      I really appreciate the opportunity we received to join the club, we’ve taken 3 trips already and planning our forth as a family so many option to choose from and the staff is super cool!

      I had a good experience and love the product! We stayed at W in Fort Lauderdale and Marriott Sabinel Harbor Resort and Spa last year and both were great experiences! Very professional staff amazing hotels!

      I LOVE MARRIOTT VACATION CLUB!
      I could not be happier with my product. I paid it off and continue to travel on just maintenance fees alone. Which is much cheaper than paying retail. The total purchase price was a little intimidating at first, but I am happy we made the purchase. I wish I would have bought more because its getting more and more costly. Happy Owner!

      We have been owners with Marriott a little over 5 years and the only thing we are mad is that we didn’t own before because we were so skeptical . Past 5 years we’ve visited the best resorts in the world for a fraction of the price .

      They are only after your money. After they get it they could care less about you as a person. I am so done with Marriott. I only wish I could get out of this. BEWARE!!! Once you buy you can Never Get Out! Such a Scam.

      I booked a package on Marriott Vacations to London, only to find out that the package was available for $5800 less. I tried calling multiple times, submitting forms for a refund with no success. Marriot Vacations has no respect for loyalty and deserves none. Very disappointing experience.

      I'd give less than one star if it was an option. I had high expectations when I heard Marriott was taking over for Welk Resorts. What an enormous disappointment this experience has been. It causes me anxiety every time I try (always unsuccessfully) to book a stay, since this change over to Marriott. Welk Resorts and RCI took care of our needs every time. Since Marriott took over with Interval International as their exchange vehicle, neither one has been successful in accommodating my requests, even when trying to book 6 months out. The cost for an exchange went from $99 with RCI to $229 with Interval. Marriott chose to do business with Interval, and we got screwed as a result. I will warn anyone I can not to buy interest in this vacation timeshare. It is the most expensive and frustrating experience I've ever had. I hope this improves soon and Marriott's timeshare owners can feel valued instead of ripped off. I haven't even gotten an updated membership card since Marriott took over in 2021.

      I would also give a 0 if it was possible. They don’t care about their guests AT ALL! As soon as I checked in I asked to move location and they told me they were full. I explained I came from a two-week work convention and was attending another one the next day. I had also experienced a tumultuous night the day before because my flight was delayed and I missed my second flight. I had to pull an all-nighter and catch a 4 am flight just to get there and expressed I just wanted a good night’s rest. They showed not one ounce of empathy. My room is literally next to the noisy 24-hour gym where people dropped weights ALL NIGHT. They told me all they could do was send security to ask the other guests to quiet down, which I reported wasn’t effective 10 times last night via phone and walking up to the front desk. I got absolutely no sleep and I’m furious. The manager acknowledged her solution was unacceptable stating all she could offer was 3,000 Bonvoy points, which equates to what—$30?! This is the WORST hotel. There was absolutely no resolve for me as a paying customer and their actions told me I didn’t matter once they got my money. It’s like “we got $1,000 out of you and now it doesn’t matter how you feel.”
