    Shipping to Hawaii can be a daunting task. Cost alone will deter many. Trying to find the right company, for the right price, and best appropriate delivery services is difficult. Working with Kris, the freight manager for Freight Center, made the job seamless. If I had any questions, doubts, or just the lack of confidence in the job, Kris was there to settle the tide.     do NOT give this company any money! their policy is to keep it even if they cancel your shipment or don't ever pick-up. initially the FreightCenter experience was excellent. we chatted with Kristopher and everything was going smooth until they day of pick-up (no show). our shipment got cancelled by FreightCenter while we were waiting for pick-up, then they offered us much higher services that could pick-up the next day. then we discovered that FreightCenter changed our pick-up address and we now had get our large freight to THEIR terminal in another city (and still pay the higher prices). we can't move the freight, that's why we hired FreightCenter, so we cancelled the order. they say they keep 20%! no matter what - even if they cancel or don't pick-up. you have been warned - if you're experience with FreightCenter goes bad, you still pay them.

    After reviewing your shipment, we feel that this was an error. We will refund your credit card the 20% cancellation fee in the amount of $143.60.  This will be done by end of business today.

    Vet bad company. My crated item was picked up and sent. Then the charged my credit card an addition *****. Saying they measured my crate. I have the receipt from the crating place with the dimensions. Scammers! Do not ship with them.

    FreightCenter is a 3rd party logistics company; therefore, we do not handle or transport freight;we simply connect the shipper to a carrier. As such, the liability lies with the carrier because they are handling and transporting your cargo.


    We understand billing adjustments are an inconvenient part of the shipping process and we do our very best to ensure our shippers avoid them at all costs. Please note that all carriers verify the information provided on the cargo they handle and if there are any discrepancies with what was reporting during the quote phase and the actual weight, class or dimensions as noted by the carrier, a billing adjustment is issued by the carrier. In your case, the dimensions were larger than what was provided to the agent during the quoting process.  Your shipment took up more space than was quoted for (**** cu ft vs ***** cu ft).

    Company is a fraud! They quote you one price then charge your credit card another. Do not give them your credit card number! Beware!

    Our small nonprofit needed to ship three pallets from ******* to ********** but had a limited budget and no knowledge of shipping. After submitting the quote request form, I spoke with National Account Manager *********************************. **** patiently walked me through the entire process, asked all the right questions, and offered us an exceptional price.The entire process was painless; on shipping day, everything went off without a hiccup. **** ensured that I had an excellent customer experience.     An excellent experience. With a spouse overseas, I was left to arrange for the delivery of a heavy over-sized load and did not know where to start. ********************* answered all my questions (and there were many). He arranged for a seamless delivery that was far superior to what the vendor was recommending. He followed up on all the details at the time of pickup, which ended up being essential. The delivery crew were professional and delightful. I would use them for again, especially ****. Thank you for all the help!
