drinks. The hostess contacted the manager and he only said he apologized on behalf of the server. My family and I celebrate birthdays at Olive Garden every year. Sadly due to this event, we will be pausing our visits to Olive Garden.

      Last evening (07/30/23) I visited the Longhorn Steakhouse location in Lafayette, Indiana. The experience was less than a pleasant one, to say the least, and may even have health concern implications. The breaded onion appetizer was obviously left over from earlier in the day, as it had been reheated in the deep fryer to the point of creating a think, hard crust that was difficult to chew, if not digest. The same was true of the french fries that I ordered as one "side" to my 6-ounce sirloin streak dinner. They were so hard that it was even difficult for a fork to penetrate. Additionally, the steak was so well done (my order was for "medium-well"), that it was completely dry with a powdery texture. To add insult to injury, two of the three facilities in the men's room were out of order, forcing me to deal with my resulting digestive issues at a near-by gas station. In short, this scenario seemed to represent an attempt to save on cost at every step of the way at the expense of the customer. Except for the quite pleasant waitress, this experience was a complete disaster.

      On Sunday July 16, 2023 My husband and I went to the Longhorn on Cypress Rd in Fort Lauderdale. We paid with a gift card and her a credit card if there was an overage. The manager came to the table about 20 minutes later and told us that the cards were lost ? He said he would take care of the bill. The gift card paid for the dinner. So the only thing were received was a headache. We were never asked what kind of credit card we gave or any contact information if the card was found. The waitress told us to just call and cancel the card. I went back and imitated the conversation with the manager giving him our contact information. I guess by saying he would take care of dinner was his solution but we paid for our dinner with the $50,00 gift card they lost.
      It just seemed like no big deal to them. Unfortunately we have auto pay for our bills on that card. We use it for gas, food , insurance, Wearhouse rental, pet insurance and other household bills.
      I think they should have been a little more empathetic and not like just leave and get over it . No big deal...it makes me wonder if it happens all the time ? very upsetting

      Yardhouse in Glenview, IL. On Thursday, I went into yardhouse, i put in my order for a drink and food. My server returned 10 minutes later accusing me of being over served in a very rude demeanor and told me to speak the manager. I have a speech impediment and was completely sober and had not been served anything at yardhouse. I was wrongfully accused of being drunk due to my speech and not only would the bartender, server, MANAGER, and two young host girls would let me explain my impediment. The MANAGER and host staff gave me fake names, then continued to stand at the host stand mocking, laughing at me, and rudely waving “goodbye” to me. The manager was standing with the hostesses while they did that which really scared me that a manager would allow such behavior. They then began to film me as I was waiting outside of the front of the restaurant to leave. That experience left me in complete shock at how many of the staff could be so mean, not understanding and completely unprofessional. This was an extremely traumatizing and humiliating experience. Not only will I never dine at another yardhouse again, I truly am terrified now of yardhouse and their staff. I truly wish that I could think of something that could even remotely make up for the absolute nightmare of an experience I had at yardhouse.
